Nice big room and very comfortable bed but it was a bit dark and felt a touch chill at first but there was a heater that solved that very quickly. Staff were lovely and tolerant of our attempts to speak French. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant and breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Unfortunately we had only booked the hotel because the restaurant had great reviews, I sent two messages and completed a questionnaire prior to arrival, requesting a table for dinner. When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed, and the only place where dinner would be available was in an industrial estate, a drive away. This was very disappointing, we would not have booked if this had been made clear in advance of our arrival. A real shame as the hotel and village seemed perfectly adequate.
