The welcome was perfect, the room was spacious and well appointed, however the bathroom area could do with a refresh because the accessories (shower head, shower head holder, towel rails, etc.) are getting old over time. Often when I travel, I also notice the lack of available power outlets as was the case here (at the bedside tables or also the desk, I have to systematically plan to have a power strip for my equipment (PC, mobile phone, etc.). The catering was very good and the staff pleasant and competent, which is what made me choose this accommodation among the 2 in Autun. Be careful, the street is under construction and unfortunately difficult to access by car and even on foot with your suitcase, you have to park further down in large car parks in the city center near the town hall. I hope it won't last.

A MORNING ERROR WITH YOUR COMPUTER WHICH DID NOT ALLOW ME TO ISSUE A "GLOBAL" INVOICE, A PITY BECAUSE MY COMPANY WAS NOT ABLE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR MY STAY. I IMPERATIVELY REVIEW THIS PROBLEM!
The hotel is well located in central Autun, a short walk from the main sites and restaurants.Parking was lucky nearby on the street.Breakfast was very good but we didn't try the restaurant.The main bone of contention was the provision of one set of towels for both of us, and when I called reception, I was told that only one set is supplied for ecological reasons. If I wanted another, then I could go to reception to collect it. Ot much of a service ethos in this establishment.

Bathroom ceiling paint falling off and 1st room allocated not superior in my opinion, the second after asking to hang, apparently yes Single menu in the evening with long service and very small portions, hot beer and very little fizzy (Leffe ordered but in the glass? A comfortable hotel in the heart of Autun within easy walking distance of everything. Helpful and friendly staff and a comfortable room. We slept very well on the comfortable bed in a quiet room - a real bonus for a city center.

The modern and renovated bathroom is also very appreciable. We were able to enjoy a superb breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend this hotel which is also very well located.

Correct and pleasant hotel, quiet and comfortable. However, the breakfast is mainly composed of industrial products and therefore a little expensive and disappointing compared to what we were told upon arrival ("breakfast composed of local products"). The Wi-Fi connection did not work. The monitoring of the bathroom equipment leaves a little to be desired (leaking shower head, cabin door that comes unhinged) but it remains functional, we remain happy with our stay.
No luxury. But great location, air conditioning and a very typical French provincial restaurant. Classic cuisine, very good.

Nice little hotel, the food is very good, the welcome is great, but... Access is complicated and parking a vehicle requires patience and a bit of luck to find a free space in the "expanded" area. The room was clean, but the walls are covered in various marks at luggage height: it could do with a lick of paint.

neat and modern decoration overall Room 306 is cluttered by a farmhouse foot. So not easy to furnish. Only a 140 bed is possible (which is rather small today) Likewise, access to the bathroom does not allow the presence of a bedside table. The bathroom itself is not very large and supports the presence of the toilet. In short, nothing dramatic but the price should be adapted to this configuration

Very warm welcome, very good point also for the breakfast, however the room was a little old-fashioned, only one electrical outlet, no ceiling light, it gave quite limited lighting with just the bedside lamps (another lamp but which did not work).

The plumbing in the bathroom needs to be revised (bathtub mixer and toilet flush). The welcome is good and the staff listens to your needs. Too bad the hotel does not have private parking. We enjoyed the catering.
Let's say that the quality of the breakfast could be improved. Otherwise overall, it's okay. You should think (all hotels) about a nice half-board price option for traveling cyclists. At some point, it gets very expensive when you drive for a week. In this case it is better to sleep in a tent. You would then deprive yourself of a clientele that is not very demanding but will pay. €80 for half board would seem fair to me.

Old hotel but very clean and very well located. Quite correct bedding and well acoustically insulated room facing the street. Simple but varied buffet breakfast. The only downside is the gurgling sound produced by the room's air conditioning unit after it stops (2-3 times during the night).

In the bathroom, lamp above the mirror broken. A bedside lamp broken. Part of the curtain hooks were not in the runners, so they could not be closed. Showering in the bath is no longer a thing these days. No shower partition, showering standing in the bath causes a wet bathroom floor. Great bed, but on the short side. Spacious room.

Pleasant hotel, nothing to complain about, however a small problem with the restaurant. 1°) Choice of a plate of 3 cheeses, not allowed to use the cart, the selection is made by the room manager, it's a shame! 2°) be careful when you opt for a local digestive (Marc de Bourgogne) there are 2 so two different prices one at 8 euros the other at 18€ on the menu I had only seen the one at 8€ like the other bingo digestives I was served the one for 18 euros without warning me in advance...

Placed on the 2nd floor, elevator breakdown for 4 days, difficult to go up when you have a prosthesis and on our arrival the possibility of putting us elsewhere was not offered. Badly arranged bathroom because you have to contort yourself to get between the sink and the door. Too bad not to have a kettle in the room so you can have a hot drink in the evening. Smell of kitchens wafting into the corridors. This is our second stay and I seem to know there are several room levels but when booking I was asked 0 questions.

I am disappointed with Logis Hôtel for the first time. Very difficult to park in this city (parking party). No television in the room: we were given another room. No Canal + as indicated. No wifi even in the restaurant. So, I had a bathtub in the room, so I didn't use it. The box of tissues (glued to the wall) fell by itself with a loud crash. Energy wise: the radiator was on full blast at 11 p.m. and impossible to turn it off. I was offered to change rooms again, which I refused. On the security side: the security door sets in the corridors are constantly open, therefore useless against fire. Maybe put up a sign for customers who don't know the use of such a door?
My big disappointment is that the wifi didn't work! I had to reorganize my work which took a considerable amount of time... and yet it was said that wifi was available upon reservation and no compensation for this shortcoming. I would have booked elsewhere.

The Hotel de la Tête Noire is ideally located. It functions like a grand hotel: spotlessly clean room of generous size, unformatted furniture, well-equipped bathroom. They have a restaurant kitchen service with all kinds of dishes for all budgets and all tastes! Very generous and impeccably prepared. The staff is friendly and professional. They even have a night watchman! And the prices are more than reasonable. Really nothing to say except congratulations and thank you!

The problem with this hotel is parking!
Rooms and bathrooms were relatively large and air-conditioned. View of a backyard. The hotel has little or no parking space of its own, which made the journey very stressful. A hotel employee tried very hard to organize a parking lot on the street directly in front of the hotel, but we had specifically chosen the hotel because it supposedly had its own parking lot. The breakfast was good.
