This is my 3rd stay at the Hotel La Rivière and it's still just as pleasant. They just need to change the restaurant menu to make it perfect.
Good hotel by the side of the Truyere and short walk into Entraygues. We had a deal which included dinner and breakfast which was fantastic value. The evening meal was superb.
Another bonus was the owner allowed me to put my motorcycle in his garage. I would definitely recommend.
The hotel is in a good location with a range of facilities including a smimming pool, fitness room and sauna. The evening meal was ok, but the limited choice, which did not change during our stay, would mean that on a second night you may prefer to dine elsewhere.

beautiful establishment well located, in which all the facilities work (hammam, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, all with free access). pleasant room beautiful bathroom. friendly staff even if the waiters did not speak French, they were well coached. beautiful restaurant room and original cuisine (to try the marbled foie gras). correct breakfast. impeccable room and common areas. makes you want to go back

Nice and well located hotel
Rehabilitation of certain equipment would be necessary.
A fabulous place in every way. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna etc... allowed us to recover from our daily bike rides. The restaurant is wonderful and the staff very professional. The comfort of the room is impeccable.
A very warm welcome, the boss was really attentive to his guests! We were able to park our motorbike in a garage, and there was a lovely little place all around, perfect!

the menu doesn't leave much choice
Beautiful location in a beautiful mediaeval town. We asked for a room overlooking the river which we enjoyed, but I hadn’t realised the main road was the other side of the river. I believe there are also quiet rooms. It had a nice big comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. Some staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was fine and convenient, and breakfast was very simple. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Some staff could be a little more friendly. The pool was a little bit green but ok.

Ideally located hotel with a magnificent view of the old bridge. Hotel equipped with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Very friendly welcome and good advice. Rooms and bathroom clean. Good bedding. We highly recommend.
Lovely hotel on the banks of the river. Room was a good size and very clean and quiet. Very nice to have a pool and a restaurant on site.

Hotel, welcome, situation were all just what we wanted. The angry chef wasn’t.
On arrival 1 menu turned out to be valid and I indicated that I was vegetarian. The owner suggested a fish dish which I accepted but to my surprise I got a vegetarian main course. I was pleasantly surprised!
