We spent one night in this very nice hotel. Friendly welcome, the evening meal was very good and the breakfast great with a lot of choice. The best part: a very nice view

Hotel under construction, so what was offered could not be honored (restaurant) but compensated by a reservation in a very good local restaurant and a commercial gesture. A large private car park is also available.

In sharing our opinion, we are trying to be constructive.
Hotel Le Pressoir looks tired. It needs a coat of paint. The dinner menu unique was uninspiring at best.
The breakfast was fine but investing in a coffee machine would improve the breakfast even further.

Frankly very disappointed, paying 100 euros for a room without air conditioning, it's 50 degrees in the room, can't even enjoy the swimming pool!! Avoid

Hotel Le Pressoir is a beautiful hotel with a friendly and dynamic team, a beautiful panoramic view of the massif around St Chinian, we had a great time. Thanks to the whole team Val and Xav

People who love their job and are very friendly. We recommend it as a starting point for visiting the region.

A big thank you to the owners for their kindness and responsiveness. The area is very pleasant and the swimming pool as well of course. The ideal would have been 2 fans in the large bedroom.

Fine hotel. To minor points of critic:
We really needed airconditioning, but only a fan was available.
The WiFi was not secure, which was a pity.

Very friendly welcome, the meal is good, a little tight in quantity for cyclists. The breakfast is good. The rooms are really not great but clean. Would deserve a major refresh. For a stopover evening it's fine.

Ideally located on one of the beautiful tourist routes of Aude. A great welcome by the owners and the possibility of parking our motorbike in a safe place for the night.

A wonderful welcome and catering. The cuisine is family-style but excellent and the exchanges with the owners are extremely pleasant. The rooms have everything you need, the decor is a little dated but it is completely comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Very friendly owners, lovely swimming pool and easy to find on the outskirts of Saint Chinian. Large car park. Good food and wine.

Great welcome..beautiful people at the controls..it's a pleasure..a very nice surprise even if with Logis de France we are rarely disappointed..there, it exceeds expectations in relation to my needs.

Old hotel, plasters are falling in the room, single glazed window. Has a swimming pool but apart from that the rest is disappointing

Very pleasant hotel, large swimming pool, very warm welcome and responsive to customer requests. Air conditioning is not available in the rooms (point specified before booking). Quality catering to be reserved in advance.

A very warm welcome which adapts to our needs. It was a little hot in the room but that's seasonal.

The whole building need a makeover! It’s all outdated, looks old and no climate control..

Very friendly and helpful team! I fully recommend and plan to visit the region with our motorcycle club. Very secure location. And easy access near a supermarket with gas station! What more !
