Excellent welcome, spacious room with storage, very quiet
Good reception, clean room, quiet room, good value for money, plenty of parking space available.
Pleasant welcome, perfect restaurant, friendly and welcoming
Hotel easily accessible by bike from Aurillac, perfect for the street theater festival, to discover Cantal or for a bike welcome. Very warm welcome, quiet, good bedding and very good breakfast. I recommend and I come here almost every year.
Everything was perfect ! We are delighted with our stay at this hotel! We will return without hesitation 😁
We were so looking forward to the stay in the hotel and it started well. Adequate parking outside in the road. The reception seemed efficient at first but went downhill. The restaurant had a limited menu on a ‘chalk board’ and no wine list or prices. The food was poorly presented and when I asked what the big lump was that was attached to my steak I was informed that it was ‘fat’. The whole experience was shambolic. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and I was told that it might work near to the Reception desk. When trying to pay I was told that the connection was down and as they had my card details, they would charge me when it came back. This applied to my ETIK points but although the money was taken, the points weren’t added.

Request made for a quiet room and indeed room at the end of the corridor near the swimming pool and that PMR sword with large water room and failure on all occasions no double thread toilet paper, no cup to brush your teeth or box. Access to wifi in confidential mode… not to mention waking up early in the morning with strong noise pollution at 7:45 am with the immediate proximity of the deal and the breakfast room Not to mention that street side and meeting on the go and many passers-by
