First time in this establishment and I was delighted. After a complicated day, it was a real haven of peace. I ate well and slept super well.
It's always nice to be able to settle down in Kerhuel. Magnificent hotel and top team from check-in to departure. Magnificent room, service and restaurant attentive and adapting to its customers.
The cottage needs a modern update. It’s stuck in the nineties. The beds are not that comfortable. WiFi was really bad. That we could let out dog out in the yard next to our cottage that’s a plus. Dinner was really good.
Excellent as always
The hotel is beautiful. However I would not stay again or recommend the hotel as we had a big issue with food. When arrived I asked if I could book the restaurant but was told it was fully booked. I questioned why a hotel could not accommodate all people staying in the restaurant ? We struggled to do a a nearby restaurant or takeaway service with open or one that had space for us. I was travelling with my young children who are 3 years old. I was getting very stressed trying to find food for them and at no point did the hotel offer me or my children any alternatives. I would’ve expected at least for the hotel to offer food in our room or our on the outside bench seating. At least a plate of cheese or bread etc for my children to eat. I was very dissatisfied and upset about the whole situation and consequently ruined my stay.
I was extremely disappointed to hear visiting the hotel before 5 was not allowed due to a wedding. This was too late when travelling with young children on a very hot day. We had little time to make use of the facilities we had paid for.
We stayed in the cottage which was in need of updating/modernisation. The bathroom had a lot of mould and was nowhere near 4 star standard or at all comparable with the other hotels we stayed at on our visit.
There was limited staff availability at breakfast or in general, with the food and cutlery very slow to be replaced.
Disappointing stay and end to our trip in France.
Excellent welcome! Green setting! Top-notch services offered! Excellent dinner and lunch! Just a little too expensive for me as an evening stopover (over budget) but great for events. Thank you to all the team, I had a pleasant stay with you. Happy season to you all! Philip
Very beautiful and very pleasant staff. Too bad for the insufficient Internet at the cottages and the impossibility of having cold drinks (no refrigerator in the rooms and bar only open from 6 p.m.).
Splendid room, large bathroom. All that is missing is air conditioning and a television size more in line with that of the room. Very nice stage.

Everything is perfect from arrival to departure, the site is magnificent and what can we say about the meals which are truly delicious!! I really like the calm that reigns in this place full of history.

This hotel is particularly pleasant, far from any bustle. The exterior decor is magnificent and when the weather is nice you can enjoy the swimming pool, which unfortunately was not our case. Dinner was also a great experience and it's so much better to go back to your room without having to get back in your car! I will come back with pleasure.

A drink around the pool may have been nice. Plus some other eating options other than the hotel restaurant would have made our stay better. We could t get in the resistant and there was no room service. We enjoyed our stay but thought it wasn’t really intended for young children. We would recommend the hotel as it is beautiful

I made this stay for 3 nights during the week. The staff were very welcoming. The room was very spacious and well equipped but the wifi was impossible to reach given the location of the room located on the ground floor (wifi however accessible from the reception). I was able to use my wifi box (SFR) but with a very low speed (download) or even zero (upload). But hey, that wasn't exactly the goal on vacation! The restaurant was excellent (breakfasts + 2 dinners). The outdoor pool is a plus. The environment was overall very good. A small downside: the lack of ventilation in the bathroom (VMC HS?), but the weather being fine during the stay, you could ventilate by opening the windows. I think it's something to review given the standard of the establishment.
Beautiful building in an amazing setting and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a comfort room on two levels and the stairs to bedroom mezzanine were very steep and care was needed on the descent (this is why we rated comfort as 3*). Also we had a low beam in the bedroom that did not have any padding so, if you hit you hit your head on it, it really hurt! We would definitely stay again but would chose a different room.
