I enjoyed the room, but especially the friendliness of the staff. I liked having my vehicle right in front of my room to access my things, because my stay was related to my work.
Hotel to discover in the countryside. Dinner qualified as gastronomy. I congratulate the chef. Breakfast more basic and in a somewhat cramped room
Empfang: Leider ist die Reservation für das Abendessen untergegangen. Das Restaurant war an diesem Abend ausgebucht, darum mussten wir dann in Auxerre essen gehen. Die Beratung und eine entsprechende Buchung im Restaurant war dann etwas schwierig.
Die anderen Details waren aber OK. Bei der Abreise war der Chef am Empfang. Er bedauerte den Abendessen Vorfall. Leider habe ihn die Empfangsdame nicht angerufen. Er hätte sicher eine Lösung gefunden. Er verrechnete unser Morgenessen nicht. Sehr fair von ihm.
Les très petits furnishings (made for small children) in the new bedrooms. On pouvait changer de chambre. Quantity of the quality of the dinner: the standard and the certain level of "savoureux". La service était bonne.
Good hotel overall but lack of professionalism and responsiveness regarding the services we arrived just at the end of the breakfast service so breakfast was refused to us even though there were 3 of us including a young child...

We komen hier graag nog eens terug als we weer op doorreis zijn op vakantie. We hopen dan ook van het diner te kunnen genieten. Helaas door een buikgriep was dit niet mogelijk. De reviews over het diner zijn lovend. Volgend jaar beter.

If you want to visit the city of Auxerre, you should plan two nights and book this hotel, but in any case even if Auxerre is just a stopover
Nice room, however, the rug under the bed was worn and the clothes hangers had a layer of dust. Bathroom lacked possibility to hang towels. Bed was very good, nice and firm. Bathroom tiles (wall) were stained, could do with a good scrub. Maybe black is not the most economical color for cleaning.
The price of the room does not correspond to the price displayed in the small booklet. (Price displayed 80 euros, price paid 110 euros). Cleanliness problem, very disappointed!
Very nice hotel with parking, WiFi and a restaurant. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Some rooms are on the ground floor. The food is excellent. There is a lot of choice at breakfast.

Beyond the charm and careful decoration, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The unique Wednesday evening menu did not suit me, the kitchen spontaneously offered to adapt it to my tastes and desires. I keep the address for a future trip to the region. Thank you again for your warm welcome!
