We were humiliated and surprised by a disparaging remark: Mr C I have some advice to give you: I don't like waste and here is the proof she said while showing us a plate with a piece of bread and 2 slices of cheese!!! And this while there were other visible leftovers on the neighboring tables! We left the hotel while an additional night was planned and paid for.... This really ruined our stay

Legendary welcome worthy of the region at all levels: restaurant, breakfast, advice, breathtaking view from the terrace. Too bad we didn't have air conditioning because we came on a hot day but there was a fan. We will come back.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The room has a great size, it is clean, comfortable and noiseless. The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to the train station (10min walking). Breakfast was also a great experience!

“More than perfect” hotel for a stay of a few days in Evian. Hotel very well located close to the banks of Lake Geneva and the city center, very clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
I found the welcome very good, the room is very nice and well designed, I really like the idea of the bathroom with the courtesy blue light, perhaps a little small for a large person, check-out times a hair restrictive (10.00 am) but on the other hand when we arrived our. room was ready at 1.30pm. The staff should not enter the rooms while the customer is having breakfast in the hotel room.
It was not possible to sleep with the window open because of the loud street noise.

The room was very quiet, liked the shutters that provided blackout. The door to the balcony did excellent soundproofing. The nightlights in the bathroom was a good feature. The people at the front desk were helpful and gave excellent advice.

I booked a 19m2 room with lake view I had a 9m2 room overlooking a parking lot and a boulevard. impossible to sleep as the air conditioning is noisy. it looks like an abominable 747 living room very mediocre sleeping arrangements a bathroom with bathtub on the resa and in reality a 2m2 room! wifi with an outdated server (avoid) a hotel to avoid that will not see me again

I did not accept the supplements requested during my last stay. More than a hundred nights in just over a year, a non-refundable overbooked night and supplements? Honestly, I don't admit. Business sense gives. I'm going to think about changing my hosting habits.
We are regulars of the Littoral and as usual the welcome is perfect, the quality services, we recommend it to all those who want to remember their visit to Evian.
