We would have liked to have been warned that there was a party because there was a lot of noise (music, etc.) quite late (after 11 p.m.). We reported it this morning when we left.

Establishment to recommend and in particular its restaurant lives up to the praise of the Michelin guide.

The room was beautiful and spacious, offering all the necessary comfort. The heated pool is a real plus, and the restaurant offers delicious cuisine. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

It was an incredible discovery, my wife and I took a stay with a relaxation area, sauna and jacuzzi. All the services were up to our expectations, very welcoming and very smiling staff, always attentive to our needs, impeccable clean room. The swimming pool is a delight, perfect for relaxing, not to mention the decor which is a real haven of peace. The restaurant is a delight for the taste buds, everything was perfect, very good, well done to the chef for these achievements. We had a very good stay to do again soon and I highly recommend this area. Ps we loved meeting the little cat Gérard, very cute, a little cat with a very gourmet palate 🤣

Very nice establishment: the environment is extremely pleasant and soothing. The room is comfortable with a nice view of the outdoors. We particularly appreciated the breakfast and its "homemade" preparations: cookies, yogurts, cakes. The team is discreet and efficient. Great address!

We first visited the hotel eight years ago and were delighted to be able to return again. Although the complex has developed it has not lost its appeal. The location is excellent and provides a wonderful rural setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to provide vegetarian options on the menu. Looking forward to returning before 2032!

Wouldn't take the Valentines package again: rose petals shredded into a million pieces on the bed. Spent 10mins on my hands & knees cleaning up the mess. Whole rose petals are better! The 'gift' of a sample size shampoo, lotion & soap are expected as toiletries in a 4star hotel, not as a 'valentines gift'. No shower cap, cotton buds or phone in the room. Big problem with wifi & tv. Very disappointing for a 4star establishment. Restaurant: food was outstanding! Service was terrible! After one hour of waiting after arrival, I had to ask the waitress if she forgot about us as later arrivals got served before us. No apologies. Young staff need more training on not being rude to paying guests. We had to ask for everything: knives/forks, bread, more wine.

The menus in the Restaurant have too much milk and not much choice. No salads and no grilled meat. For older people we must consider that they have an intolerance against milk (not fermented). If you use crème fraîche or yogurt - it's less difficult.

Superb hotel, finally a real 4*. Two or three small details like the condition of the parking lot or the chicken wire on the wooden paths to prevent slipping. it's a shame. I appreciated the calm of the hotel, its setting, the decoration of the rooms and the bottles of water from the estate served in glass bottles in glass glasses, the softness of the water in the shower is rare in our days in hotels and finally the impeccable cleanliness of the room, something equally rare these days.

Environment (calm and friendly donkeys) and pleasant welcome. A little lick of paint on the ceilings and quality/size of the bath towels to review.

Excellent meal; the mix of flavors is very balanced. The service is very pleasant and efficient. A small disappointment with the somewhat expensive wine pairing for the wines presented. The choice at breakfast is very complete and very good. The only disappointment on the coffee side; no espresso machine; only filter coffee in a Thermos is offered; to review.

A last minute reservation. We had the pleasure of being upgraded and being able to benefit from 2 massages! The service, the staff, the welcome, the restaurant, the wellness center, everything is designed to make you feel good, even very good! A little extra to accommodate my gluten allergy. Comfort of the room leaves something to be desired. Quite uneven dinner. Foie gras from the ordinary menu. Very good pigeon. Very disappointing soufflé because no perfume (perhaps forgotten). Menu at 55€ perfect snails, good trout and the blackberry dessert won't carry you away. Well-stocked wine list but no sommelier who can provide informed advice

We cannot express an opinion as to the quality/price ratio, this stay having been offered to us. The setting (the hills of Gascony at the gates of AUCH) is superb. A mix of old and modern real estate of good quality, the very professional restaurant service and the finesse of the meal added to the (exceptional) care of the hotel's relaxation complex make this place a remarkable address.

A courtesy tray with the possibility of having herbal tea, tea or coffee would be welcome. Gravel from the slippery parking lot. At the restaurant, the menu is very short.

Hotel service which is not up to the standard of a 4 star, nor the catering section which is very good. Very small rooms, basic equipment, very poor sound insulation (you can hear the neighbors' TV very well and people moving in the room above), non-existent wi-fi, mini-bar not refreshing, little storage space ...the only positive point is the bedding.

Having ordered a dish at dinner without a starter and a dessert, this was served to us 2 hours and 10 minutes after our arrival.

room with only one shelf for wardrobe, the obligation to repack our suitcases to leave the room to a technician who comes to carry out non-urgent work, inappropriate response from the reception staff who imposes and gives orders to customers, a wedding gala dinner announced at 8 p.m. with first starter course at 10:15 p.m. and more than 45 minutes between the two remaining courses, then 1 hour and a quarter for a portion of dessert, and I spend 3, end of the meal at 3:10 a.m.

My husband phoned reception to find out if the restaurant could adapt a menu to my diet (pregnancy). The person was unable to answer us and simply ask the restaurant the question. Too bad you lost 2 customers. Also note that the car park is only equipped with an electrical outlet. So we could not benefit from it because the connected person remained connected throughout the stay. We were obliged to recharge our batteries in Auch at the time of the evening meal. In addition, at the end of the stay I was surprised to receive an email telling me that the carafe in the room had disappeared and that I had to pay for it. Now the bottle was on the bedside table. They didn't look much... On the other hand, they were very reactive to bill me for it. Despite a good night and a pleasant moment during breakfast, we will not return to the Domaine de Beaulieu for the lack of professionalism of the reception staff.

We were very disappointed with our night spent at this hotel. Room on the ground floor with an air conditioning that did not work forced to sleep with the bay window wide open all night. Mosquito infested room we were devoured. Household that leaves something to be desired there were cobwebs with their inhabitants... A crushed spider on the pillowcase. Lack of privacy on the terrace which overlooked directly on the swimming pool with passage in front of the bedroom. Regarding soundproofing, we had the pleasure of hearing neighbors until two in the morning. We had come to rest and left more tired than when we arrived. In short once but not twice.

Very pleasant place, the stay went well, very accommodating staff. Only small downside: there is no possibility of "nibbling", only the gourmet restaurant is provided on site, but for a stay of several days with children, a proposal for tapas to eat in the room would have been a plus!

The reservation made on the hotel's website for a “panoramic view” lodge turned out to be a room with a cramped terrace overlooking the hotel's main passageway and swimming pool. Explanation of the hotel: you had a view of the garden… In fact, there is nothing panoramic because the hotel calls lodge rooms that are not panoramic, suggesting that they all are. In addition, it was our second stay and we were vigilant on this point when booking which left us in no doubt. Conclusion: same room for the second time and not the advertised lodge with panoramic view. In addition: more than poor soundproofing, no coffee pods (despite the receptionist's assertion), absolutely empty soap bottle (to pick up yourself at the reception), water leak on the ceiling, meal of a duration of 3 hours (1 hour of waiting for the appetizer). The person at the reception is extremely unpleasant (she told us that we had booked at the last minute and that we should not complain …) and the restaurant staff incompetent except the sommelier. to conclude: for us, the classification of the hotel is not deserved and the booking site is misleading (the lodges are presented as panoramic when they are not all and it is impossible to know this when booking)

On the other hand, I found the price of the lodge a little excessive in relation to the room and, having not taken the breakfast service, I was refused a coffee at 10.30 am by the swimming pool. Maybe because of the organization of the wedding but in view of what I paid for one night + the escape game (very nice as well as the manager by the way, I recommend), I don't find it very correct . Good stay overall.

Being a service provider for a few weddings in Beaulieu, I loved this place, so I decided to share it with my parents-in-law by reserving a room and meal for them. They were delighted, it was comfortable, they enjoyed themselves in the restaurant. I recommend this hotel and this restaurant. You can go there with your eyes closed! Thank you to the whole Beaulieu team!

Magnificent hotel. Our privilege room had a magnificent view of the countryside and donkeys who could come and say hello to us in front of our terrace. Our room was spacious and very pleasant. We enjoyed dinner on the restaurant's terrace, a gourmet 3-course menu with tasty, refined and well-presented dishes. Very warm welcome and good service. The pool is also very nice. We had a pleasant stay. (we just found the breakfast a little too expensive compared to the products and choices offered)

The price of the stopover evening seems to me to be much higher compared to establishments similar to the Domaine de Beaulieu.

Very little service. No one available from 8:30 p.m.!!! 2 nights, one of which was terrible because of swarms of mosquitoes. Air conditioning does not work from the room. Need for intervention of the reception which is absent at 8:30 p.m.!!!

Nice and comfortable

The accommodation is top, the restaurant is top, the staff is top nothing to complain about. Watch out for the pool, because the wood surrounding the pool is starting to rot and splinters are not particularly pleasant. The big point that spoiled our evening was the late group of guests from the manager who allowed himself to make noise and have a good evening until 3:30 am, without worrying about the customers who had booked a night to rest and relax. We reported it the next day to reception, and obviously we weren't the only ones... I don't think I'll come back to this establishment that my son and my daughter-in-law were happy to introduce us to by being regulars... I hope at least that the establishment will be able to show professionalism during their next visit...

Fairly unremarkable hotel with rooms without personality or window (only the door has a window resulting in a lack of privacy).

The area in its outdoor facilities, dining room and breakfast are well worth the 4 star rating, it is very beautiful and very well thought out, however the room is very basic, lack of decoration and furniture worthy of the name.

Calm, comfort, warm welcome The signs are a bit short to access the hotel, too bad because it's worth the detour! However we occupied the room PMR (N°5) very well arranged, nice space in wheelchair. A criticism despite everything, the toilet bowl is much too low, and it lacks a grab bar on the right, which causes great difficulty in getting up.

Very relaxing place, clean, well equipped and with very caring staff... The big pluses? The rooms are spacious, the swimming pool heated and... The restaurant is excellent!

Access is inconvenient and problematic. If you are loaded no help of any kind. The car park is on a slope and the gravel floor is not very pleasant. Access to the rooms is complicated.

Very good experience. Very nice place. We were in a lodge, the room is very beautiful and the view of the fields with the donkeys is just authentic. The different partitioned parts and the large swimming pool are superb. The restaurant is very good and pleasant. The chef adapts to the tastes of his guests. What happiness.

Lovely restaurant; great staff. Superb sommelier. Accommodation was ‘ok’ ( air con defective - but not a major problem as weather wasn’t hot). Would def return and stay again.

Very exotic, despite some faults of taste with regard to the divisive side of the place vis-à-vis the predominant natural side. But everything is done to welcome you in a very lounge context with a rare human predominance compared to the large hotel groups that impress you without loving you like here. Because here, it's nature, welcome and Gers love with a great reminder of the film "Love is in the meadow": everything is good, generous.

the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening and it was disappointing not to have a bar/lobby where we could gather and warm up other than in our room.

In room 14 the VMC did not work in the toilets.

Very good hotel with an extraordinary restaurant. When we are still in the South we would always take this hotel.

Invited to the Domaine de Beaulieu for a wedding organized and controlled from A to Z in its entirety, we have kept excellent memories. We had even planned the following night (the day after the wedding) where we spent an excellent night of complete rest. A must in the Gers

An overnight stay in Auch whilst house hunting. Overall a good experience but spoilt by the very cold room. It’s winter but a hotel of this standard should be able to anticipate and accommodate low temperatures. We had to ask for extra bedclothes and whilst the room thermostat was adjusted centrally, the room just never came up to a reasonable temperature making for a not very enjoyable experience. The restaurant was very good and we were particularly well looked after by the attentive and knowledgeable sommelier. We would stay again but only during warmer months. It’s a real shame that the hotel wasn’t able to provide an essential and basic aspect of comfort

Magnificent place to rest and get away from it all with an exceptional view of the hills. The 1-star cuisine is a true experience of flavors and a culinary journey. The Cinq Mondes beauty institute is a real plus with the expert hands of the beautician. The spa is kept simple with a hot tub and sauna. The place is cozy and relaxing a few minutes from Auch. A caveat, however, on the quality of service of the accommodation which is not quite up to the level of the kitchen service. 2 reserved rooms: lodge + privilege, the 2 most expensive categories. When we arrived, maintenance work was being carried out in the spa right next to our 2 rooms, which is a noise that is hard to bear when you come to rest. We immediately informed the reception who told us that the works would end for 5 p.m.... surprisingly, we would have liked to have been informed before our arrival because we would have delayed it. For the privilege room, an invasion of twenty flies may be due to the presence of nearby donkeys. What about in the summer? We also reported to the reception when we left who took our remark into account... a small co gesture would have been appreciated, we consumed several treatments in the institute + the reservation of the spa (40 € for 2 people for 45 min) + half board. Or an invoice of 1049 € for 1 night. A beautiful place all the same which could be perfect by being more rigorous than these details.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful natural setting. However, if the exterior setting is magnificent, the delicious food, the place lacks personality. Both in terms of the rooms and the restaurant. Everything is white and taupe, as in any establishment. No bad taste but no WOUAH either. Too bad because the potential is enormous to make it a real exceptional place.

Extraordinary !!!

Superb restaurant, unexpected and delicious chef's menu. A nice setting and atmosphere. Cool rooms, with extras of local water, coffee and tea available. Products available in the bathroom with really pleasant scents. SPA a little limited in cleanliness. Disappointing bedding and slightly noisy heating. Still, overall recommended.

We had fun. The setting, the treatments, the meal, everything was great. The bed is a delight... Concerning the restaurant, watch out for the prices, it still stings a bit, especially the flat water "filtered" on site, which is charged! It should be specified when offering it, let's say it's very, very limited... And a small "flat" on the service too, which was not synchro enough, for a gastro in any case. The number is there but lacks fluidity, efficiency between the whole team contrary to what we usually know. Question of break-in, of experience perhaps but point to improve.

Excellent little weekend with my seven-year-old daughter and myself, we enjoyed ourselves as much as the other, we stayed in a lodge, the room was perfect, the staff very attentive and professional, small the more the room was full east so we were able to enjoy the magnificent sunrise and were treated to the visit of the three adorable donkeys on our balcony.. the room service meal was delicious and the breakfast extra.. even if we could not take advantage of the annexes such as the heated swimming pool because it is winter, the spa, the massages or even the escape game or other beautiful activities offered because we did it at the very last minute to arrive on places, we will not fail to come back to do this because we had a great time mother / daughter. I can only recommend this place.

Chambre froide à notre arrivée et difficile à chauffer. Il a fallu demander à l'accueil plusieurs fois d'augmenter le chauffage (impossible de régler la température de la chambre). Un seul petit convecteur électrique chauffe une grande pièce. Nous avons eu froid et heureusement sommes restés une nuit.
Pas de peignoirs, ni de chaussons, peu de serviettes et produits à disposition comme indiqué dans le descriptif, pour une chambre classé Privilège d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Pas de téléphone, ni de machine à café à disposition.

The place is very beautiful, however there was a heating problem, which is a shame in winter and the water in the shower was lukewarm or even cold.

Always very well received with more than good services. The only downside would be that the water in the shower was not hot enough. That's why I put only 4 stars on the comfort of my stay. But that won't stop you from coming back! thank you for your welcome

Room a little cold for the season

A little disappointed with some things about the room and the spa. Catering, gourmet dinner / breakfast at the top! Quality products, top service, we really enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely go back for the restaurant.
