The welcome is really perfect, the cleanliness, the setting this place is charming calm and peaceful. The staff is very pleasant and very strong for the little one. We had a really good time in this hotel I highly recommend it.
Have stayed there 3 times and never been disappointed. The rooms are adequate and clean and the food is highly recommended. Every meal we have had there has been superb. The staff are lovely too.

Very friendly welcome. We were sorry there was no lift to reach the third floor but the climb up the stairs was worth the effort as the view over the bay was great. Our room was cozy and the beds very comfortable, apart from the plastic sheeting over the mattress which we only discovered when we woke up boiling in the middle of the night. Our meal in the panoramic restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed watching the tide racing in.

In het restaurant kregen we een tafeltje in een hoekje, terwijl er andere tafels in het midden ongebruikt bleven. Menu was wel in orde voor die prijs, alleen de fles Croze Hermitage had droesem op bodem. Alhouwel ze gedecanteerd werd, was de prijs best stevig.

Great hotel with a magnificent view of the bay to eat a breathtaking view between Cancale and Mont, we did not stay long enough to enjoy the walks around, too bad time stopped we really wanted to stay. We took a night and were able to enjoy the restaurant which is a great place to enjoy all the dishes, a super quality service and simply devoted and adorable owners. We enjoyed this stopover in this very pleasant hotel, very clean and very neat throughout the establishment, and in the rooms all the comfort is there. Maybe a little noisy when it is full but excusable and normal. Thank you very sincerely, we will come back Seb Julia and Stef

Great location for visiting both Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. The view of the ocean is incredible especially in the evening.

- Room 2 shower attachment could not be tightened so slid down too low.
- No electric plug for the bedside light on one side of the bed!
- Although room keys were all in a box on reception there was little security or presence at the reception desk so anybody could have come in from the street and accessed the bedrooms
- Phone charge USB/C sockets would be a useful addition beside the bed.
The fan was most appreciated and made a huge difference to sleeping at night with daytime temps of 33C
An excellent two star! Stayed only one night. Third floor attic room, view of the bay. Restaurant also with a view of the bay. Ate excellent mussels. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

Nous avons réservé une chambre il y a 5 mois.... on a eu droit à une chambre sous le toit avec des poutres dangereuses, pas de sortie de secours ni de détecteur de fumées dans la chambre. Refus de nous changer de chambre, mon mari a de graves problèmes de santé. Dautres personnes sont arrivées après nous...
J'ai reçu 1 mail refusant de nous rembourser la chambre, même si le propriétaire dut sur google qu'il nous a proposé de la remettre en location et de nous rembourser si elle etait louée. Il ment J'ai son mail pour le prouver....

Very pleasant and relaxing place. Everything was very good and met our expectations.
Nice hotel, good location. Breakfast was ok but no vegetable milk. Luckily we had soya milk in the car. Would like some veggies. Not many choices if you want a savoury breakfast.

We booked and used three rooms at the hotel and they were all spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of a lift which could make access difficult for physically challenged guests. I did, however, see that there is a guest room on the ground floor specifically for guests in wheelchairs and we could, perhaps, have asked for that room had we needed it.
The breakfast was copious and delicious and included a wide variety of breads, ham, salami, crepes, patisseries ....as well as coffee, tea and juices.
All the rooms had lovely views over the bay and the bathrooms were more than adequate for our needs. Finally, the staff were warm, efficient and very professional and were ready to assist with any queries we had.
Fantastic hotel and food in the restaurant was extremely good. Service was very friendly and helpful. Our triple room was spacious with a great shower in the bathroom. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and spacious room
I had a good time, the welcome was excellent, the location was excellent, a wonderful place, the room had a view of the bay, the following day we left for Mont Saint Michel, my only regret was that I would have liked to have dinner there but the restaurant was keeping its turn closing on Wednesday, the day of our arrival. If I were to return to that area I would hope to stay here again.

Very clean hotel with very welcoming and smiling staff. Very pleasant view of the bay from our room. We dined in the dining room, specializing in Thai cuisine, refined and hearty dishes. We stayed there with our two children and highly recommend this hotel. In the evening after our excellent meal, we were able to take a digestive walk with a beautiful sea view.

The room was clean. But it was the welcome and the atmosphere of the staff that saddened me. On arrival, I was given few explanations. At breakfast, the person at reception does not greet me. Staff come and go and don't say hello. Only one young Asian was friendly during my stay. I am a former hotel receptionist and this hotel is not very welcoming. I will not come back .
As a standard three star hotel, the hotel offers good service, a very comfortable stay and excellent restaurant at competitive prices! Instant hot water in the shower room throughout the night was much appreciated. Will certainly come again; highly recommended for tourist visiting Mont St Michel

The hotel is located a few meters from the sea, the location is ok. There is not much hotel parking space but there is space next to the hotel. There is a choice between two restaurants: French and Thai. The room is clean, there is just what you need. The price-quality ratio is quite good. Don't expect a high-end hotel but rather a family-friendly two-star hotel.

We set it to the right temperature but suddenly it's boiling hot then very cold! Horrible also the lack of pressure!) the sinks have good pressure but not the shower! Difficult to rinse your hair! The establishment is clean (common areas etc.) however the ashtray at the entrance to the hotel on the parking side was full as well as the trash can and after 3 nights still not emptied (butts full on the carpet) the exterior must be as clean as the interior

The hotel car park is small but we found another, free car park nearby.
On arrival, it is clear that the parking lot is already full. Fortunately the receptionist allows me to park my car while encroaching on the pedestrian path entering the hotel. The horizon quickly darkened at the sight of a large sign occupying almost the entire surface of the elevator door: “The elevator is strictly reserved for people with reduced mobility.” A smaller sign discourages customers from trying to force the automatic door. And yes, people who are lucky enough (and here unlucky) to walk on two legs must climb and hoist their luggage up the stairs that lead to the 1st or 2nd floor, (including the elderly, pregnant women, heart patients, etc.), without any assistance from hotel staff, of course. After this painful climb, I discovered that for myself alone, I had a large room with four beds (whoever can have the most, can have the least). This room is clean but has no more style than a hospital room. Those like me who have climbed the 2nd floor have the pleasure of seeing the sea in the distance, the image being partly spoiled by the view from the roof of the restaurant. Customers on the 1st floor can probably only see this roof which hides their view. I can't access the WiFi right away because the receptionist failed to give me the password and there is no indication in the room. Only later would I see this password on a side wall from the reception counter. When night falls, I will deplore the fact that the office remains in darkness, for lack of a desk lamp. There's no shower per se, just a huge bathtub with a shower head that I couldn't get to work. I had to settle for the tap position. Dinner at the restaurant remains a bad memory. After the six oysters for the starter, I opted for the piece of beef with fries. Unfortunately, this piece of beef was so tough I absolutely couldn't eat it. It had certainly been cut from meat to be boiled. As for the fries, they were spongy. A waitress, seeing that I wasn't eating, offered to change my dish and I opted for the mussels marinière. The mussels were good but tiny. I had never seen such small mussels in stores. How is it that in a locality which is the largest mussel production center in Northern Brittany, a hotel restaurant serves abnormally small mussels? I will let you guess.
We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was very good. Our room was very clean. The room was spacious. The only thing that bothered us was the ceiling insulation. Every step could be heard in the room above us.

La habitación y el baño tenían muy poca luz, las bombillas no daban mucha luz y no había mesilla en un lado de la cama, no se podía leer bien por la noche. Lo mejor el personal del comedor, llegamos unos minutos tarde para cenar y no nos pusieron pegas, la comida bien.

The soundproofing of the room is non-existent, the noises coming in particular from the upper floor very quickly become unbearable. Admittedly, the other customers were sorely lacking in education and community skills, but being embarrassed to this extent is a first for us.

Room on the 3rd floor without elevator, it may be necessary to indicate it on the description because it is a hassle to bring up the suitcases or for the elderly. Parking: 4 spaces only! Also noteworthy. Parking is one of our priorities when booking. Room good but aging bathroom with odors and window overlooking the roof of the kitchens so noise from the hood and smells of frying so forced to close the window. Unventilated breakfast room, stifling heat, correct choice. Nothing to do with the hotel but the bell tower opposite which rings for 5 minutes at 7:00 in the morning!

My wife and I went up and down 500 stairs over 2 days no elevator and this despite our age of 72 this should be mentioned when booking or at least in the Logis de France brochure

Room at the Top - No 18 - top floor, comfy bed, great little en-suite and the best view of the bay. Lovely local feel hotel which isn’t far from Cancale, St Malo, Dol and le M’ont St Michel. Great walks from the hotel where you can see various bird life (sparrow hawks, buzzards, sand martins are just a few.
Pay attention to the cleanliness of the shower. !!!!
Comfortable and welcoming hotel
The Bretagne hotel has a restaurant with a magnificent panoramic view of the Breton coast. We had ordered our food when our daughter suddenly fell ill. The staff was wonderful. The chef delayed our meal and our daughter was carried to her room (on the third floor) where she was able to rest comfortably and recuperate. Our delicious meal was served at 11pm in our room. we couldn't have asked for better service. Hats off!
