We would have liked to have air conditioning and tea making faciltities in the room
Good bedding, easy free parking, disappointing breakfast (lack of regional products) disappointing white bread and nothing salty apart from small pieces of Gruyère which were certainly vacuum-packed (not good taste)
Everything was fine
Well located hotel, however, it lacked a fan because it was hot. In addition, people were talking very loudly in the street and the same for 1 hour in the middle of the night people were talking in the hotel and we could hear everything. The room and the welcome were perfect.
I am satisfied overall, both for comfort and quality. We are generally self-sufficient for everything, which didn't bother me. The only big downside is in the bathroom: the mixer to adjust the water temperature does not work well. It was set to the coldest when I arrived and I quickly understood why! Without touching it, I turned on the water and got a cold temperature then gradually hot until it was just bearable (too hot). After a few minutes the temperature drops a little to make it more comfortable but it's still dangerous! (And not practical)

Moldy cheese for breakfast. Impossible to have the slightest word of apology. No presence on site for customer receptions. It is impossible to have an invoice in the name of a company.

This is the 3rd time I have come to this hotel. The first two times, I was completely satisfied with it. Not this time. The welcome was perfect but I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. Obviously the vacuum had not been vacuumed and the toilets had not been completely cleaned. In addition, I was surprised by the temperature of the water in the shower, which was very hot and could not be adjusted despite the presence of a mixer tap. The television was also dysfunctional. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel, very well located.

Nothing to say about the hotel...but the location is too noisy with a very busy street, karaoke bars around and car rodeos to end the night around 2am. Do not stop at Yssingeaux for a calm and restful night...
No hair dryer. Only solution, the high wall fan heater. which cannot be stopped. Automatic duration: 20 minutes. When you open the windows wide to cool down, this arrival of very hot air is not welcome... A switch would be desirable.
Small family hotel, very pleasant. A special thank you to the restaurant attached to the hotel, which did not hesitate to reopen its kitchen at 9 p.m. when all the other restaurants/crêperie were already closed. All-you-can-eat breakfast with hot chacolatine. Thank you for your welcome I recommend.
Excellent welcome in this quiet and charming hotel. Very good value for money. Only problem: the passage leading to the car park, at the back of the building, is too narrow.
