A very warm welcome in a renovated hotel with beautiful rooms, very good bedding, top cleanliness. The meal was delicious and plentiful, very good mention to the Chef for his exceptional Truffade. All the staff are smiling and attentive. We will book during our next walk to Mont Dore.

Too bad we weren't told that our reservation fell during the village festival. Impossible to sleep with the fanfare under the window despite the comfort of the room.
Simple but very comfortable hotel in a very nice little village. The welcome is warm, the room is correct, the bedding comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and very good quality. Only the croissant is of very average quality.

Very friendly boss for this little guest with excellent value for money for dinner. Small suggestion: a breakfast buffet rather than a service would probably be better, there is a lot of waste on what is served at the table.

Our room was everything one expects from and excellent, family-run Logis, and the meals (both dinner and breakfast) were superb. Although there were a couple of interesting multi-choice menus on offer, we opted for something relatively simple from the carte.... Un pièce de boeuf turned out to be an ultra-tender bavette steak, served with a leafy salad and some of the best chips we've ever had - twice (perhaps even thrice) cooked potato chips, that I would be hard-pressed to improve upon, at home. Many restaurants in France, these days, serve the ubiquitous American-style "French fries", but not here. Small details which turn a good meal into a memorable one. My wife finished with a red fruit mix with rasperry iced cream, while I opted for the café gourmand. Delicious! What made the meal even more memorable was the wine choice - a local Auvergne Gamay, which was a match for many a top Beaujolais Cru. I was impressed enough to Google the grower and make a detour for a visit, the following morning.
All in all, a lovely hotel, run by lovely people and one that I thoroughly recommend!
Although we had a confirmed reservation when we arrived the hotel had no record of our booking. Consequently after a long days driving we had to go and find another place to stay. The hotel admitted it was their mistake but it was very disappointing and inconvenient. The owner of the hotel we stayed at nearby said that it wasn't the first time that it happened as they had previously taken guests in similar circumstances.

1 night in this welcoming establishment. The room was spacious and clean. The meal was grandiose, generous and tasty, thank you chef, the service was also up to par. The breakfast was also perfect, I enjoyed making this stopover in this hotel.

Good comfortable hotel, good welcome, just a little problem with insulation between the rooms but very quiet once everyone is settled. Top restaurant on all levels, very good value for money and we were able to dine on the terrace, which was enjoyable in the heat. Breakfast OK for the price, perhaps missing cold meats? Hotel to recommend without problem.

A nice surprise that this small hotel or the staff is really nice. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, a very good quality of bedding. The restaurant is also very good and the bar where the locals come to have a drink is a plus because there is a bit of activity in this pretty little village. We will return.
