Room almost unsanitary, mold on the ceiling, peeling paint on the wall, vanity mirror missing only the support, faulty bathroom heating, no restaurant, after changing rooms, a little better.

Very friendly reception. Our request was listened to and we got a room on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd floor. The rooms could use a makeover. Extensive breakfast, enough choice of everything. The only unfortunate downside at breakfast: the baked rolls... really not nice. Why not just a nice French baguette?

Having stayed in 2019 at the.Bagatelle, we were disappointed that breakfast was not included. It had been during our previous stay. The room was adequate, but hot.
An excellent good value stopover en route to or from the Channel. 3 hours to the Chunnel. New owners very friendly and helpful as are all the staff. We stop often!

Very good value for money. Well-equipped room (courtesy tray, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and pleasant shower in the bathroom) decoration is certainly being improved. Very friendly restaurant. Varied choice. Very complete breakfast.
The hotel (ambience and location on site) is OK if you really only want to stay overnight. The price for half board (dinner) is unreasonably high!

Very good value for money
Detta hotell har tyvärr tappat allt när det gäller charm, finess i matlagningen och personal.
Booked to hotel as it was convenient stopover on our journey. We’ were pleased with the experience from the warm welcome, to the excellent evening meal and good breakfast. The decor was a bit jaded, however the bed was extremely comfortable.
The room really needs a major upgrade. It was, however, extremely clean

Expensive hotel for the service offered. Please do something to replace your floor carpets, which have a nauseating smell.

On arrival the room was clean and tidy. After the first night, the room was not checked, bed not made, no new towels. Heating in the bathroom. did not work. A roller shutter to darken the room did not work, desk lamp did not work. We were satisfied with the Overy

Everything you need in the room, with excellent bedding, and very clean. However, a little refreshment would be desirable. Full breakfast, excellent dinner with choice of dishes and varied buffets (starters, cheeses, desserts). It's simple, well done and delicious. All the staff are pleasant.

We have stopped off at this hotel on our way back to the Chunnel on several occasions now. We have found the staff very friendly and the hotel excellent value. The chef cooks very tasty food so dinner is a must. The hotel has recently changed hands and whilst it used to close in July it will now be open. The young couple owners are very friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

On our way driving from England to Switzerland on to Italy.. We decided on an overnight supper and an overnight stay. Checking in could not be easier. They had a large buffet full of wonderful local terrines and pates and sea food and salads Absolutely amazing. They had a chesse board tha was complete. And a fantastic selection of of desserts. There was a choice of 5 main courses. Very good quality traditional French country cuisine. We had the House Cote du Rhone that was good. Their wine list I have to say was also very good. The room was comfortable clean and adequate. WiFi was good. Will stay again.

The rooms were very tired looking and could do with some attention. However the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.

The first asset is the quality of the reception. We appreciated the possibility of choosing a meal from starter, cheese and dessert buffets for a decent amount. Finally, the generous breakfast was good value for money.

We were delighted with this hotel 4 or 5 years ago, now we have been disappointed. Room on the top floor very very hot despite a fan available. We were on the road side so very noisy. Handle of the broken bathroom impossible to close, we had reserved for 3, towels for two, television which received the channels very badly. We see the light all around the bedroom door which opens onto the hotel hallway. Very average evening and breakfast buffet. As a positive we can say that the reception was courteous and smiling as well as the staff. Management seems to have changed recently, these remarks can be constructive for her.
Rooms and corridors were basic but clean. Reception was personal and restaurant staff were excellent. Starters, chess and dessert were buffets and very good. Main course was limited but reflected local cuisine. Hotel and restaurant were very reasonably priced so was good value for money. Surrounding area was beautiful albeit hotel is surrounded by commercial buildings.
