Hello, I really enjoyed my stay at Mont Dore, a very nice welcome from this charming little town. I would like to thank the manager of the Logis hotel wholeheartedly, following my error in arriving too early, the manager was able to find me a room. She is a very smiling, very welcoming person. .

Very decent hotel, very good location in the center of Mont Dore with parking opposite. Correct breakfast maybe a little expensive compared to others at the same price in other hotels (with homemade or higher quality products) but the bread was fresh and nothing was missing (1 euro or 1, 50 less would be nice). And if I could add a chioua: adding towel bars in the bathroom and a small glass for toothbrushes would be a plus. Staff very smiling, polite and pleasant. An address to recommend

Clean and well equipped room. Well stocked breakfast buffet.
No reception the first day, we waited for someone on the phone who told us: there is no one today… We had to wait for her to give us our room number on the phone so that we could take our key from the counter… On entering the room: pubic pool in the toilet, organic matter on the bathroom door… hair in the bed… The next day, our card no longer worked. Someone came to change the card telling us that we shouldn't put it with the phone... except we always separate the two to avoid this... When the hotelier came to try the key card, we made him see the hygiene problems… he told us: I would talk to the housekeeper about it… In addition, the bed is very good in size (king size) but with shape memory… the shape being already made… we very slept poorly. Between the poor insulation of the room (as soon as someone passed you could hear everything) the fact that the toilets are only usable with the door open (the glamor in this case…) and that the bathroom was dirty and tiny… At the end of our stay, the young lady asked us to pay 5.10€ tourist tax. .. except of course the Booking.com site it was 4.50€ … the latter, we made the regulation … however taking people for pigeons … I find it big! So I run away from this place with joy !!! If necessary photo evidence of the "cleanliness of the premises" No excuse from the hotelier for cleanliness … average!

The only negative point is the noise from the sanibroyeurs. I jumped every time my neighbors in the room used the toilet because the noise is so loud.

Very badly soundproofed room. Water in the shower with the temperature changing on its own, my daughter almost scalded herself… otherwise quality of bedding and cleanliness ok. But 130€ per night very expensive given the quality
The staff of this hotel are really charming. Our triple room was very spacious and very clean.
Nice little hotel in a good location. Very caring staff, convenient location, free parking right in front, good breakfast, the hotel is clean and maintained. I would have liked to find a kettle or have two cards per room door. The staff is really very attentive. However, no elevator.

Simple hotel, small room and bathroom, nevertheless the necessary is there. Good soundproofing on the outside, but average inside the hotel. The breakfast is ok. Room cleanliness can be improved. Very friendly welcome by the person at the reception
