Evening stopover and you have to go to a partner creperie for dinner and no one warns you when you make your reservation.
Nice hotel, but very cold considering the weather
Please note, the term "evening stopover" should be removed because it does not offer any internal or external catering service for the evening apart from a very good breakfast. does not justify the price difference between a classic reservation and an evening stopover (professional term which includes dinner in the service, external or internal)
The host was friendly and helpful - he stored our luggage after we had checked out. Breakfast was very good. Nice views from room's balcony, clean bathroom, Central location & also near supermarket and riverside walk. Delightful looking cafe next door in side street.

Overall, very below the standard I usually find in a Logis. (60 to 70 nights per year, especially at Logis) The toilet had a leak that clearly hasn't been around for a while. Water seeps under the parquet flooring, which gives off a musty smell. It's best to close the bathroom door properly so as not to be too bothered in the room. The flow in the shower is very slow, and since you run the water while waiting for it to heat up, when the shower water is good and you enter the cabin, your feet are in cold water. The TV hadn't been plugged in before my arrival, and I had to ask for an antenna cord to be brought. The reason given was that the previous occupant left with the TV and cords. Even if this is true, the necessary thing for a conscientious host would have been to put the room in order before my arrival. In any case, its activation was not of much use, because only 4/5 channels are available. The general impression I have of this room, the first on the left after the door on the right once you go up the stairs, is that it should not be given until work is carried out. In view of all these inconveniences, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated. But obviously this did not cross the mind of the owner. The quality ratio is execrable knowing that the stopover only includes breakfast, but not dinner. Even if this is clearly indicated when booking, it is so rare at Logis that it is easy to get caught. Logis would gain credibility by changing its regulations so that only complete services (night + dinner + breakfast) can be called a stopover and not as is the case today: "The stopover is a fixed rate intended only for professionals and includes at least one night, breakfast and/or dinner for your weekday travel." The and/or can be misleading. The wife's welcome was good, that's the only positive point I take from this bad experience.
