Very good hotel
Well located hotel (the room was on the garden side so quiet) The restaurant (dinner) very good especially the duck breast. The continental breakfast very well served and plentiful
The staff is very attentive and extremely helpful. You don't find that often.

Professional and friendly welcome. Excellent meal included in my evening stopover. Smiling and pleasant staff. The room has a nice view, but is a little dated (window door, parquet floor, equipment). I nevertheless recommend it.

Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the very well equipped room, the good evening meals, the breakfast which offered many possibilities and a wide variety of products. BUT a big DISAPPOINTMENT regarding the long search for the hotel in the town of USSEL, more than 45 minutes! It was finally, in a business that we were told that the hotel was located in the town of EYBRAIL contrary to the hotel's internet instructions! Too bad, it was GREAT!

Air conditioning droping water
In the morning no eletricity at the room and no Way to open the elétrico window...a disaster !
Problem with air conditioning leaking and led to electrical problem. In the middle of a heat wave, it's not the best. I reported the problem, the manager was very rude. The young man at the reception and the room service very nice by cons. I tested, I will go elsewhere next time.
A welcome as we like them! We had a small (unimportant) technical problem in our room and immediately several solutions were offered to us. A commercial gesture was even made without us even asking for anything. Really congratulations for your business relationship! We will do a stopover at the hotel les Gravades, that's for sure.
