Very nice experience in this establishment. Welcome, comfort and services. The only downside is the annoying noise, especially at night, from the heat pumps which resonates in the walls of the rooms on the 3rd level.

Great hotel, clean, carefully decorated, nickel room, quality of the meal in the evening stopover really good. Impeccable Wifi, ideal for working. I will put a small downside on the breakfast: The buffet is very good but no one to restock it. When there is no more orange juice there is no one to put some back. Also a little music in the room would be welcome. In the morning you can hear the flies flying.

We got a room for a disabled person, the bed was a bit too small for two persons. The breakfast was a buffet with some choices such as meat, cheese and marmalades. Because we had two cars on the tow bar of the car, the offered us to put the car on a private parking space.

Very good "house", with a friendly and efficient welcome. The room is very comfortable, with pleasant decor, and well soundproofed. The choice between restaurant and bistro allows you to relax or eat quickly, with advice and impeccable service in both cases. Arriving during the flood period of the Nivelle, the information provided was useful for parking. The human relations are warm, and we will certainly return there, during another stay in the region. We recommend.

Absolutely fabulous little hotel in a pretty little town.
We had a huge , beautiful bedroom with a really good bathroom. It had a small balcony from which we could enjoy the view.
There is a restaurant and separate bistro serving really good food and the breakfasts are good.
Our dog was allowed everywhere which was great.
There’s free parking across the road which is handy.

Would highly recommend staying here.

A really well planned, equipped, maintained and managed hotel. This is very rare in hotels, and made our stay very enjoyable. In addition the restaurant offers an excellent choice of seasonal meals and a good selection of wines and good attentive service.

We came so that my daughter could take her Baccalaureate exam the next day. We needed a quiet, clean and warm place and we were not disappointed. The room is perfect and nicely decorated. The bathroom is extremely clean which is very important to us. The breakfast is varied and complete, we appreciated that there was not only sweets as often. The local cheese and country ham were very good. In addition, the hotel is extremely well located in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, we were not able to try the restaurant at lunchtime which seemed very interesting to us. Although the staff is present, I would have appreciated it if it were warmer. Very good experience overall.

The welcome on arrival lacked a little human warmth. The service at the restaurant was a little quick and the rice was largely overcooked and there was no possibility of adding a little salt or pepper. Breakfast is very good. The check-out person is very friendly and attentive.

Perfectly renovated, but retaining the historic Logis de France spirit. The food is very good, served with flexibility and a smile. Seasonal (mushrooms a marvel). Smiling welcome. In short, a very good and successful two-day stage. Highly recommended.

Good hotel. quality catering and the room is new and very comfortable. Small downside for our stay: the address indicated on the internet (Google search) leads to a small square at the back of the hotel entrance. It was impossible to park because the car park was full and you had to walk 200 m with your luggage... The entrance is on Chemin Karrika with another car park 50 m away which seems easier to access. .

We stayed at this delightful hotel in a small town on the edge of the Pyrenees on our way across France. Check-in formalities were almost non-existent and we found our room to be pleasant with a good en-suite bathroom (actually suitable for disabled customers, although this was not necessary). After a short walk along the River Nivelle, partly along a section of the Camino, we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the very pleasant restaurant. In the morning, we had a very relaxed breakfast in the equally pleasant breakfast room with a good view of the local church. However, overnight the weather had deteriorated considerably and we were very pleased that it had been possible to park right outside the front door of the hotel, so that we were not soaked while we were putting our bags in the car.

Splendid room… clean, large and super modern, very cozy… as for the restaurant, worthy of starred restaurants. For professional reasons I regularly frequent Logis Hôtels, but this one is the best of the best…

Everything very good: bedding, bathroom, bedroom, TV! 1/2 board too (perfect cooking of fish in particular). I would like to come back! Thank you for everything!

Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely breakfast - well worth the Euro10. The restaurant was closed on the Monday but the restaurant Santiago recommended by the hotel receptionist two doors down was excellent. The hotel was very quiet and perfect for exploring the area. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely soft bedding and pillows. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay. Would definitely recommend it.

We were well received at the Hôtel de la NIVELLE. The hotel is very modern in a building typical of the Basque country. The room is comfortable and well appointed. It also offers a restaurant and a bistro whose terrace overlooks the church square. Very good Basque breakfast. Saint PEE sur NIVELLE and the hotel are well located for visiting the typical villages of this region as well as for beautiful hikes in both France and Spain.

We had a very bad experience, I took this hotel for the positive reviews on the site. However, we were very disappointed by the quality of the room, a lot of humidity, very very unpleasant smell, difficulty in breathing (my husband being asthmatic). The room was not clean, cobwebs, dust under the beds. On the site, it says wifi, canal + channels, air conditioning, there is nothing of these services. The price is not justified. It's a scam.....

We see nothing. I had to take the flashlight from my phone to see myself in the mirror while shaving. More powerful lighting would be welcome.

We stayed 5 nights. Room on the main street side very noisy (waked up every morning at 6 am by deliveries and municipal employees). Late evening motorcycle rodeo. Air conditioning failure not reported, hence the obligation to sleep with the window open. No private parking (several times around the village in the evening to find a place).

Centraal in het dorp gelegen hotel-restaurant met bar en een ruim terras aan een rustig straatje. Openbaar parkeren mogelijk. Wij sliepen in een dependance aan de overzijde in een weliswaar wat eenvoudigere maar wel zéér ruime kamer, bijna een appartement. Er is dáár alleen helaas geen airco.
Goede bedden, keurig sanitair.
Eten kan in de bar/bistro óf in het separate, uitstekende(!), air conditioned restaurant. Prettig personeel. Men spreekt er ook Engels.

Why ask for an inquiry by email, when it would have been easier to discuss it, when paying for the stay. When paying, (waiting 1/4 hour) friendly discussion with the cook (about the region, the history, etc.). He wished us a good trip.... On the other hand, no request (hotel satisfaction, region...) from the person at the reception. (A little disappointing).
