Beautiful hotel well located, great welcome. Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Only point to improve, the soundproofing of the rooms, otherwise good hotel to recommend.
At the end we paid 900 euro for one terrible night ..although we booked 5 nights we decided to leave the day after we arrived.
At arrival our room had a terrible cigarette smell so they changed us to the only available room at that moment so small we almost could not move ..the entry to the balcony was very narrow and while seating you could not see the outside (the sea) which gave the impression to be like in a wardrobe or prison.
The bathroom was also smelling the toilet ,water of the sink was dripping all night and shower not easily accessible and primitive.
We think this hotel does not deserve three stars !

Reception, cleaning and bar staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was very small for our 9 day vacation and had very little storage space. The bathroom had an odd drain smell that got worse as the week went on and the shower head kept falling off the pole when showering.

The hotel was fine, clean, service was so-so, as in not much enthusiasm, which was blamed on the guests who had just been there over a holiday weekend. The pillows were uncomfortable, stiff, and too big - stiff-neck causing. The bathroom was tiny and the bathtub/shower was awful. I have mobility issues and could not get in the tub without major assistance.
The hotel is very good. It is well located. The view is beautiful. But the big negative point is waking up at 5:50 a.m. because of the noise of flushing toilets and taking showers which cause an infernal noise in the pipes.

Very welcoming establishment! Jazzy musical background when I arrive, pleasant disconnection. The sea as a horizon line. Trendy, delicate and subtle decoration. Very pleasant sweet and savory breakfast! The staff is attentive and keen to satisfy customers.
Very nice location, my rooms are too small, the pipes are too rough when the rooms next door and the rooms above these customers there shower or they simply go to the toilet. When there is water flowing, it looks like it's coming down into my room and it's very unpleasant, especially when you want to sleep.

I rented this room during a business trip and I was very well received. The room is very comfortable and the view of the ocean is magnificent. The breakfast was great with delicious homemade products. The bedding is impeccable.

Very nice hotel, a superb welcome, but disappointed with the room which I find a little low-end for the price. Very noisy in the morning, we hear the sound of footsteps and people in the corridor, not to mention the upstairs toilet flushing. A decent breakfast for €12, but not great either. For my taste, the toaster and individual portions of jam are missing, because everyone draws from the pot. The decor is very pretty, the hotel is very clean however and the person at reception is very pleasant and very professional.

This is the 2nd year we have come and I will return next year. Very nice establishment, the staff is very pleasant and attentive.
Nice hotel, perfectly located in front of the beautiful beach at Chatelallion-Plage and very close to the city center, at 5-minutes walking distance of the train station, shops, restaurants and cafes. We booked a family room for four people, that resulted much more confortable than expected. Cleanliness was perfect, and the staff was really kind.
The location is ideal, right in front of the beach. Bar on the terrace feet in the sand, in the evening possibility of varied snacks served by a team of young people who take care of us! We will come back !
They didn't let us access the room because there were 25 minutes left. at 3 pm scheduled time for check-in. They asked us to prepay for the stay. They made us move from the table we had chosen for breakfast saying it was booked, even though there was no notice on the table. In general they seem more inclined to cater to regular customers than occasional ones.

Einfach nur Sommerferienstimmung: Zimmer im EG mit Blick direkt über den Strand zum Meer. Von der Hoteltüre 10m über den stark verkehrsberuhigten Boulevard bis auf den Sand. Weisser, feiner Sandstrand mit einem hoteleigenen Loungebereich und einem Angebot an Getränken und Tapas. Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber: Inhaber wie Servicekräfte. Kleine Bar mit zwei Bieren vom Fass (pressure) und allen gängigen nicht-alkoholischen und alkoholischen Getränken. Ein Reines Bio-Früh-stück mit süss und herzhaft Auswahl. Frische Croissants und Pain au chocolat, die mehrfach nachgelegt werden. Leckerer Orangensaft, Apfelsaft, Milch. Cerialian. Starker (oder schwächerer) Kaffee aus der Maschine. Das alles mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und nicht zu eng gestellten Tischen. Und einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Keine eigenen Parkplätze - in Gehweite findet sich immer ein Platz. Anfahrt auf Straße durch ein "Tor" aus zwei Kunststoffpollern - wohl um zu verhindern, dass Lastwagen einfahren. Im Ort keine öffentliche Ladesäule - die nächste dann ca. 5 km distance.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very competent and pleasant. The room is a bit small for us but fine for a weekend. The establishment is very clean and well maintained.
