Great hotel room evening meal and breakfast I would ask next time for a room that is not on the street side which is quite busy and noisy

Very good. Very good restoration.
Much better in every respect than the Logis Hotel on our outward journey near Metz. Rooms, restaurant, ambience and excellent cuisine with an attractive menu (much better than some establishments classified as "Restaurant Savoureux" by Logis Hotel). Only the town of Farebersviller is not so great.
