This hotel is a pearl in Germany! The head manager is very hospitable, very warm and speaks perfect French. The menu is tasty, the dishes delicate and all homemade, the antithesis of stupid potato/sauerkraut/sausage clichés. The room is simple, spotless, spacious, quiet. We had a good night, we will return and recommend with eyes closed
