L’accueil est loin d’être chaleureux, et c’est dommage.
Chambre « économique » donc on oublie de faire les poussières ? Le savon usagé des derniers personnes toujours présent dans la douche.
Le SPA reste très médiocre, des claquettes taille 40 pour un homme en taille 45… la propreté du jacuzzi est à revoir.
Hôtel très simple, nous nous attendions à mieux.

Sadly there was no one at the hotel to communicate fluently in English and my French is not brilliant. We had to return home early and cut short our stay by one night, with no refund available. As disabled pensioners of 72 & 73 we were shown to a room where it was necessary to negotiate many steep stairs causing difficulties for my wife who has COPD. No alternative was offered when it was fairly obvious we were struggling. The room was small, including the shower and toilet, with low power in the shower. It was dusty and required a serious update. We decided to eat in the restaurant and were served with an entrcote steak that was 'crusty' and charred and a veal dish that seemed to have been microwaved, both were greasy and cost 50 Euros for the two, which we thought was way overpriced. The whole place was tired and outdated, but the steps to our accommodation were a real challenge to us. We will not return and, one night cost us about 280 euros - very disappointing.
