I know, it's November, I know it's the weekend. I'm welcomed by a "robot", hello, check in, pay, here's the key. No, the restaurant is closed, he does have some suggestions for in town. This is the dewth time I'm here, the second time that the restaurant is closed. I asked about it when making the reservation, but didn't hear anything. It'll be fine I thought, but it wasn't. A little later I have a question, my "robot" has disappeared, I'll solve it myself. The heating in the room turns on, but really high low is not to be found, the air conditioning can also heat according to the device, but is turned off. Given the location and convenience I like to come here, this time it was a bit disappointing.

Located on the edge of Arbois, this is an all-round pleasant tourist hotel with free parking and good breakfast for a reasonable price.

The bathroom lacks shelves to store toiletries and a coat rack to hang clothes. The evening meal is very good and the breakfast too.

Spacious rooms, very clean, good bedding and good equipment, fridge with 2 small welcome bottles, shower with very large glass door. no noise, very good insulation! Free parking and under camera surveillance! Very generous breakfast in the form of an all-you-can-eat buffet! Coffee, orange juice, sweet and savory of very good quality! And to top it all off, a very warm welcome and the Boss is very nice! We go there regularly and are never disappointed!

The hotel is ok. But the rooms are not what you would expect from a 3 star hotel at this price. Small, the bedding is not very comfortable, the tv is small, not enough space to put two suitcases without them dragging on the floor. On the catering side, we ask for a vegetarian menu. The receptionist told us curtly that it was not possible without showing his intention to seek an alternative solution.

Only small downside, the hotel is located very close to the main road but that did not prevent us from enjoying our stopover. The hotel is modern and comfortable. It has an efficient lift to the 4 floors. However the room key is used to control the electricity, whi h I found most inconvenient for my electric cool box. I travel long distances and I consider my electric cool box an essential item for travel.
