Evening stopover: Pleasant staff, food worthy of a good restaurant (taste and presentation). Only remark, the room was a little dated, especially the shower.

Charming hotel, quiet, at the gateway to Sologne. Welcoming and attentive staff. Good product. The price is high like everywhere now.

A place to discover, whether for a short stay or several days. The hotel is located in a very calm and wooded environment, the house is magnificent, we feel that a family has lived several generations there. The owners are very pleasant and the cuisine excellent. We will come back!

Very friendly and lovely food

Lovely hotel but the outstanding attribute is the restaurant which I can't believe has not made it to the Logis " table distinguee". Very sadly the current proprietors have now sold so my review may be a bit irrelevant. Very many thanks to Charline/ & Jean-Pierre Mitaine for their wonderful work.

The check in was from 16.30, we arrived earlier. There was no one to welcome us at that point and we couldn’t get hold of anyone. We went into the town and came back at 16.30. Everyone wasbeurt welcoming then! So that was nice.
The hotel doesn’t have airco….it was 36 degrees that day. We’d had a long journey. Airco would have been nice

A typical old French villa in a beautiful cointry setting. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the addition of a kettle was very welcome. The food is high quality, with three choices for each course.

Stopover on a Sunday evening crossing France from East to West. Very beautiful setting, full of charm, calm and relaxing. Friendly and attentive welcome. we recommend this establishment.

The hotel is located in an old villa with a beautiful well-maintained garden. There is a spacious terrace in the garden where we enjoyed a truly excellent 3-course menu in the evening at a very good price. The room was neat and clean, but very small and the price of € 110 per night is not in proportion to what was offered. The bathroom was also clean, but that's the only good thing that can be said about it. To use the shower, you must first step into a bath, the bottom of which becomes mirror-smooth after the first use of water. So it is dangerous when getting out, also because there is nothing to hold on to. The hand shower only gave one wide jet and therefore cannot really be called a shower.

Beautiful establishment in a pretty green setting

A very beautiful setting, a pretty, well-appointed building, pleasant and well-insulated rooms. We also enjoyed the restaurant in a charming setting, in the summer the terrace must be magnificent.

I forgot to ask for the Wifi code to work and couldn't find it in the room (in the hotel booklet). If it could be indicated, that would be perfect! This is the one and only remark that I can make, everything else was perfect, and I will come back to it with great pleasure

Only one thing not happy about was the double charge for the one glass of wine my wife had. She was offered a top up but said no. I’ve only just noticed. However this is a fine place to stay and very comfortable and enjoyable with the added attraction of good food and hospitality.

We lived in this hotel for the first time in 1979 with 4 children, and since then very often, including with relatives. We went along with the change to the young tenants. It's been well renovated in the meantime. The last time I was a guest alone was in 2012, once it wasn't possible because it was closed in the first week of October. This time it was a sort of farewell, as the 700 km from Essen is a bit much. Anyway, a good place to stay.

I stayed at Villa des Borges for the first night of a 30 day road trip through France and Spain. The Villa was in an excellent location, very quiet and an exceptional restaurant serving delicious food. My car was safe in their large private car park and my room was very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay with a warm welcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Exceeded our expectations

This hotel is highly recommended. The rooms and bathroom are small but adequate. Much is made up for by an excellent dinner.

This is our third stay at Logis de Bord and as usual, we cannot fault anything. The owner is friendly and attentive. Both the evening meal and breakfast are leisurely and very good.

Very pleasant hotel and a fine dining experience.Everything was good...my only disappointment was flinding the gates locked at 15.30 on a very hot day and having to wait until 16.30 before entering the hotel grounds.

Good hotel as a stopover on the way south. Small but spotless rooms. Bathroom in need of renovation. The dinner was super delicious with a beautiful presentation and definitely recommended. A small downside is that the domain is not accessible before 4:30 PM, not even to leave luggage.

Logis where it is good to stop over for a night (or more). The place is extremely well maintained, the staff is very caring for travelers. We stopped there with our 3 young children and everything was perfect. Spacious and extremely neat room with all the services one may need. Not to mention the evening meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant that we took on the terrace in a very pleasant little corner of greenery!

Beautiful on the outside, ugly renovated on the inside. Surroundings and garden are top Restaurant: food was delicious but overprized! Value for money not good. Drinks really too expensive, €8 for a bottle of water and €7 for a glass of house wine

Comfortable room. Small flat for the bathroom which is very small but for one night it is fine. The restaurant is excellent: pleasant service, excellent dishes, everything to spend a pleasant evening. The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful, magnificent garden, unfortunately we could not take advantage of it because the good weather was not there. We recommend this hotel.

Dirty room, carpet full of stains. No Wi-Fi. We were forced to have dinner on the terrace despite an icy wind, there was no service inside.

Overall excellent. Only comment would be the lack of communication about arriving early and the gate being closed, as well as the access code of the hotel door.

This was our second stay and even better than our first. It is a quiet and peaceful hotel with friendly staff, great food, wine and service - and plenty of off road parking.
