Evening stopover: Pleasant staff, however narrow room, forced to climb on the bed to go to the bathroom, poorly cleaned, dirty shower. Dinner fish not cooked, fruit not fresh or cut long ago, very generous breakfast but too bad the quality is not there! I would have preferred to have less choice but quality.
Overpriced for the service. Sad room, minimal equipment, no view, questionable cleanliness, etc.
Bedroom grubby and old fashioned. Floor boarding coming apart with 12mm gaps, main door sticking, shower mould in tray and debris down side of shower with poorly finished panelling. Partner refused to use shower. Small room for a 'Classic room'.
Well located Lack of hot water for shower and heating
Beautiful location, very good quality catering, good three-stage evening menu. A little disappointed by the room, cramped and equipped with two small beds pushed together which is unpleasant as a bed and leaves little space to move around in the room. It would also be necessary to install blackout curtains to block out the outside night lights.
Unfortunately, the cleaning was not done except for changing the sheets and towels. Lots of dust on the floor and on surfaces, trash can not emptied, paper on the floor, hair, stain on the blanket. We reported this problem the same evening of our arrival.

A perfect little weekend, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Somme from the room. The restaurant is very welcoming, with excellent mussels with samphire. The staff is very friendly.

Nice stay in Saint Valery, on the other hand the room was old and the cleaning was not the best because of hair in the shower and dust in the room and lack of smile on arrival and at the time of the surprise bill because on internet reservation tourist tax not applied

Nice little room, comfortable bed but it creaks, the locker room is hard to close, dust on the frames and light, cobwebs on the ceiling and bathroom side, the shower and sink are spotless except for the toilet, lots of limescale, then dirty on the floor (hair and a pipette of eye wash under the sink then the shower door was not adjusted so water on the floor. There is a lack of cleaning and cleanliness where the rest was perfect

I find the prices a bit excessive and the hotel is more of a 2 star. €19 for breakfast: much too expensive for the service: canteen jam, a raw croissant pushed 1 per person, fruit juice from the machine, powdered omelette, neglected carafe of cold milk. The dinner is good the chef is a professional: risotto, sea bass, lamb…. €9 a glass of Petit Chablis a sweet joke!!! And the negative point the catering service 👎a lot of work for a discreet exchange without shouting, and a more sustained oral expression

Arrival 6pm… Very cold welcome, a “hello” that we can barely hear and when we give our reservation name, the receptionist tells us “ah, I was going to call you, we had a problem, your room is not free, you will be in a studio”… the famous studio mentioned in a previous negative comment! We refuse, and ask to be accommodated where we have reserved, she sighs while searching in the drawer of the bar for the keys to the studio located 50m from the hotel and grumbling, she tells us that if it poses a problem the management is in the office behind the reception. We call out to the manager, who is just as cold, who does not understand that we wanted the reserved room even if it means dislodging the people who have already settled in 5 minutes before our arrival. He tries to make us feel guilty because the other customer has crutches, and that it was therefore up to us to go and sleep outside the reserved hotel room. We let him know that this was typically the kind of review you find on the internet, he doesn't understand, for him it's false, he's never seen this kind of review and knows his job. We do not recommend this hotel, the room was spacious, but dusty and the staff was not welcoming! Despite this, the hotel is well located!

We were very well received when we arrived, the hostess also gave us advice for our weekend. The hotel is very well located with direct access to the pedestrian streets of St Valery. We took the small room facing the bay. very comfortable bedding, facilities ++ the restaurant is great! from the meal to the very generous breakfast. The tasting menu included in the half board is incredible! I enjoyed the sauerkraut from the sea. The service was also top notch (thank you Corentin for your sense of service and your smile) in short, it was a great stay.

A pleasant stay despite uncertain weather.
Charming hotel with a view of the bay, just a downside on the parquet floor. otherwise don't forget to close the shutters, they are electric shutters I didn't know otherwise nothing to say. Just that parking is paid, from 7 p.m. it is free until 9 a.m. the next morning after which the rates are affordable
Correct in the overall service for two reasons: - the rooms are poorly soundproofed but you have to be realistic and understanding, this is linked to the way in which the buildings were constructed in the past. - the price / service ratio is completely correct. Small downside on the price of consumption which is a little high.
Very dirty
We did not receive the room requested. We were in an apartment for 6 people and under the roof. Our request was sea view room. And our view was of rooftops. Very disappointed because if there were no more rooms as requested, we could have been told at the start.

the pluses: hotel very well located, very quiet, good bedding, breakfast excellent in choice and quality, good welcome the minuses: small room, a 160 bed (very comfortable) replaced a 140 bed so really very little no space around, and no bedside table on one side, unstable toilet bowl, bathroom mirror placed way too high, the front door creaks heavily.

The hotel is very clean and perfectly located. Breakfast well served. The bed is good.. Er the amber very clean. The view of the bay is a real plus. However, I regret that in the restaurant a frozen fish listed on the menu is served without informing us. We would have completely understood if we were told that the product was missing. We would have taken something else. However, the management was sensitive to our remark and offered us coffee. because we were offered dewsert

You cannot enter before 5 p.m. The welcome was not friendly. We didn't feel comfortable. The lady didn't show us the room. However, the room was clean and the view of the port was superb. The dining room lacked atmosphere, but the food was ok. We won't come back.

Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast on the first 2 mornings was a good buffet selection but on the 3rd morning the only offering was a coffee or tea and a piece of bread and a croissant per person. For this the hotel still charged 19 euro per person. Not good enough customer service so this would not make me stay again or recommend this hotel.
The hotel is superbly located, with very good views from some rooms and the restaurant. only small downside - the high price of breakfast (19€) even though it is a cold buffet.
The only positive points: the geographical location and the bedding. Otherwise, some staff members are unfriendly or even unpleasant. "The apartment", room 28, furniture and fair cleanliness, you have to choose between the kettle and the TV for the socket in the entrance and between the phone charger and the lamp in the room. And above all, no hot water in the shower!! We had to stay 2 nights in the end fortunately we only booked one in this hotel because with 2 children including 1 baby without hot water... especially considering the comments (read later of course!) and the reactions of certain staff members, the problem seems to have been known for quite a while now!!! Very expensive for the quality of services!! Our stay deserves neither 3 stars nor this price (165 euros per night). The breakfast is good but nothing exceptional which justifies the price either (19 euros per person!) And no wifi connection in this room
I will not recommend this hotel. For €180 per night, we could hope for a more spacious room: 15m2 bathroom included + corridor. Hairs were left on the toilet bowl. The bathroom smelled so strongly of a disinfectant product that we had to air it out for part of the afternoon. In the evening, this smell was replaced by a smell of mold. Not all electrical outlets worked. Additionally, we didn't feel very welcome. The staff is neither smiling nor friendly. This hotel apart from its location in the city is not to be recommended. The quality/price ratio is very very disappointing. We would estimate it at +/- €70.

Bedding with plastic mattress pads on a double bed which are in fact 2 single beds put together. We weren't very hungry and had in our formula a starter main course dessert menu and just wanted to eat less without changing the price because we didn't want to waste food and well that didn't matter to the manager and we had to negotiate for 20 min to have a meal for 60€ but charged 80€ (we agreed on that!) friendliness absolutely absent except by the breakfast team. To top it off, no hot water in the showers (but known problem….)

I had reserved 2 rooms: in mine apart from a broken bulb reported but not changed (!) nothing to report. On the other hand, in that of my couple of friends, faulty flush in the toilet, the door of the cupboard for storing clothes blocked, came out of its rail despite several attempts to put it back in place, total absence of door in the cabin shower (!), in the shower the tap for the water supply remained in the hand as soon as you touched it!!! In the 2 bedrooms, only one electrical outlet which is complicated to charge a phone and connect a computer...

If the hotel was ok, the restaurant is a real disaster. No professionalism from the waitresses, really not friendly. Endless waiting time (arrived at 7 p.m. and left at 9:40 p.m.). Prices that are not justified. Cocktails served hot, no carafe of water or salt and pepper on the tables, a horrible chocolate fondant... in short, we will avoid the "Logis" label from now on

Corridor of the rooms very shabby, dirty limit, doors of the rooms damaged with screws coming out (room 12), very small room, with peeling paint in some places and dirty wall, toilet flush pitted by oxidation, shower tiny, in short, nothing that makes you dream and above all nothing that justifies 3 stars and the price that goes with it (129 € per night), apart from the view of the Baie de Somme. On the other hand, the breakfast is sumptuous and the local menu very correct, well cooked with fresh products, served in a beautiful and pleasant dining room. The private parking advertised on the site does not exist: parking is in the street and it is paying.

Hormis une vue imprenable et une situation de rêve, à "recommander"si vous optez pour un acceuil raide à votre arrivée, une attaque en bonne et due forme après la 1ère de nos 2 nuitées parce que cette même hôtesse d'acceuil nous voyait partir sans payer, oubliant que nous restions encore jusqu'au lendemain; si vous avez un penchant pour la chambre sans charme, la sdb de 1.8m/ 1.00 m, avec douche aux portes cassées et enlevées, sans ventilation, et robinetterie qui verse à côté de l'évier. Literie très étroite et digne d'une auberge de jeunesse, sans ventilation non plus...

The hotel itself is ok but it was the location that gave me the problem, lots of traffic and even very early in the morning. Hence, impossible to rest properly. 2nd negative point, the accommodation guide informs about private parking, but you have to park on the public road at the price of 40 euros for the one-week package.

Very average welcome, disjointed table service, friendly but overwhelmed waiter, alone, poorly prepared food, not very tasty. Intervention moved from the boss to his server. Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel, the exterior setting is charming, we expected the same thing for a 3-star hotel with the Logis label. To begin with, the room did not correspond to our reservation despite a nice upgrade made by the management we had the right to 2 separate beds instead of a double bed and it was very practical to bring them together with a telephone located right in the middle … Then we saw suspicious white spots on the ottoman .. it was a bad start quality of the bedding is poor, so after a night of poor quality a good shower was welcome and well after closing the glass door which was missing the central wall of the shower door then after 3 minutes of hot water it was the cold shower… as the water only came back intermittently The management offered to wash us in a room occupied by someone… we had the explanation that the hotel was full which could cause water problems hot and that they were aware of this hot water problem in this room, it would have been better not to make this room available to customers rather than to offer us a breakfast as a gesture of goodwill.. To conclude, I would not recommend this hotel to Anyone despite lovely staff who tried to find us solutions they couldn't solve

This hotel is in a fabulous location in a beautiful bayside town. The accomodation is very good especially the superior rooms overlooking the river. The bathroom though well equipped and clean was very tight, a pregnant woman or a large person would find it difficult to pass the door and the mirror was placed far too high to see your image - but, the basin plug worked unlike many hotels. A fabulous place to stay and plenty of choices to eat elsewhere in the attractive old town a few steps away. Would book it again despite the erratic restaurant service.
