Voor ons was dit een tussenstop voor één nacht.
Het personeel was vriendelijk. We hebben avonds een diner gehad. Prima voor elkaar. Maar een chef die zo goed kan koken met vlees zou dat ook vegetarisch moeten kunnen.Mijn dochter is vegetariër. De kamers zijn zeer gedateerd. Het ontbijt was sober.
Het plafond van de badkamers (wij hadden twee aangrenzende kamers) zat schimmel. Het matras in een kamer was slecht van kwaliteit.

We chose to stop in Aveyron on our way back from vacation, the reviews were excellent and today I confirm them. The welcome is excellent, the establishment is clean and nicely decorated. We had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant and it was a very nice surprise, quality cuisine with local products and top service! I recommend this establishment.
