Suggest owners put themselves in the shoes of guests! It would be good to have coffee tea milk etc in room rather than just kettle and 2 mugs. Soap dispenser bathroom difficult to squeeze- liquid soap no good. Loo paper very frugal, tissue box empty. No assistance with dog basket luggage etc when changed room due to incorrect booking. room facilities not demonstrated. Dinner menu very limited.
The hotel is located very centrally in Souillac, and the dinner was really quite superb. Useful local gen from Heidi, and a warm welcome. Our room was high-end, but as it was effectively located in the loft, tall people might, I suspect, struggle with the ceiling height, especially in the bathroom, as I did! That's the only reason for the slightly lower mark there. but care needs to be exercised when driving these very narrow streets!

Very small bathroom toilet was ridiculous, could not stand in bath to shower due to very very slippery surface had to put a towel in to stand on😡

Very nice home. Clean, pleasant room, with good comfortable bedding. There is no office to work in. Very practical and clean bathroom. Very good quality catering (even in the evening) and excellent service. Breakfast with varied choice (sweet and savory). Good speed WiFi for working. Very good hotel, an address to remember.
Very warm welcome, quiet and pleasant location in old Souillac. The landing step is barely visible. The restaurant was closed but we had not informed ourselves that we wanted to eat there. A very good solution was given to us. Very good stay
