Too good!!!

The registered and confirmed Hotel FONTAINE ARGENT was closed for renovation work (always nkch), although the booking had been confirmed at this address. The redirection to the HOTEL VICTOR HUGO was complicated, but ultimately successful, but only because the same problem happened to us 2 years ago. The reception and service at the HOTEL VICTOR HUGO was exemplary and without any complaints. It is highly recommended.

Few parking spaces so you have to park in the surrounding streets in the city center with a lot of one-way streets. The hotel is great with large rooms and the necessary amenities. Clean and quiet, king size bed but with bedding that deserves more comfort. Very good bathroom but a big lack of light for my part, the mirror is far away and the lighting of the mirror is very weak which complicates shaving maneuvers (at my age!) The breakfast is complete but very simple and lacks personalization for my taste with perhaps a hot buffet or suggestions of eggs or omelettes. For me the value for money was not good, but I came during the trade fair so that may explain the high price compared to the service. No catering. Impeccable and attentive staff.

Essential hotel, good and comfortable but not very Logis-like. Example: reception is often closed. Advanced automation.

Very good and new room overlooking the garden, highly recommended. Very friendly staff, excellent place to park your bike.

Everything was good here except Wi-Fi which was awful. Had to use data and hot spot.

To access the hotel parking lot ON FOOT, you must use the digital code for the parking door while there is a digital code for the door located right next to it. Absurd !!!

Quality “in town” type hotels, in a city that repels “travelers”...

Ras good comfortable hotel, clean, quiet and with parking

3* hotel located near the city center. Spacious room with double bed and buffet breakfast. No catering, but a restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Paid covered parking, necessary given the few spaces available on the street where the tram runs. Everything is very good, except perhaps the price because the room + breakfast + parking package exceeds €105.

Simple but quality hotel, which offers a garage right in the center.

close to the center, big and clean rooms with balcony. Very good bedding. Superior rooms overlook the back of the building and are very quiet.

new and pleasant room with balcony, for the rest very disappointing, reception just correct, staff not very involved, breakfast worthy of an ibis budget. And asking 3 times for my points to be credited to my loyalty account is a limit.
