Very good short stay
If you book a room at this establishment, avoid room 20 on the ground floor at all costs. Located next to the establishment's laundry room, you have the noise of the washing machines and at 5:00 a.m., the laundry delivery man unloads his shopping carts with a hell of a noise. Finally, no VMC in this room and the leaf serving as a window overlooks the main road. Otherwise, good restaurant.

Very attentive, welcoming staff..
I booked as part of work for an evening stopover. The hotel has the advantage of having its restaurant on site. The meal was OK although not so much to my liking, and the service was very good. On the other hand, the room was very noisy and poorly insulated. The bedroom doors open onto a passageway which itself opens onto the outside with many passages. As a result, I slept very poorly. The shower is in the room, there was no bathroom, but that didn't bother me. Lunch the next day was good and sketchy with very pleasant staff.
A welcoming team and fortunately. Quite good food except that I was treated to a cheese that had to be cut and in the refrigerator for a while. The “no comment” room. One with broken bed legs, the other with a jamming lock. Finally, they date from the other century. Rarely seen rooms this old and in poor condition.
The staff is really nice!! I recommend the restaurant which is quality with a very good choice of wine.

Too bad, our room had problems with water leaking into the toilets, shutters in very poor condition, after spending a week at almost 700 euros, not even a drink or other offered...... So go to Ibis budget.... The setting at Les Pin is nice, that's all... The staff, on the other hand, nothing to say, from the maids to the reception at the top, thanks to them!!! !

Hotel to avoid if you want any comfort the room was dirty, uncomfortable it was cold. Above all, the reception staff are just as cold.
A nightmare. Hotel in decay. No heating in the rooms. The worst hotel of my life
Warm, caring team that listens to its customers. The restaurant is of very good quality, worth discovering. In the end, a small heating problem was quickly resolved, largely compensated for by the qualities of the team and the restaurant, I highly recommend the Hôtel des Pins. Thank you for this stopover.
Good food but noisy restaurant. Spacious room and satisfactory bedding but aging decoration and bathroom equipment a little tight.
Superb restaurant Great welcome with a great team (including animals 🙂) But the rooms are not at all up to par with the rest. Very old and cold. We should close this long corridor which leads where it is very cold. Nothing cozy in the rooms unfortunately

We chose this hotel because it is part of the Logis network, thinking of having a certain comfort. Disappointed with the hotel, old style, lots of mold in the bathroom. The partitions are very thin, you can hear a lot of the neighbors. Single glazing. The size of the rooms is good, the bedding is good. You can't hear the traffic nearby. The restaurant is adjoining, it's practical and the food is good.
Very nice place, dinner on the terrace overlooking the carp, wallabies and the farmyard. Very warm welcome and very good meal in the evening as a professional stopover.
A good restaurant but a dilapidated room, poorly soundproofed with a deplorable bathroom.
Given the current heat, it was impossible to open the windows and partially open the shutters because the room located on the ground floor was close to the restaurant terrace with the lights remaining on all night. No fan!!. Furthermore, I have nothing against animals, but a parrot that starts acting out at 3 a.m. is not great in a hotel. Left more tired this morning than when I arrived yesterday having covered almost 700 km.!!!! Bathroom old but the most important shower faucet very hard to operate and shower head very limited, to replace urgently and put a sink plug, because to shave you have to let the water run, average at this time delicate water restrictions.

This hotel is off the beaten track.
On a business trip, I spent two nights at the hotel les pins. Located on the main axis, the hotel is at the entrance to Hagenau in the commercial area, which somewhat detracts from the rather green setting of the hotel. The welcome from the accommodation and catering team is warm and professional. In terms of accommodation, room 18 is clean despite an aging decoration. A refresh is more than necessary. The door lock needs to be changed because it is difficult to close or even on the verge of breaking. The small bacon on the back side deserves the installation of a screen to offer more privacy to customers. On the catering side, it is the most that saves the hotel. The room is pleasant. The room staff is competent and attentive. The map is interesting. Being an evening stopover, the menu is unique with starter-main course-cheese-dessert. An appetizer is systematically offered. The presentation of the dishes is neat and the dishes tasty. Access is by stairs, I did not note access for disabled people.
The room smelled bad and looked like it was placed in an old changing room. The lights and the shower were complicated and the hot water came very short.
We stayed one night in room 8 which is very noisy. Apart from the noise of the cars on the main road, this room has an adjoining wall with the restaurant's toilets and the window and the glass door which overlook the smoking area outside. Fortunately, it was during the week, and the noise stopped around 11:30 p.m.
Perfect, in the evening business stopover.

I went to this hotel for a business trip. The welcome is excellent, warm, all the staff are very friendly and professional in all respects. The meal is excellent, the breakfast plentiful and with fresh products. The rooms are not recent (hence the 'good' instead of very good) but they are clean and the bedding very good. I advise you to go there to be (positively) surprised!
An atypical place in the heart of the city. A terrace overlooking a pond of goldfish, a farmyard made up of hens, ducks and 2 Walibis.

The team is very welcoming, the boss very friendly, I have already pre-booked for another trip. My room had just been redone, the heating was working and the decor was very nice. We can always do better, that's for sure, but the quality of the welcome, the comfort, the calm and the quality of the restaurant are remarkable. THANKS.
Good to go, noisy dining room, one dish missing in the evening out of the three offered, but helpful staff. Exhausted toilet paper rolls, we had to go to the reception to get some at 9 p.m. A second booking through Planning Travel for my return failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Sunday evening, I found myself without accommodation at 7.30pm. This booking site is to be avoided.
Very very nice welcome, the staff is very pleasant and smiling, a very good note especially in the restaurant!! We eat magnificently well there :) I think at the level of the rooms, that a refreshment would be welcome, but despite this, the bedding is good, and the fact of having a French window in the room opening onto a terrace is very great for smokers! WELCOMING STAFF VERY CLEAN ROOM SOME SEWAGE ODORS
Room downstairs daek, depressing, humid, smelled bad. Bed dirty with many stains on the sheets. Heating out of order. An auxiliary ugly electrical heater non functional. Curtains turn. Bathroom crack fell off. Room not fit for human inhabitation.
No heating in the room, after several hours, the owner was kind enough to change my room, after having offered me several duvets!! It was 11:30 p.m.
A lot of effort from the staff to make up for the shortcomings of the somewhat degraded premises (a broken down radiator, a sink faucet and a difficult-to-use front door lock). In a double room, each occupant should have their own bath towel and hand towel. Very nice establishment nevertheless, well located, easy to access which would therefore benefit from offering rooms in better condition (dilapidated wall coverings). Nothing to complain about the restaurant (quality and variety of dishes offered, quality of service...) Impeccable welcome from a young, dynamic and motivated staff, at first easy, evolving in a spacious and well-kept setting .
Very nice place on the edge of a small wood and well-maintained animal park… The manager is brilliant and present everywhere on all fronts: .. reception - room - hotel - restaurant… of course the rooms will have to receive a little restoration but these last few years have been difficult for everyone… regarding catering of a completely different order Book at the restaurant, do not hesitate on stopover evenings with a choice of quality local dishes, an extraordinary trolley of cheeses to choose from and in excellent value for money .. and if you add the Christmas period in Haguenau :) …
