Very dirty room, dust under the bed, cobwebs on the ceiling, hair in the shower. Despite a wifi code that we were given, no wifi access in our room, we couldn't even see the router on our phone. Unsanitary hair dryer with traces of coloring, photo to support it.

Quiet hotel. Spacious room but clearly the cleaning leaves something to be desired. Dirty socks, colored pencils and dust under the bed. Cobwebs on the ceiling and black tartar in the toilets. Bedding ok.

Cousin who travels for work recommended Logis in Luneville. That was great so we looked for a Louis on our way home. Perfect!!

Very well located for people wishing to visit the factory outlets and easy to access from the various roads when sightseeing. Airy and very quiet. A large TV that can be watched from the bed, and a very practical bathroom with heating, hair dryer, shower products, very hot water with good pressure, ideal for relaxing after a day of walking! Only one small downside for the mattress with some moderate deformations, comfortable but which did not prevent sleep. All the staff members encountered were helpful, attentive and friendly.

Several stops at this hotel. Very well located 5 minutes from the Pont Ste Marie brand stores. Guaranteed parking. .good bedding/very good breakfast (savory and sweet) Next to the hotel restaurant.

Certain lack of cleanliness in the room: Dirty floors, dust on the walls, a faulty socket, a bed light detached from the wall, the chair top detached. In the bathroom, numerous traces of humidity around the bathtub, towel rail detached from the wall, rubber missing at the bottom of the shower screen. At breakfast, confusing organization and limited supplies.

The main pitfall is a heavy chair that doesn't go well with a tiled floor. At any time, each room can be audible by the movement of this chair. I spoke to reception about it and advised them to get felt, as is normally done everywhere... Otherwise disappointed by the outdated mattress, completely sagging, which allowed you to count the slats with your back... Apart from these two points, which are nevertheless essential, everything was of good quality. And the room offers a larger surface area than required by the category of the hotel.

I booked on the photo showing the reception building and ended up staying in a large upgraded motel building. I will not be returning

The room was pleasant enough but didnt have hot water. We had to request some milk and spoon to be able make hot drink. The water had been left in kettle so was slimey so had boil couple of times.
Dont pay for breakfast we arrived at 9am and hardly anything left.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Firstly, the cleanliness was extremely poor – there was dirt everywhere, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, especially since we were with our child, but we were given the exact same type of room: dirty and with the same unbearable smell of smoke.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have children. The services provided do not justify the price paid at all.

We were there for one night while passing through. For such purposes the hotel is absolutely fine. Breakfast was decent. Price/performance ratio is good.

Nous avons logé 2 fois pendant le mois d'août 2024.
La première nuit a été impeccable,rien à dire, mais la deuxième nuit ,au retour,nous avons dormi dans une chambre où il y avait des insectes rampants qui sortaient de derrière la palissade du bureau qui est fixée au mur.Nous avons tenté d'écraser le premier insecte, mais il semble qu'il était très résistant car on a dû s'y reprendre à plusieurs reprises.Et au matin, plusieurs insectes du même type sont sortis (ils étaient déjà dans la chambre et ne venaient pas du dehors) ...Nous en avons eu 6 dont nous avons eu à nous "débarrasser"...A l'accueil,la jeune réceptionniste a pu voir les "cadavres" et, très compatissante, nous à dédommagés en nous offrant les petits déjeuners.
Cette personne a été très compréhensive.
Nous sommes très tristes d'avoir vécu cela,car nous nous faisions une joie d'avoir trouvé un si agréable hôtel-étape pour nos voyages vers le sud de la France...

Good shower, large rooms, nice receptionist, good breakfast. No airco so we needed fresh air and opened the window. Unfortunately right before the room (62) stood a big black machine making too much noise we could not sleep! We had to choose: too warm or too much noise. So do not book number 61 up to nr 65 in the Summertime!

Motel type hotel. Comfortable and convenient. Simple and efficient. Excellent breakfast. Our room had three single beds and was located on the ground floor.

We have been to this hotel several times. Very welcoming, well located. You can check into your room early in the afternoon. A good breakfast. A stone's throw from the restaurant La Petite Table, which is convenient and good.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be reviewed, there was dust and cobwebs, hair... the floor also leaves something to be desired... Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, comfortable beds and the air conditioning in the rooms is pleasant.

Hotel ok but nothing more. Very good welcome. On the other hand it seems that the cleaning is not done: we found a used diaper and an empty water bottle under the beds. Unacceptable.

It’s a two star motel on the edge of an industrial park next to a main road. Convenient and cheap but not exactly luxurious. You get what you pay for. Despite strange noises from around and about I slept well enough, although I had to keep the window closed in a room that smelled of musty, but welcome, air conditioning. The 12 euro breakfast set me up nicely for the onward drive to Calais. Overall, a reasonable stop off point if you don’t have time to visit Troyes, which I have previously visited and highly recommend.

We were very happy to have been able to reserve oir usual room. The receptionist was as kind as ever. However the room was not clean and smelt. The anthropomorphe was black of fungus. We were vert disappointed. We Hope next time the room Will be spic and span as usual.

Neglected housekeeping, no hot water

It is near by the shopping wall . Intermarché, mc Donald’s and there is a nice restaurant on the corner . There were only a lot of people smashing with the doors. Maybe something wrong with the doors? But overall it is a good place to stay.

Good stay, the quality of the mattress is impeccable! And the cleanliness of the rooms is not demonstrated. The only negative and visual downside was the unmaintained lawn as a whole...

The first impression was the smell in the room. It is old, dirty wallpaper, ceilings showing traces of humidity. Very little lighting only 2 spotlights on the ceiling with the 2 bedside lamps. Walk-in shower but we flood the whole bathroom! The quality of the mattress was good.

Disappointing room cleaning

The hotel is close to the highway and very convenient as an overnight hotel.
I didn't accept the upgrade and I regretted it afterwards.
The room and bathroom were clean, sober, the minimum comfort was present.
The beds were excellent, wifi too.
Breakfast was good. The buffet was replenished very often.
Our room was on the 1st floor, the accessibility is by stairs, so it could be difficult for disabled people.
The restaurant next door is perfect

What bothered us most was that our room had a very strong disinfectant smell upon arrival, which proved very difficult to remove.
But as an overnight hotel it was good.

What i liked the most was the free underground parking where i had my motorcycle parked. The storm would surely have damaged it otherwise.

What i didn't like was the airco didn't work so the room stayed too warm (26.5 C)

De ontvangst door de gastheer bij de receptie was prima. We hadden een superior kamer geboekt in dit hotel. De kamer is ruim en het bed vonden wij ook prima. Het is wel teleurstellend dat de airco op de kamer niet functioneerde. Zeker op een warme dag van 30 graden. Het ontbreken van een douchegordijn of douchewand is ook erg onhandig. Na het gebruik van de douche is heel de badkamervloer nat daardoor. Wat ook opviel was een sterke onaangename schoonmaaklucht (chloor?) in de kamer bij binnenkomst.

Jour et nuit de canicule et pas de climatisation malgré l'annonce reçu à notre arrivée que tout serait en ordre vers 15h30. Nuit d'enfer due à la chaleur excessive, au bruit des voisins restés fenêtres ouvertes. Pas de papier toilette de réserve et donc obligé d'attendre le petit-déjeuner pour se rendre aux toilettes de la réception. Dommage car le reste semblait bien.

De dame aan de receptie was vriendelijk. Je kan er iets moois van maken van dit hotel, maar de prijs wordt dan wel duurder. De terras was niet om aan te zien er waren misschien 8 stoelen die nog intact waren de rest goed voor het stort . het is allemaal wat aan vernieuwing toe bedden ook . Wij waren een van de laatste die kwamen ontbijten en er werd niets meer aan gevuld hadden nog een stukje stokbrood van 15 cm . de rest brood . We hebben niet zoveel betaald maar dan nog ..... hier komen we niet terug sorry .

When we arrived, room 55 had cobwebs coming down from the ceiling (bedroom, bathroom and toilet), hair stuck to the wall above the door in the bathroom. The safe did not work, the kettle was filled with a gray liquid, the wifi did not work and finally for 4 occupants there were only 2 shower towels. Room 52 was ok.

Decent hotel compared to expectations (stopover hotel in industrial zone). Good quality bedding and new taps. Hair dryer and magnifying mirror. Large room. However, certain details remain overlooked. No shower curtain so it's difficult not to flood the bathroom. Air conditioning inoperative (or I was unable to use it). TV remote control running out of batteries. Recessed lamps that hang at the end of their wire from the ceiling. Too bad, because these small defects are easy to correct. Hearty breakfast for the category.

A modern looking hotel. My room was spacious with everything you needed to make coffee or tea. The TV is a large flat screen that I don't necessarily find in hotels 3☆ I had a beautiful, fully tiled bathroom with a nice shower. The breakfast is very well stocked: several varieties of cheeses and cold meats, traditional pastries, real orange juice to squeeze yourself, different varieties of bread, a waffle maker, etc.... All this served in a beautiful dining room. In summary, this hotel is a nice surprise. It is rated 2☆ but fully deserves a 3rd. I usually frequent 3 and 4 star hotels which are sometimes less presentable than this one. I come to Brienne-le-Chateau every year at the same time and I remember this address for future years.

A family stay, the Hotel staff paid a lot of attention to us regarding the location of the rooms all nearby and several tables reserved so that we could meet at breakfast. An incredible breakfast with lots of sweet and savory choices, possibility of making waffles, manual orange press machine. Attentive and very professional staff. we recommend ! 5 min drive from Troyes Outlet factories.

At the very least, the TV wasn't working when we arrived. The bathroom heating does not work, the front door does not lock. A courtesy tray but with two small coffee sticks and a piece of sugar!!!

We enter the room and we smell too strong with the bleach. We try the air conditioning temperature setting to lower it but it doesn't happen but it's too hot for us.

Perfect stopover on the vacation route

The Logis des sources hotel is ideally located. This is the 3rd time we have stopped there and each time we have had a quiet room. The welcome is always very courteous and friendly. The only negative part of our stay was an uncomfortable duvet in one of the beds.

You cannot advertise having air conditioning and then day it is only on in 'summer'. It got to 24C last night.
Toilets need bleach to remove the encrusted brown deeper in the tube. No milk for the coffee. Not sure there was even a year bag.

Toilet was defective, every time after use I had to adjust the float again. In addition, the higher tiles in the bathroom were very dusty. Breakfast, on the other hand, was better than expected.

A little disappointed for our second short stay in this hotel. First the welcome by a person as friendly as a prison door. Then, the bathroom heating did not work.

Quiet hotel with spacious rooms.

In room 9, while packing to leave I noticed that the bed base was dirty an discoloured.
The bathroom had only one hook for hanging towels, there were 4 holes in the wall where presumably a towel rail had been removed.
We tried several times to connect to the WiFi, but never succeeded.
The only tea available at breakfast was earl Grey, all the other "tea" was flavoured infusions. No plain black tea, eg "Liptons yellow label" or "Twinings English breakfast tea".

Room for 4 people. Upon arrival, no heating (15 degrees inside the room), no toilet paper, no towel. After going to reception, we were given 2 small space heaters…..a very long heating time for 1 large room. Room floor very dirty and sticky. Breakfast just what you need. Very disappointed with this hotel even though it is the 3rd time that I have chosen it thanks to its proximity to outlet stores. I won't go back again because it's getting worse and worse.

Clean and decent room, breakfast with quality products and homemade cake or waffle (perhaps fruit would have been a plus) the only point that made us not appreciate the breakfast was the television on the news showing people bleeding in a hospital bed and photos of babies with adults crying. With two children under the age of four the best the reception could do was to reduce the sound but suffice to say that unfortunately this did not remove the problems from the images… Otherwise the comfort and the stay was pleasant

Beautiful hotel, pleasant room, restaurant "La Petite Table" right next door and underground parking, a plus for bikers. The only negative point during my stay was that at breakfast there were chocolate rolls and croissants, the receptionist let me know that they were still in the oven. Breakfast is at 7:30 a.m. and when I left the room around 7:50 a.m., the pastries were not yet there. Damage....

Very good location and excellent value fopr money

Hotel located close to the shops, pleasant and quick welcome, the rooms look like small apartments with their entrance leading outside, roller shutter, TV, comfortable bedding, enough seats in the room, the same for the power outlets, small light to each headboard 1👍, kettle, cup and coffee and tea available in the room. Dogs allowed and at no extra cost! The best! Lots of green spaces for the little ones to meet their needs. Well lit course at night. Easy parking thanks to the large car park. Negative points: lack of a small cinderella to put on the edge of the window for smokers 😬, smell of tobacco in the room and musty, lack of furniture or shelf in the bathroom to put your clothes, toiletry bag... Overall we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, and are delighted with our stay. We will definitely come back if we come back to the area 😊

Bathroom not cleaned, towel drying does not work; bedroom door slammed hard to close no tea and coffee bags, so why put something to heat the water? Disabled parking lot occupied by cars without disabled badges.....

A very basic hotel room, functional and reasonably comfortable for the traveller on the route to / from Calais as it is a 4 hour journey. The desk was really helpful and the local grill grants a 15% discount with your room card which is good as they are open late. The roads around the hotel (it is not at all central but has fairly quick access to the motorways) are a bit confusing and google maps directed us to an on ramp for the entrance which was just wrong! The bathroom shower was okay except it flooded the floor. There is an electric switch by the toilet that looks like a light switch but is a blow heater which stays on for 10 minutes. Bed comfortable but duvet exhausted. Very two star experience that was inexpensive. Good parking. Rooms not completely noise proof, concrete block structure with small rooms. Despite its faults, it was a good choice for a weary traveller.

I had booked a double room with 2 beds and we received a room with 3 beds, so our dogs had less space. It's a shame we didn't inform you in advance. The room was tidy.

A great choice for my overnight stop on the way to Switzerland & Italy. Easily accessible from the A26/A5, comfortable and good breakfast.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Negative points: the somewhat noisy location of the hotel between busy streets. Very bad breakfast for 12.00 euros per person. Very little choice, the plates were almost empty and nothing was refilled. There was also an absolute “no go” old bread from the day before. This really spoils the overall appearance of the hotel.

I was asked to pay for the room upon arrival. Arriving in the room, I noticed the dirty state of the WC floors. I took a shower (bathroom without shower screen, the tiled bathtub connection joints were black and old) after taking the shower I wiped the floor with the bath mat and saw the state of dirt on the floor it was black with dirt I reported this to the reception who intervened to clean the floors In addition the corridors to access the rooms are very dirty

The room was not clean. Trash can in dirty room. Cobweb on the ceiling.

The room wasn't really clean. Coffee mug dirty. stains on the desk. stains on the walls. Trash can in the bathroom dirty. Bedding looked like it had been used and had only been smoothed out once. stains on pillows. The foot of the double bed was broken. The bed collapsed after our daughter (4 years old) sat on it. We put our feet back under it, but it wasn't a relaxing night because I didn't dare to turn over in my sleep so that the double bed didn't come down at the head end again. Lamp on the desk broken.

Good standard of accommodation for the price. Large, clean, well furnished & flexible rooms. Opulent bathroom facilities. Tastefully and interestingly decorated. Tea/coffee in room offer was different in our two rooms and a little disappointing (we had one cup missing). The Wifi would also only allow one user for one of our rooms which was frustrating and a little restrictive when it is advertised as freely available. We would be happy to stay here again but the price would need to remain competitive; any higher and we would hope for a few improvements. Very friendly and helpful reception team and overall it exceeded our expectations.

The beds are superb, very good. Room is fine and shower is perfect. Breakfast is okay, not bad and not good. The people who works there can use a smile.

Not enough toilet paper. Air conditioning that was noisy all night even though we had turned it off. Wifi code not working. A plug that didn't work. Pillows not comfortable. Average bedding.

I am disabled and got a room on the first floor. Never was published that I had to climb the stairs, because there is no lift.

Habíamos estado hace unos años como parada de descanso en nuestro viaje hasta UK. Este año lo hemos vuelto a utilizar tanto a la ida como a la vuelta pues estaba muy bien. Y nos ha dado mejor impresión! Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas y muy buen desayuno. También lo recomendaría como base para hacer turismo por la zona.

It is a stopover hotel because it is close to the factory outlets of Troyes; but the rooms are basic, to be refreshed because they are dilapidated and the breakfast is not up to standard for the price charged

Why is there a Tyre Depot built 3 metres away from this Hotel? There was a serious fire, no fire alarm sounded at 6 a.m. Firemen knocking on our doors. Very scary. No roll-call to check no one was inside. The grass caught fire and the fire service were marvellous but not the Hotel staff. A car had been parked on the grass and could only be jacked up to remove it before the fire engine could hose the burning grass outside our doors. If the wind had been 30 degrees more in our direction the Hotel would have burned. By the way, the room was badly maintained with loose light switches some did not work and the aircon didn't work either.

Stressful experience: morning evacuation following a major fire in a building in the immediate vicinity. As a result, did not take advantage of the bathroom or the breakfast. Fortunately, no injuries.

Ideal for staying the night travelling from one place to another. Spacious rooms, clean, restaurant next to the hotel with reduction as cliënt of the hotel. Nice manager, we had our dog with us, no problem. Lovely breakfast, divers. We will return here.

The site suggests a small hotel in the countryside, although it is vast with a view of the industrial zone. No air conditioning remote control no functional batteries for the TV one and the phone to call reception to ask for batteries does not work either. Very disappointing stay.

The Hotel was easy to find from the main road and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small garden with chairs and tables where it was nice to relax after a long drive. The Courte Paille next door was surprisingly good.
The bathroom was very nice and modern but there was nowhere that I could reach, to hang towels - a very small criticism!

This was a logis hotel in name only and did not live up to the expectation of the logis name as there was no restaurant - which I believed was a must and also must be of a high quality. Also the rooms were not really in good condition. It was more like a bed and breakfast for travellers who did not mind staying on a trading estate

The rooms are a good size and well equipped. The staff is really nice and helpful. Our dog was also very well accepted! Unfortunately we had a room where the air conditioner had a leak which soaked the floor of the room and made a permanent dripping noise.

Stayed at this hotel for about six years. The breakfast are not great. The chap running the place is quite mean with the quantities.

Nth stay in this hotel where we are stopping on our vacation trip. Good hotel for a stopover. The big highlight is the staff who always made us feel very welcome, very smiling, very caring. The other strong points are the location in relation to the main roads and the breakfast buffet with very good products. Access to the rooms is via the outside, which is very practical when arriving there at night, without fear of waking up other guests. The rooms are not very isolated for the most sensitive who may need earplugs;)

What I deplore is the noise made by the heater placed above the front door of the room. And the presence of dust under the beds. On the plus side, it is a hotel of adequate simplicity - the beds were comfortable, the water was hot, the TV a decent size. The downsides were minor but irritating: the loo seat in number 27 was loose and squirmed, in number 28 one of the bedside lamps didn't work and there was only one cup for tea or coffee. Worth mentioning was both bathrooms needed a good clean, and the shower screen in 38 had a big gap above the bath.
If the second coffee machine has been fixed, I'm sure the queue will no longer be a problem.

It should be noted that breakfast is announced on the Booking.com site at 9.50 and at the hotel it is announced to us at 12€. As an explanation, the site is not up to date and given the current situation it is no longer possible to maintain a price at 9.5.

We do this journey regularly with a stopover half way to the alps. This is the first time we have stopped at this Logis hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. Spacious room good parking. Restaurant next door and a very adequate breakfast.

Aging family room, uncomfortable pillows, presence of a blood stain on a pillow, dusty toilet door, heating set to 25 to sleep it was too hot, a light on the ceiling did not work, switch cover near the window missing. Too bad.

Helpful staff who didn't mind to print out some documents for us. Restaurant nearby handy and family friendly. The room was warm and cosy, and clean too.

Telephone cable was cut off. Bed sheets didn't fully cover the bed. No ventilation - put air con on but it turned itself off after 30 minutes so a very hot and stuffy/airless night for all of us. Everything else was great.

A simple hotel without frills, but ideal if you’re looking for a quick stopover. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was functional & breakfast was typically French. Good free parking and close to the motorway

Only one observation - we feel that the breakfast menu could be improved, with more variety for all tastes. However, this did not spoil our visit and we wil use the hotel again.

The température of the room was too hot. It wasn’t possible to lower it si we were forced to open the window. But thé noise outside of the cooling containers was si koud that we could not sleep. Please make sure the temperature van ne regulated normally.
