Bedding in very poor condition, mattress heavily stained.
The quality of service at the restaurant is deplorable. The establishment requires its customers to make a reservation with a schedule to be strictly respected in order to be served "without waiting". Despite respecting this instruction, we waited for our dishes for more than an hour after our order! No explanation was given to us and no commercial gesture was offered. A total lack of respect for the customer!

Very friendly and professional staff. Very quiet hotel with free private parking which is very appreciable.
Room with little light and very simple breakfast
Excellent welcome and efficient and helpful team. We arrived on a Monday and the hotel took the trouble to call us on the road to warn us that there would be no restaurant that evening. When we arrived, they efficiently advised us on how to find one nearby. We came by motorbike and this accommodation told us that they were “motor relays” offering to put the motorbikes in the garage or our equipment to dry after a bad storm. We were finally able to try the restaurant: the quality is there and the generosity of the portions too... In short, a great experience. Staying in a triple room, we found the storage space a little tight and the entrance in which it is located is unlit. The bathroom and toilets are in the same room. The TV was a very nice size and the electrical outlets are above the desk which is very practical for recharging all our electronic gadgets.

we knew the establishment, surprise there was a bad smell in the room, change of room. For the evening meal only the daily menu was offered following a staff problem, that was not what we had known. Too bad

Good location for visiting the Puy de Dôme and Vulcania. Quiet and on-site parking are positive points. Room for 3 people a bit small and expensive catering in my opinion.

Cozy bedroom
The restaurant is of very good quality. On the other hand, the rooms do not have air conditioning and do not correspond to a three-star classification. The rooms are ordinary.
Everything is consistent with the classification of the hotel, very good stay, pleasant room and bedding, very good food.
I've been to this hotel 3 times now. unfortunately, this year I find 2 remarks to observe: - I learn during dinner that there is a room and dinner formula, but that I have not subscribed to it, so I pay full price. I think I'm responsible for it, having not necessarily read the offer when I made my reservation, but I think there was still time when I arrived to offer it to me. - I understood that it was necessary to dine very quickly to empty the room, and therefore on 2 occasions I was asked if I had finished when my plate was full.
