Smiles, kindness, from the boss and his entire team, it's a pleasure and a good hotel very well located in the heart of this beautiful region of golden stones and Beaujolais enhanced by the autumn colors I recommend
The welcome was warm and understanding.
It was great to have opportunity to swim.
Although the restaurant is closed at the weekend we were offered a substantial and very enjoyable cold meal.

Hello, The quality/price ratio is not there with this hotel. The rooms are dilapidated and the view is obstructed by a hedge. The bathrooms contain the toilet and the shower without walls forcing the guest to pass the squeegee to not flood the room... The television did not work. The breakfast is very poor in choice. Highlight of the show, you have to pay 5€ to rent a towel for the swimming pool. In short, far too expensive for the experience as a whole.

Regarding the room, the room category you booked on Booking.com is a room adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM). This is why the toilet is in the bathroom, and there is no shower tray (to facilitate the passage of a wheelchair). In all our other rooms, the toilet is separate from the bathroom, and the shower is in a closed alcove.
We are sorry that the TV in the room was not working. If you had informed us, we could have corrected this immediately.
Please feel free to make suggestions for additional products that you would like to see at the breakfast buffet. We are always on the lookout for new ideas.
Indeed, if you want a bath towel, in addition to those in your room, to go to the swimming pool, we rent them at an additional cost in order to cover the laundry costs. Rental is however offered in our Grand Confort rooms, the superior category.

V good. I had emailed about my son's gluten and dairy allergies but the lovely host remembered, took us through the menu and made sure he had a lovely stay.
Very good for the room. On the other hand, the quality of the meal is not satisfactory for an evening stopover exceeding 100 euros

Very satisfied with having selected this hotel: very pleasant welcome, clean room, very quiet, simple but very good breakfast, relaxation area for children, very large parking lot, in short, only very positive things. Clean room, small downside to one of the large towels in our bathroom which had been left as a "foot" mat... Quiet night. Good value for money and generous breakfast.

Staff were friendly and professional and the food was excellent. The room was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The only downside is that our car scraped the bottom of its front bumper on exit - the slope is too steep for a sports car. I solved the problem by driving out of the entrance! It would have been good to have tea & coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

A real pleasure to be accommodated in a place that has a history with a staff that preserves it. The hosts are pleasant, helpful and so human! The activities are varied and without reservation constraints. The restaurant is very good with quality and delicately cooked menus. Thanks again to the team!

Regarding the room staff, correct outfits but in the dress code, avoid jeans… it's a question of standing!
Nobody to welcome us: instead, an envelope with our name and room number accessible to everyone. As a result, no possibility of enjoying the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The room was composed of 2 beds for 1 person whereas we asked for 1 bed for 2 people. In the morning, we came across a spider in the shower. Finally, paying 160 euros to spend a night in 2 small beds in a remote village is not cheap given the benefits

Very warm welcome. The room with balcony is very comfortable, the services are of high quality. Pool and jacuzzi well heated and very clean. As for the restaurant, we enjoyed ourselves. Very good address in peace! The only small inconvenience in the room is the light that turns on automatically in the entrance, annoying at night.
Paying more than 170 euros for a stopover evening is downright a scam!!!
