Warm welcome, very nice hotel, superb restaurant
We were very disappointed by our stay except for the fabulous meal we had in the restaurant The only thing we liked about the hotel was the restaurant where we had a fabulous dinner and where the waiters were very friendly and polite The overall cleanliness was very poor and the decor of the hotel is very tired and dated The cleanliness of our bedroom was very poor with dust and cobwebs in the corners, filthy stains around the switches and door handles, filthy calcium covered shower glass and shower taps. The cleanliness of the public ares and especially the lift was also very poor

My knee was hurt,I especially searched for a hotel with elevator, but for our room was no elevator. We were very satisfied with our stay, as much by the kindness and attention of the people we met, as by the professionalism. Our room was calm and quiet; at the restaurant (where we dined 3 times), we enjoyed typical Basque dishes, excellent and plentiful. We also appreciated the kindness and advice of the waiters.

Very good services for a 3 star. The room is a little small for a long stay but for 2 nights it is perfect. Same for the bathroom but very well equipped and functional. The swimming pool is great and quiet. I would have spent a few more days there.

everything is good or very good except for the mattress which is getting old and is marked by the hollow locations which is very disturbing for sleeping well. for one night let's spend but more for us it would not be possible.
Access to the room from 3 p.m. and departure in the morning at 11 a.m. is very pleasant. The room is bright, Basque linen is present. The bathroom is spacious, the shower extra large (1m). No noise at night. Very varied breakfast, from savory to sweet, fresh and natural orange juice, excellent croissants. The decor of the dining room is typical Basque. It's perfect. We have been here before and we will come again. We thank the staff and owners for their warm welcome. Congratulations and thank you.

Don't stay here unless you are happy with about thirty flies buzzing around the bedroom and a hair ion the bed and in the sink!! When I complained the man behind reception shrugged his shoulders and said that it was a fact that they had a problem with flies. Maybe thdy should warn potential customers of this. A woman came to the room to inspect the flies and hzairs. I asked for the room to be sprayed but am not sure that they bothered. They were completely uninterested and at no point was there an apology. This hotel is best avoided until they sort their infestation out.

I knew the region a little, my friend didn't. I didn't know about your hotel restaurant, and the choice we have is simply more than perfect. It is certain, we will come back with great pleasure.
What a reception! We had the impression of having always been there, of being welcome.... The meal was excellent and very local (important for us). The perfect breakfast and also lots of local products (the word "product" is not nice, I prefer local sweets). The night was too short, we will come back to reinforce our pleasure of having met this place and these people. THANKS.
Frankly, if all Logis Hôtels could take an example from the Euzkadi hotel. Superb hotel, large, very clean room, very nicely decorated. The quality of the products served at the top restaurant as well as the breakfast with homemade products, black cherry jam among others

We loved the room, the hotel exudes incredible charm. Our room was very comfortable, the swimming pool very pretty and the building superb. The restaurant is delicious, we had a menu and a vegetarian plate and both were prepared with care, between Basque tradition and delicacy.

Very good one-night stay in this hotel very well located in the heart of Espelette. The building is charming, the rooms pleasant and quiet. Our only disappointment concerns the closing of the restaurant on Sunday evening contrary to what is announced on the Logis website. This parameter being the one which made us opt for this hotel, obviously it is boring… We were told that it was an error by Logis Hôtels…

Guests are looked after by all the staff. A very pleasant team, the food is of high quality and plentiful and the hotel is very practical. On the other hand, find out about the dates of the Espelette festivities (early August) because the hotel is very close to the place of the main festivities and in the evening, you can hear the music from the concerts very well. But it doesn't depend on the hotel, which even provides earplugs to compensate.

Charming hotel very well kept and excellent restaurant with very friendly staff. Very pleasant swimming pool. Small downside: avoid rooms overlooking the pedestrian in summer! Impossible to sleep with the window open, noises until 11 p.m. and awakening from 6 a.m. by delivery vans etc. And no air conditioning in these rooms. But, understanding and very professional, the owner allowed us to change without overcharging.
