In room 9, an unpleasant smell comes out of the carpet, I can hardly stand this type of smell, I had to sleep with the window open. The service is very good, which still encourages me to return to this hotel.

Well located hotel
We were very surprised, the rendering of the photos of the hotel upon reservation and the reality upon our arrival. The room is very small for four and the cleaning leaves something to be desired. As for the prices of the breakfast and restaurant menus, this is not very consistent with the status of the hotel.

Hotel closed on our arrival (4:30 p.m.). Obligation to telephone to obtain the code for the front door and collect the room key from the bar. No one at the hotel either to pay for the night upon our departure (9am). When booking, we requested a courtyard side room. We received no acknowledgment, neither positive nor negative, of this request, and we had a room on the road side. The shower gel/shampoo dispenser had been empty for a very long time, because it was all dry. We had two bars of soap, but nothing for the hair. We therefore considered the hair dryer as a simple decorative object.
Shower no holder, or canceled not available. Room dusty, lots of dust everywhere on the shelf. Toilet with yellow stone inside. Room very small. Light insufficient.

For one night, a perfectly OK hotel
Very dirty toilets that do not work, room available 3 hours later and flooded when we woke up. Nobody at the reception neither when we arrived at 4:30 p.m. nor when we left the next day at 9 a.m. where is the staff?
Logis Well located for visiting the Ardèche gorges. Good value for money.
I was stranded in Pierrelatte because of a breakdown during the return wave at the end of August, and the ladies at the reception were super helpful, flexible and understanding - many thanks for that!

Small room booked very late on Booking for a modest price, for one night. Stay very good overall despite an unpleasant smell in the room. Delighted with the quality of the dishes we had chosen for dinner. Very decent breakfasts.

One night stay on our vacation route. In one of the 3 rooms we occupied there was a strong smell of tobacco and the shower did not work.

We slept and ate at the hotel, two completely different experiences.... Regarding the hotel, the smell in our room was difficult to bear, rather old hotel, noise from the air conditioning every 15 mins, while this one it was off, until we woke up during the night. On the other hand, concerning the restaurant, I really recommend. We ate very well, the dishes were delicious, plentiful. Finally, concerning the staff, very pleasant, welcoming and smiling.

The cleanliness of the room remains desired. The bathroom was not clean, hair everywhere, the shower siphon full of hair… The bed is quite comfortable but very disappointed with the hygiene especially at the price of the night ..

Welcoming Friendly Excellent restaurant
Nice hotel easy to find. We had the necessary information for our stay on arrival. We were welcomed very well. The room was clean spacious. Small flat that we mentioned the next day with our hosts, the window which gave street side did not close well and suddenly there was the noise of the street but the most important is that with young children it represents a hazard. The owners assured us that this was the first time that this information had reached them and that they would take care of it. Hoping that this will happen, we have a good stay overall.
