The bathroom radiator does not work And the one in the bedroom is very slow to heat up High price compared to the comfort of the room

Well run and welcoming hotel.
Although this hotel is old, the room is very well soundproofed, the bedding is very good and the welcome is very warm. Breakfast is available on request, plentiful.

Room required a major renovation
Reservation of an evening stopover which normally includes dinner. When I arrived, I was told that there was no restaurant and that my reservation was indeed an evening stopover but “without meals”. I had never seen an evening stopover without a meal. The website lacks clarity on this subject! Which I report upon my arrival but without any particular feedback from the person at reception. Luckily there is a very good Thai restaurant nearby.
We really appreciated the friendliness of the owners, we will not hesitate to return to this very welcoming hotel. THANKS

We had a fantastic family stay at the hotel. The comfort of the bed and room ensured restful nights for all. Kelly, the receptionist, was not only professional, but also incredibly friendly to our family. His warm welcome really added a special touch to our experience. Many thanks also to the person who took care of the confirmation of the reservation and who carefully checked the extra bed for our 3 year old son. A big congratulations. We highly recommend this hotel for its quality service and attentive staff, perfect for family stays. In addition, its proximity to Place Bellevue, where there are bus and tram stops, greatly facilitates access to the city center. An ideal location for exploring the city. It was a nice place and my first time to spend 2 nights in Lyon all the way from the Netherlands. It was a nice and friendly relationship with the few workers met,but surprisingly and unfortunately the management in the morning of Sunday instructed everyone to leave the property because they don't work on Sunday, I was honestly wondering if there is still such limitations in a morden hospitality industry, it wasn't fare.

We had an overnight stay on our journey towards the east. from the first moment we felt welcomed and everything was prepared, easy to access, and it was super silent to sleep. garage was perfectly accessibly and the receptionist totally friendly. if we ever come back to st. etienne we will definitely take Hotel
