Very warm welcome from all the staff. Recently renovated and comfortable rooms. Quiet environment. Pets allowed. Parking at the foot of the hotel. And a very good table at a very reasonable price. Note: for tourists wishing to discover the Basque Country, Bidarray is well located, in a way at the handle of the fan. Radiating from Bidarray is child's play. We were delighted. We will come back on occasion.

I like the hotel. Quirky check in but basically ok. Nice room. Dinner was good, the lighting on the bar/restaurant is awful. Maybe get some new lights but the place has character. Breakfast ok too.

Hotel well located, relative to places to visit. Room not air-conditioned.
The hotel is ideally located between rafting, tree climbing/via ferrata, hiking, the shop specializing in Basque cake... The owners are both very available, helpful and discreet. Superb apartment, new and very clean, ideal for a family of 4/5 people. In case of a hot night, the air is stifling in the rooms and opening the windows allows a few mosquitoes to enter. I would then advise you to bring some mosquito repellent products.
We stayed 5 nights in the family apartment. It is a simple hotel on the outside, but cozy and with all kinds of details in the apartments. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are perfect for a good shower. If you want to tour the coast, Biarritz, Sant Jean de la Luz, Bayona, Hondarribia, San Sebastian are ideal. To do a route on foot from the hotel and go rafting, highly recommended. The only drawback, I think they should have mosquito nets. At night many mosquitoes / bugs come in.

Tastefully renovated apartment, 2 spacious bedrooms with bathroom. On the other hand, the kitchen lacks equipment... Kitchen knives, only 1 small saucepan, utensils, microwave.
Very friendly hotel located in a very beautiful place, far from the noise and the fury of the coast. Very pleasant staff and large, recently refurbished room with a large terrace overlooking the Nive and a balcony. We were just too hot at night because we couldn't open the window because of the mosquitoes! You have to either put mosquito nets on the windows, or an air conditioning to cool down a bit... No problem with the train line, there are hardly any (small regional line) and in any case not at night. Easy parking. Pleasant and shaded terrace in front of the hotel. Breakfast in the coffee room with the locals :-)

The fact is that the rooms are clean and modern except that apart from the 2 waitresses who are friendly and courteous but otherwise we rather have the impression of 'disturbing' more than anything else especially when the 'regulars' come and speak in Basque together.
We shared the aparthotel with a couple of friends, the layout of the bedrooms with the main room in between and a bathroom per bedroom with private toilet and walk-in shower were perfect for us, from the community in complete privacy Breakfast is served in the morning from 8:00
We had a family suite for 3; it was very spacious and very well equipped! We also dined at the hotel restaurant; menu with very good value for money. Impeccable service!

Nice hotel with nice renovated rooms. All the difference is made in kindness and hospitality as well as in the restaurant which not only offers very generous plates but above all with quality products!
The owner was very accommodating and tried there best to speak English with us so an A+ for effort. We did use a translation app. that helped a bit! Breakfast and dinner were not included with the stay so that was a bit of a disappointment because you had to pay separately. Other than that they helped us locate long lost family members and were very polite and put in the effort to communicate effectively with us! 10/10
