Very nice family-run hotel. Clean room, good bed, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Balcony to relax on. Good, plentiful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes from the city center and the renovated Albert Schweitzer Museum. Ideal location for trips along the Alsace Wine Route. Will definitely come back.

Simply great - to feel good! Great, friendly reception (also in German)!,,great location for excursions in the surrounding area, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds (very important for us over 75) and everything at a good price-performance ratio!!!

Warm welcome with explanations to show us where the room was located. Nice surprise when opening the door to the room. It is equipped with a small kitchen and a large terrace, with private parking and 100 m from the beautiful town of Kayserberg.

Received very kindly; I was given a room on the ground floor without asking because of my cane; lovely bed; excellent breakfast. So very satisfied.

We were on our way home so only had one night in this hotel but it was very pleasant and the town was beautiful. The recommendation for dinner was very good and the hotel kindly booked a table for us.

Hotel that knew how to modernize where possible. Reception a little slow but probably due to the off-season period Staff are pleasant and helpful mainly for the breakfast service and the provision of cutlery for dining in the room (no catering)

A very well run hotel in a good location. Only a few meters from the old town, it is in a very quiet location. It was also very quiet in the room and our room was pleasantly warm and very functionally furnished. A large closet with lots of space. Lots of shelves in the bathroom too. There was even a small fridge with a well-stocked mini-bar.

This is a pleasant small hotel with good parking and ideally located for visiting Kaysersberg. The rooms are in two seperate buildings on opposite sides of a quiet road. Our room was in the second building and so involved a very short walk to access the breakfast room and reception. The room itself was spacious and benefitted from a mini kitchen space with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. It had a large balcony looking across the road, facing westward and shaded by an electric powered retractable awning. The bathroom had an over bath shower but no protective screen or curtain to contain spray. It had a separate toilet. The room was comfortable but the facilities were overdue for refurbishment. Wi-fi worked intermittently but there was a strong 4G signal so we didn’t use it. Staff were helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory but rather less generous than many and the room was a little cramped. I would recommend the hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this quaint hotel in the heart of Kayserberg, and it has left an indelible mark on my heart. The staff made every effort to ensure my stay was memorable, in an authentic natural way. Breakfast was a typical French (continental breakfast) with nice local produce extras... and I could even order some eggs any style :-) Greatly appreciated. Definitely, a place I will revisit during my next stop-over in Alsace.

Pleasant welcome; room with shower as requested. ideal for visiting this pedestrian village; car park. powerful wi-fi. only reservation about the breakfast which does not sufficiently celebrate Alsace, which I pointed out when I left. Usual baker on vacation but the owner offered me a piece of kouglof that she had bought for herself. thanks again.

Het hotel is wat verouderd maar ziet er wel netjes uit. Helaas hadden wij een kamer zonder airco en zonder balcon. Waardoor het erg warm was op de kamer. Badkamer was modern enn netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was goed maar wel beperkt in keus.

Lovely hotel really close to the centrum of the town. Very friendly employees that great you always with a big smile and wil help you as soon as they can.
I will surely booking again in the future.

I enjoyed a large bathtub, which can be filled quickly thank to strong water pressure. Terrace at family room in the annex was spacious and equipped with a large table..

It's been a long time since we've been received in a hotel where everything is perfect. The welcome is warm and the staff quickly finds solutions to problems. Cheer !
