Excellent thanks
Pleasant and smiling welcome. The establishment offers a beautiful view in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, the bedding comfortable and the towels delicately scented. On the restaurant side it is fine and tasty plus the menu allows for discoveries. We spent 1 night there, if the opportunity arises we will probably stay longer. Also note that the hotel has a swimming pool also offering a beautiful view. For a Google rating this hotel restaurant deserves a 5+ without hesitation.
The Road to Aragon is touristic. But we hard case great time!
Exceptional welcome, friendliness and cuisine. This stopover was a real pleasure, both for the room and the kitchen. We first enjoyed an excellent dinner, both fine, gourmet and with a touch of originality, everything we love! The breakfast was also excellent, with quality products, all in a relaxing and very pleasant setting. The room is very comfortable too. Last point: the hosts are particularly attentive to children (which is becoming rare). So again a big thank you to them, we will come back!

I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed. 100% perfect with all my congratulations to the chef, for the quality and flavor of his dishes. Special mention also for the very warm welcome and the services provided. Clean and comfortable room, bucolic setting where it is good to recharge your batteries, calm and serenity guaranteed a few kilometers from Carcassonne. In short, a true haven of peace not to be missed under any circumstances if you are staying in the region.

Seul regret: le dimanche soir menu du marché unique . Nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier des talents du chef Fahd son ensemble. Et un menu unique peut parfois ne pas convenir à tout le monde.

The site is magnificent, the hotel is very well maintained with modern and comfortable equipment, the friendly service, and the refined food is delicious and original. I forget the beautiful swimming pool in the middle of nature. Really perfect. Well done and thank you.

We really loved the hotel and the owners. The service was wonderful, food totally amazing. Out room was large and really comfortable with a lovely terrace. The private swimming pool was fantastic after a hot day. The village of Aragon is lovely and we enjoyed a walk around it every evening.
