Well located hotel, quiet on the part not overlooking the ring road unless the door frames are new, We had room 4 on the ground floor which has been renovated so no complaints, quality bedding, equipment consistent with a three star and the price is therefore correct, no air conditioning for the summer that is to say and no restaurant on Friday evening, reopening on Monday noon. Concerning the noise if the customers are correct it is quiet because they are in a large corridor.... We will come back without any worries. Professional reception staff, very decent breakfast with homemade cake, it's good. A renovation of the frames would be a plus for ecology (heating costs) and eliminate noise on the facade.

Important meeting in Rennes on Saturday morning. Waiting in front of a closed door which gives access to the breakfast room. My badge having remained in the room with my wife who remained in bed. 8am still no access I leave the hotel through the small door with the exit button to access the main entrance of the hotel. This is also closed and there is no one at reception and in the dining room. When I see a person, I gently tap on the window. This person comes to pick me up and immediately blames me for knocking on the window even though I didn't reproach him in any way. I just wanted to quickly get to breakfast which I had in 10 minutes. I had warned the day before... I couldn't even explain myself. How can we get there? Everything was ready. No other travelers. Why such stress and why not open the interior door to the room as a welcome. Frankly, it’s sad. Continue like this, or hope that it serves as an experience. This is the aim of my message.
