I booked a business rate with breakfast and dinner. That was the only option that could be booked. Although dinner was already included in the rate, dinner was charged a second time. There was no invoice at reception; it was supposed to come by email. Unfortunately, it never came. I had to contact the hotel. Only then did I see that dinner had been charged twice.
Very aging and impersonal hotel, too large volumes and early 90s style without charm
I choose Logis because the general quality of the services of other chains like Ibis, Kyriad leaves something to be desired. But this establishment is below everything. Where and especially who gave 4 stars to this hotel??? The restaurant Sunday evening: the waiter: "we don't have a cook so tell me what you want on the menu and I'll tell you if it's possible". No apologies or little attention, nothing. Excuse us for having chosen your "hotel" and wanting to dine there. There was a "buffet": 2 poor plates of ham, a tub of flagadas grated carrots and a tub of cold pasta salad. BUFFET??? We are in Lyon in a "Cosy" hotel with a "Gourmet" restaurant!!!! Breakfast Monday morning: the BUFFET: a plate of rolled ham, slices of pre-packaged Emmenthal cheese, no eggs (the tray wasn't even plugged in), 4 croissants (it was 9:00) and a baguette for 14 Euros!!!!!! I complain to the reception. The service employee looks at me with a scowl and doesn't give a damn. Not a reaction, nothing!!! I only ask for 2 coffees and he answers me: "I'll finish what I'm doing and I'll take care of it". That's all. Once again, excuse me for choosing your hotel.... Logis de France, Ladies and Gentlemen of the management of this chain, wake up this establishment is a pity. Oh yes, room 426, view of the toll area with the sound. Soundproofing, what soundproofing???? Positive point though, the free underground parking. So, here is my advice, park your vehicle and go sleep somewhere else and especially eat at McDonald's 300 meters away, it's crap but they don't pretend to sell anything else, THEY.

I found mold in my apple juice during the breakfast. I complaint and the receptionist that I drunk juice containing mold, instead of offering the breakfast she asked me if I wanted another glass without mold. Unacceptable

This hotel is no longer up to its price and its 4 stars displayed, it is "in its juice" from the 90s-2000s, however the prices remain high and inconsistent. I book 2 identical rooms 1st 109€ the 2nd 130€ and the price displayed on my arrival 104€.......--> the impression of being had.
Large impersonal hotel, disappointing room I had asked for a room with a double bed and sofa I had a room with a double bed and a second double bed difficult to access the window to close the curtains because of the bed. Expensive hotel. Deserted hotel we were the only customers. Breakfast room dirty floor, while we were the only customers, we were offered eggs and bacon while we had finished breakfast
Welcome by the restaurant staff. Professional welcome. From there everything went wrong. 1st bedroom not put in order. Second bedroom with HS bathtub taps. Finally a decent 3rd bedroom, but the 4* classification is not justified at all!! When reporting these concerns to the hotel reception, the person present did not feel concerned at all!! Amazing!!! Fortunately the meal was pleasant, the head waiter wanting to correct any mistakes. He was very attentive 👍 For a first experience in your group, we cannot say that it encourages us to come back. We went there in 2022. At that time, apart from the very dated decoration, everything was pretty decent. On the other hand, 2 years later, I must say that I am extremely disappointed! Regarding the cleanliness of the room, we will go over... papers on the floor when we arrived, limescale everywhere on the shower head, in the bathtub (there are now very good products to remove them!) ventilation with the black turn (which is not reassuring) but the pompom, was the dead and dry bedbug found in my daughters' bed. (just in case, I have the photos!). The feeling that the bathtub is going to collapse under our feet. Obviously an unchanged decoration, still as old-fashioned, but become very dirty at the walls. On the other hand the bedding was rather comfortable. And the fridge in the room is very nice (which is generally rare in hotels) The price and the number of stars in no way justifies what we stayed in! A shame!

Si l'accueil a été correct, l'air conditionné dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait 25 degrés. Après avoir demandé à changer de chambre, une autre chambre nous a été attribuée et celle-ci était déjà occupée par quelqu'un. Nous sommes donc rentrés dans la chambre alors qu'elle était occupée à 1h20 du matin. Le monsieur à l'accueil a remis la faute sur sa collègue, ce que nous n'avons pas trouvé professionnel. Il nous a attribué une autre chambre en indiquant qu'elle était attribuée à une personne qui n'était pas encore arrivée et qu'il allait annuler sa réservation. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons été choquée par cette affirmation. Les hôtels à Lyon étaient complets au vu du concert de Taylor Swift et je n'aurais pas aimé être la personne qui avait réservé et pensait avoir sa chambre puis voir l'annulation de sa réservation. Arrivées dans la chambre, celle-ci est correcte. La baignoire craque cependant et n'est pas stable. Le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Toutefois, nous devons souligner le professionnalisme des réceptionnistes le matin qui ont présenté leurs excuses pour le désagrément.
I do not recommend this hotel, very expensive and very old, in the room the noise from the highway was impressive but when sleeping with earplugs. €125 per night during the week on a mattress so hard that my back hurt and it woke me up at 4 a.m., and very noisy neighbors. Avoid, unacceptable
Pleasant room, spacious and clean, good bedding. On the other hand, breakfast at €14.50 is already expensive, but without bread because it wasn't there (at 8:30 a.m.), it borders on indecency!
The quality of this hotel is far below its price. But the worst is the restaurant, a terrible meal (unpeeled raw vegetables from the buffet, frozen vegetables thrown on the plate for €30!!!!!!!!

This is a very large hotel but there were very few guests and as a result it was lacking any friendliness or atmosphere. The dinner menu was very, very basic with little variety. Our room has at least three flying creatures from the outside and I could not have a bath as the plug was missing.

problem with the Logis de France site or next to the price is written from 105 € per night, I didn't pay attention, they charged me 160 € per night. In addition I had a room No. 120 which overlooks the highway with a lot of noise at night. the bathtub has no curtain, you have to sit down to take the shower. In the morning before noon I asked to cancel the room for the second night. They can't because Logis charges them a share so I paid full price. Not cool at all.

For a 4-star hotel, we expect high-level services, the bathtub faucet did not fit, the window did not close correctly, the carpet needs a shampoo... Disappointing, the restaurant staff is very expeditious, and the meal because we are in a hotel stopover as in the canteen lacks refinement.
Everything is simple and user-friendly. It was perfect for our stopover on the way to the mountain.

Waiting in the restaurant (15/20 minutes before we were served a drink - mix of orders - we were served like in a truck) Dining room at 17/18° max, impossible to eat in a shirt without putting on a sweater 3 rooms reserved: all the guests complained of the cold, one asked to turn up the heating a little in the room because his wife was freezing and he was told that it would cost too expensive !

Hello, Abusive billing of this reservation is inadmissible. It's not worth highlighting a welcome for professionals and charging a high price when you cancel before 12 noon the day before. (Many hotels practice 6 p.m. on the same day) I have stayed at least once a month in your hotel since the beginning of the year, I would have found it commercial not to charge this cancellation for professional reasons independent of my will. You can count on me to give you good publicity in my pro personal contacts and on social networks.
I haven't stayed at this hotel for a few years now. In the meantime the mattresses have been renewed, very good! Continues to be a very good restaurant with extremely helpful staff. Arrived shortly before 10 p.m., but they "conjured up" a delicious dinner for me.

Good welcome, easy access but old-fashioned hotel. Badly soundproofed room and bathroom deserve a refresh. The breakfast is very far from the standards of a 4* hotel, few choices and only one person at 7:15 in the morning to put the tables in order when there was a big seminar. Dear Sir or Madam, I have stayed at your hotel many times and I always think it will eventually get better. But unfortunately I am always disappointed. The fact that your hotel is no longer the most modern is not the problem, unfortunately there is a lack of hygiene and cleanliness. I am very critical of the equipment in the bathroom! Mold on the joints of the bathtub, calcified fittings, etc. Now on my last visit on December 20th, 2022 I couldn't believe my eyes! I was in the bathroom to take a shower when I realized the tub was full of dirt and hair. I've never seen anything like it. I then got dressed again to make my displeasure known at the reception. Your employee looked at the room and the bathroom and then gave me another room. While not more than reasonable, I've been out all day and arrive at the hotel room at 10pm looking forward to a shower and a decent bed. And then all this hassle, packing your bags and changing rooms. When I asked if I could get a free breakfast or coffee as a small excuse, your employee didn't answer me.
