Very warm welcome; quality catering service!
Well located and equipped hotel. The pool area is a real plus, which we took full advantage of. Disappointment with the breakfast: for 14 euros, we expected more choice and fresh products.

Few people in this late September period. A hotel in its original state, and rooms a little aging. Little hot water in the shower, a simple breakfast buffet, with fresh products at room temperature.
The receptionist, an American lady, quite the rudest person we have ever met working in a hotel. No warm greeting here, instead 'are you having breakfast tomorrow' - No we replied. 'Well how about the next day?' We'll have to think about it we replied. 'We have to defrost the bread by 5pm so let me know before then.' We couldn't believe what we were hearing. We declined breakfast. We asked about the parking and were given the code to take the car through the barrier. No interaction with this woman during our two day stay; stony faced throughout. On leaving a 20 euro bill for parking appears. Now she tells us it's the parking at the front of the hotel that's free! No mention about this when we asked about parking on arrival. As others have said 'tricked' into paying this sum. She's American, we are English yet she chooses to speak in fast french in our interactions.Hotel is tired throughout, bathroom was pitiful, room more one star than three. Not worthy of the Logis name.
Disappointed. Very small bathroom, no space for our things, a shower curtain would be welcome, lukewarm water, and overall in the room 19 degrees. We were cold. A second chair in the room is better. In short, we do not recommend.

Disappointing welcome (no one at reception when we arrived at 7:15 p.m.). We could have excused the situation, but the arrogant attitude of the manager during the meal taken at the restaurant confirms the first impression. Otherwise, good service in terms of the room and breakfast.

Our room, located in the attic with roof frame, does not match the description when booking. It would need renovation, especially the bathroom; the services do not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The reception from the manager was rather frosty, fortunately the staff was pleasant.
Peu (pas) d'eau chaude le matin, pas de rideau de douche, tête de lit non fixée, chambre très spartiate, petit déjeuner peu diversifié (un matin, le jambon et le fromage avaient été oubliés au frigo, il a fallu les solliciter). Piscine trop froide pour en profiter. Bon emplacement. Rapport qualité/prix décevant (trop cher)

Closed private parking, large room, friendly boss, elevator, and best of all, swimming pool and jacuzzi which we took advantage of as soon as we woke up. Really recommended given the quality/price ratio.

I went through booking, and I asked for a balcony, I got a window overlooking the roofs. I am all the more disappointed that I was told: "everything you asked for is granted to you." So, I was sure of having a balcony, but certainly not a window overlooking the roofs. Speaking of the roof, "thank you for privacy, because the workers were working on a very high roof and had a direct view of the bathroom." It was hot in the room...no air conditioning!! ! For a LOGIS DE FRANCE it's a little disappointing. Too bad, because the town of La Bourboule is very pretty. But for a future stay I would hesitate to return to this hotel!!! Sorry, but I write what I think and what I feel, I would like to congratulate the hotel, this is not the case. I also point out that I had booked since January 2024, I don't know why I was allocated this room number 1, because I have a small dog??? However, dogs are accepted, and the hotel was far from crowded.

I felt like I was being tricked into having to pay €10 for parking our bikes. I have experienced the best hotel restaurant with the LogisHôtels label, if only in Le Mont Dore.

D'abord, accueil très peu sympathique. Aucune explication reçue. Il faudra que nous demandions nous même par où nous diriger pour la chambre.
Je demande à payer car nous partons avant 9h et qu'une pancarte indique qu'il faut payer la veille si tel est le cas. Madame a l'air de se demander de quoi je parle.
Les installations sont vieillotes.
Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude! Quand nous la signalons à la réceptionniste, elle nous répond qu'il faut laisser couler (nous avions essayer). Elle nous parle d'au moins 10 minutes, quel gaspillage. Finalement, le mitigeur mis à fond, nous aurons tout au plus une eau tempérée.
Il y avait des tâches de mascara sur nos drap et les rideaux de la chambre ne sont pas adaptés.
La tête de lit était désolidarisée.
Bref, très décevant.

Impeccable cleanliness both in the room and in the swimming pool and jacuzzi area. The decor of the room is a little kitsch but good bedding. There is no towel dryer in the bathroom.

The lady at the reception is not very welcoming or smiling and the gentleman who serves in the evening at the restaurant is certainly nice but very quickly overwhelmed and therefore bordering on unpleasant at certain times when we no longer dare ask for water or bread. Despite its small inconveniences we will come back

The room, very small (25 cm between the bed and the wall). When you get up at night and have difficulty moving around, it's not easy. Hot water takes a long time to come, especially when there are few people in the hotel. The pool is not very deep and after 3 fathoms, we walk and yet we are not tall.

Hello, we were welcomed by a gentleman "the boss" I think a love, kind, simple, pleasant, smiling, he gave us very good advice, he made a beef bourguignon a delight, I loved everything. Thank you sir.
Great efforts could be made regarding reception. It was a woman with a strong Eastern accent who was obviously not happy to welcome me. The check in was not prepared, she couldn't find my name, the explanations were botched and with the greatest nonchalance in the world, no wifi procedure given, I had to come down later to get the code. I had the misfortune to say that I was having breakfast, she told me that it was from 8 a.m. (time when I had to leave), no effort was made so that I could have it in good conditions and not in a rush like I had to do. It is unacceptable for a hotel not to offer an earlier breakfast and not to try to accommodate its customers for professional stays. In short, this woman has a DEPLORABLE attitude and should think about retraining in another sector. Fortunately the two other people who took care of me were charming.

Very disappointing. Reception and departure deplorable the reception person not friendly at all. At the catering level, a menu at 25 euros, wanting to please us, we chose something else. Thawed foie gras, very good duck confit but served with tagliatelle which was the accompaniment to all the dishes......so no choice. Breakfast at 10€ which is only worth 3€ Bathroom level room really too small, and dilapidated, no shower curtain, burnt hair dryer........ That's our point of view. We are used to going to a hotel restaurant on weekends, this is the first time we have had an experience like this. Avoid... Sincerely Mr and Mrs Masse

Passing through La Bourboule for one night, we appreciated the very friendly welcome, the very good quality of the meal and the variety of the breakfast buffet, the coolness of the night with the hot weather. We may test in the less hot season for the swimming pool which was a little hot for our taste.

Hotel correct thanks to the swimming pool and the spa which are very pleasant. However in the room, holes not filled, a broken lampshade, a missing tile in the bathroom. Very nice bathtub in the bathroom.

Superb establishment in a very pleasant town
The room is spacious, pleasant and comfortable. We hear no noise. Breakfast is excellent !! The relaxation area with its swimming pool and spa is a real plus. I really appreciated being able to come with my dog. It is very easy to find a parking space in front of the hotel, close to the city center.

Both the restaurant and its server are pleasant, the table is appreciated and we come back to it. That the telephone reception, the fact of always looking for someone at the reception, and the directive and almost cold aspect of the manager cooled down a little. The mattress protector is a horror, plastic material that makes you sweat, you have to change that very quickly.

Good value for money; We had unfortunately forgotten our bathing suits.
The hotel would be "just ok" for a budget price. However, the price-quality balance is not correct. Unfriendly personnel at the reception desk. Old rooms, especially the bathroom needs modernization. The bathroom "is" the shower, meaning everything is wet after taking a shower (including the toilet). Breakfast is just ok but a rather limited and uninspired buffet.
We stayed with pleasure in this establishment which we have already frequented a few times. We have nothing but compliments to make on all the services, but we particularly appreciated the quality and size of the room, the well-heated relaxation area, with a wide range of hours (and no extra charge!) and , as always the delicious cuisine based on fresh quality products.
We were 4 and superb room with double bed and a connecting room for the children. Rather quiet hotel with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and hamam. Close to the Golden Mount 10 minutes away, nikel !! A small fridge in the room will have pleased us. Otherwise really great hotel, I recommend +++++ What a pity that the restaurants around did not satisfy us....

I booked the hotel for my son and his partner, very disappointed with their stay. A multitude of hot water cuts for 4 days. The manager at the reception pretends not to be the owner of her hotel in order to clear herself. And finally, a huge lack of courtesy in the face of their multiple requests.
