Hotel with character. Very warm welcome. Cleanliness, nothing to say. Room a little outdated that could do with a facelift. Restaurant with very good cuisine. Very good value for money.
It's remarkable this hotel is rated as highly as it is. Has anyone from Logis actually visited recently? We, might have been unlucky, who knows. The bathroom has a leak, the ceiling in the bathroom had a leek, and for a recently renovated room, the finish was shocking!
We had a drink thrown at us and the food was poor quality for a "Fine Cuisine" restaurant. Makes us second guess the Logis brand.
We spent one night at the hotel to celebrate 80th birthdays. The hotel was very welcoming, rooms were very comfortable and the event meal was superb. We should have arranged to gain entry earlier than the check in time of 18.00 as one of our party would have benefited from a rest in the afternoon but that was our fault and not the hotel's
Smiling and warm welcome, attentive to customers
We were disappointed dis time around at the Relais St Louis mainly because of the lesser quality of the restaurant
Hotel more than mediocre, the manager does not seem to be in his normal state! dilapidated hotel, the building is old certainly but there it is not worthy of a 3 star. The breakfast is still ok but take care of the presentation because the cold cuts presented in the cellophane packaging, it is not possible. In summary, I do not recommend.
Hotel was ok the food at the restaurant was very poor and very expensive for what it was. Hugely disappointing for our fist night of our holiday.
For a relay with a pleasant facade, the room is very, very disappointing!! Cracks in the walls and ceiling, paint more than faded…tiny…. etc…
Unfortunately, stay was below expectations for the price. Room was cramped, small and dark. Curtains do not cut out light. Food was tasty but quite heavy and portions too big. Breakfast just basic.
Arrival at the hotel, beautiful establishment but neglected. However, I note a very good welcome from the staff, the same cannot be said of the manager, a person who is not a sales person at all and seems "blazer" by his function. The dinner was OK, but the price was not written on the slate and the bill for the 2 menus was not at all related to the contents of the plates. Damage..!! An establishment with great potential but not up to the standards of "its stars".. In short, in a nutshell.. To be avoided.
Very good welcome service and room at the top excellent breakfast
Too bad, despite a very kind welcome, the restaurant disappointed us with its prices that were too high in relation to the products and the hotel is not at all soundproofed. The bedrooms being above the kitchen, we had difficulty sleeping.
Charming hotel very well located, parking in front of the hotel, pretty, very well furnished room, quiet (overlooking the garden), comfortable bedding.
A hotel experience as we loved it before. Far from the hospitality chains with profitability and profit. Here, human warmth. United, friendly and efficient team. The local products cooked by the chef in the kitchen are exceptional. The room service pays particular attention to each guest.
Thank you for the welcome including at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning I get up very early around 5:30 a.m. to 6 a.m., for the quality of the meals and breakfast. Very pleasant establishment.

A warm place, and a special mention for the quality of its cuisine with local flavors and the sound of the crackling of a fireplace. It does not have a price ! And if, like me, you also benefit from a virtuoso on the piano, the moment will be enchanting.

Comfortable hotel but hospitality could be better
What a great discovery, we must point out a remarkable table with local products and great refinement at a very reasonable price. A staff of great efficiency and always with a broad smile. I recommend this establishment for a great experience.

Very small room, but quiet!
Old hotel, needs a good renovation especially in the common areas. The room was okay. We had to wait until 6pm for the reception to open. Message left for room keys instead, never heard back. The reception on the phone was very direct and expeditious.

Oliver is very personable. Everything about the stay was easy and comfortable. Our discussions about the history of the hotel and his renovations were very interesting. Rooms are relatively large, spacious, and quiet. Restaurant has a farm-to-table philosophy. Parking and location are good.

Hello, The dinner was fantastic and lived up to the reputation. Small flat for the breakfast a little average. The room on the street side (N°5° not great because exposed to light (no shutters) and terrible noise. Otherwise a very warm welcome from the manager who erases this with his know-how.

Delicious breakfast with homemade or local products and in a veranda with a very nice view. The common areas are dated but our room well renovated. Reception hours too late.

The shower fittings are very difficult to adjust. Hot and cold water taps open in different directions. A mixer tap would be much more practical. The faucet in the sensor sink is not practical at all. The breakfast is not at the level of a continental breakfast at 12.5 €. There are too few choices, the coffee is not good. Overall the value for money is good, the location is good and the dinner very good.
