Too bad, the stopover evening was much better before!
We come back to this hotel regularly because we like it. Too bad there are no more drinks in the room. The staff is welcoming. The rooms are clean.
A loyal customer for years, I was very disappointed a few months ago and stopped coming to this hotel. Yesterday, I wanted to try and see if the quality had improved. In the end it's worse! No more bottle of water in the room, no coffee machine and pods and the price is exaggerated. Payment on arrival and no more on departure. The price of the stopover evenings at €145 is too high for a stopover evening. So I opted for a standard room at €95; Price too high because no service (coffee machine, water, etc.) Internet doesn't work well. Breakfast at €15, €3 or €4 too expensive! So I'm not ready to come back to this hotel. I'm in the area 2 to 3 times a month.
Clean hotel. Great location with restaurants and activities within walking distance. Cold pool (advertised as heated). Big water leak on the air conditioning, and through the shower door.

Too bad the fridge wasn't working, we reported it the same evening and 2 days later when we left, the problem still wasn't resolved. Result loss of all our foodstuffs and no action was taken. On the other hand, everything else is great. Very nice maid, and room too.

It's hard to pass after a long day of work and hundreds of kilometers of travel. The room is not great and the handle of the patio door to the balcony is broken. the buffet restaurant in partnership is not of high quality. For breakfast, apart from croissants - which I don't have - not much in the way of savory foods. In short, it's not worth the rather expensive price!! In short, it's not worth the price!!

First of all, reservation problem! After the TV screen is broken, at breakfast time the waiter crosses this small room with his big bag of trash to smoke his cigarette in front of the windows after coming home! Good morning. As I reported at reception, the shower tap was very difficult to operate, especially with wet hands, it must be seized. On the other hand, there was a slight smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room, as well as a full ashtray on the balcony. Perhaps the room should have been deodorized following a previous guest and the ashtray should have been emptied. Otherwise, nothing special, OK stay. However, the price seems a little high to me considering the services. Sincerely
We had relied on the "Hôtel Elegance" classification which had never disappointed us before but here... The hotel itself seemed closer to the Hôtel Essentiel, minimalist and uncomfortable decor, incomplete renovation, room bathroom just ok with a bathtub much too high for spa guests... For breakfast, one day managed by the hotel manager and it was ok but the other day, the tables were not cleared ( one person turned around due to lack of space), missing products, 20 minutes to get bread, staff who prefer to take a coffee/cigarette break rather than take care of the room... Honestly, the classification as Hotel Elégance devalues the others who have this label.

The room was without heating when we arrived we were very cold. The carpet in the room is dirty. Rudimentary bathroom and outdated decoration. Bedding lasts even the pillow. Expensive breakfast for what you get. And above all, a promo code not applied even though it is still on the air... A bad surprise that definitely ruined our stay in the face of a person who was too firm and arrogant to hold a hotel reception. A lack of honesty and sense of customer service that does not reflect 3 stars! Hotel difficult to find at night. The decor of the restaurant is out of step. Why towels with F1 cars? You get lost between hotel diane amneville and logis hotel diane and the other names. I chose this hotel because of the promotion that offered me 2 breakfasts and they did not apply it, saying that it was no longer valid. Except this promo is still on the internet without validity date! It is forbidden, the hotel should have applied this promotion legally speaking it is an obligation. As a customer, I am not concerned that work has not been done to end this promo. Without this promotion we would have chosen another establishment.

But the breakfast! in such a confined space to touch each other to grab your bread or coffee, without logic of course when you are not awake, it's hard. suggestion: enlarge this arched room and organize the sideboards logically?
