There is a lack of "human" at the reception level, but everything is done so that it works well and ... it works well! (email, SMS, phone call). Clean and very pleasant room, with a view of the lake (and the sun, what's more!). Bathroom (with shower) very clean, a little small, but sufficient. Hearty and varied breakfast (savory and sweet). Good wifi (for working).

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with everything you could want for.

Toilet seat wobbly and not attached at all. Mirror above sink was never cleaned. No shelves in the bathroom. Bed linen was torn and stained from the start. Room OK for 2 days, but not for a week (too small). Wardrobe too few coat hangers. Table only one chair. Beds mattresses were OK. Balcony very small and view of the lake was only possible while standing. Room 109 also had no view of the public car park as a flat roof blocked the view. No German TV channels. No fridge in the room, only a communal fridge in the hallway for the whole floor. Elevator key only available on request. Elevator only accessible through two doors which you always had to open/close. Breakfast OK, but after three days we looked for variety elsewhere. Car park only public and unfortunately overcrowded at peak times. Elevator only accessible through two doors which you always had to open/close.

Very nice little hotel decorated with great taste, mountain spirit, very well located on the edge of the lake and close to the shops. The small terrace is a real plus. On the restaurant side, downside on the welcome of some staff, quite cold. On the other hand 2 young waiters were at the top, very gracious and pleasant, despite the bad mood of the manager? who was not very pleasant (bearded and long hair).

The hotel is very clean and has loads of character. The rooms are well maintained and the view from the balcony is fantastic.
We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent and there was plenty of it.
We'll definitely return for another stay.

Comfortable room, but you can hear the noise from the upper floor quite well.

No air conditioning, no fridge, breakfast 18 Euro and very limited in the expensive choice, for what it is. No physical reception, terrace open from 2 p.m. So no breakfast outside or lunch, no private parking, otherwise well located opposite the lake.

It's a shame to have booked a half-board stay since January 22, 2024 for a package of €189.00 and to have been informed the very morning of our arrival that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening and that on the recommendation of Mrs. Chantal of your reception to have dinner at the restaurant "La Clef des Champs" for an amount of €99.00 in addition to your hotel bill of €140.00 total amount of the stage: €239.00 i.e. €50.00 higher than expected!!

Zoeken naar parkeerplaats. Avond ervoor gevraagd naar lift. Was er . Bleek van een appartementecomplex die we door verschillende deurenmet sleutel konden bereiken. Ze hadden geen tijd. Waren het restaurant om 15.00 aan het sluiten We konden na de lange reis niets bij hen drinken. De kamer was lawaaig aan een drukke weg
Wat ook erg was dat de bedden doorgezakt waren dus ging ik naar beneden
Alles was dicht afgesloten. Geen eigenaar meer te bekennen. We waren zo teleurgestel na de lange reis. We zijn 77 en 74 jaar oud . Een nare ervaring. We hebben onze bagage gepakt en zijn naar ander hotel gegaan . Heb de eigenaar een bericht gestuurd. Heb hem voorgesteld 1 nacht te betalen . Dat heeft hij afgewezen . We hebben 330 euro betaald voor niets . Hij kon de kamer zo weer verkopen.
Zeer slecht afgehandeld. We slapen nu ook in ee n Logis in Kaysersbergen, prima hotel.
Misschien kunt u nog iets doen voor ons om iets van ons geld terug te krijgen.

Hotel bien situé au bord du lac, l'accès se fait par un digicode, pas d'accueil lors de la prisd de la chambre.
La chambre est standard, au 1ere étage avec un balcon donnant sur le lac, le double vitrage insonorise bien les btnruits de la route.
Seul bémol c'est le bruit des chambres voisines, le sol craque, nous entendons les voisins duscuter, de plus des enfants couraient dans l'appartement juste au dessus.
Nous sommes rentré a 4h00, les voisins nous ont réveillé a 7h30 puis les enfants a partir de 8h00.
Du coup nous nous sommes levé pour déjeuner, beaux produits très variés.

A cozy hotel with very friendly staff, a wonderful view of the lake and within walking distance of the town and the lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but it's best to book in advance as it gets very busy. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the staff will take care of anything you might need. Warm welcome and attentive staff, very clean hotel, very pleasant with its small balcony and its view of the lake. We were pampered at breakfast in a "cocooning" atmosphere, it is in abundance with a multiple choice (salty, sweet and various special breads and pastries) at will!!! Very very good and hearty restaurant in a simple and chic atmosphere at the same time. Large covered terrace with lake view. Only downside access to the elevator to take the luggage upstairs is not basic. And a little extra would be that eventually an air conditioning is installed because these rooms benefit from a large bay window and the sun almost all day which is very pleasant. The balcony overlooking the lake with its table and two armchairs is a call to relax. Unbeatable value for money given the positioning of this hotel. Thank you all and we will be back for another stay.

I spent 1 night there: very warm welcome, benevolent welcome message with explanations in case of absence, team available, superb decor, very clean room, bedding which suited me very well. No own parking at the hotel but places available all around. Really a very pleasant surprise.

Great hotel and staff! Too bad we got room 107 because no shutter, we had a very big storm, thunder, wind and rain, it felt like the window wouldn't hold up. In addition we came for our wedding anniversary but also for the fireworks, and the window of our room overlooked a large roof which still obscured the view. But we will come back and ask for another room! 👍

The room seemed a bit "old-fashioned", especially the bed. It could be a little moderna and brighter. The bathroom looks good.

Beautiful hotel with an ideal location. Caring staff and always with a smile. Excellent food at Bourru Gourmand, the hotel restaurant. If I had to find a point for improvement, it would be to reserve a few places in the parking lot that runs alongside the establishment, for hotel guests.

Everything was perfect. Nice ambience with a beautiful view centrally located.

Very pleasant setting. However, I deplore the absence of air conditioning as well as the rather poor quality of the mattress which was poorly air-conditioned (materials favoring tanspiraton), too mox and not ensuring sleeping independence for couples (deformation on both sides on the slightest movement). . Considering these last points we had slept quite badly. The quality of the evening meal was good, but my partner complained about the slow service. Wifi connection was not working which however was not necessarily the fault of the hotel.
