I have a Logis de France account where I book regularly, when booking via the application, the reception of this Hotel sent me a message explaining that my payment had not been taken into account (perhaps due to an error in my card number), the email required payment before 9:00 a.m. under penalty of cancellation, having learned of the email late in the evening, I called the hotel the next morning explaining that there may have been an error in my card number, but that I would come since I had booked via the application and that I would pay upon arrival, I received a categorical refusal and an imposition to make the payment before 9:00 a.m., I explained that I was driving on the motorway and that I was not going to stop on the side of the motorway to make a simple payment right away now, I offered to make the payment at lunchtime once my journey was done, I received a refusal again categorical and contempt for not paying!!! As a Sales Director, paying with a professional card all year round, I find it incredible that a hotel or let's say a person treats me in such a way!!!, so I cancelled this reservation. and with a single phone call to a Logis de France hotel "le BEAUJOIR in Nantes" I was able to book a room in less than a minute without having to give my credit card number. Spending between 3 & 5 nights per week over 47 weeks per year, I have never been so considered and treated like "shit" by a Hotel, I even ask myself the question of Banning Logis de France Hotels so much I was insulted!!!! I don't know how you manage your partners, but this hotel is really not worthy of receiving travelers. I think that my dissatisfaction will go unnoticed but for my part, I will pass the information on to my teams and ban Logis de France from my teams' reservations, we will now go to the Accor group where we do not have this kind of treatment!!!!

Well located hotel, allows you to visit Nantes on foot or by bike. Secure garage for bicycles. Average comfort (to be renovated) Very decent breakfast, good value for money.
I was well received and informed by friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly staff, parking space appreciated, average soundproofing, suggestion: perhaps remove the hair dryer which is too noisy, and consider installing a quieter one, because you can hear the noise in adjacent rooms, for example waking up at midnight with this device from the room next door, otherwise pleasant stay.
Good location for walks in the city center, be aware of the difficulties in parking, normal we are in the city center.
The good, location and breakfast. Ugly room, excessively small, uncomfortable, visible water pipes, bad appearance. Inconvenient bathroom, old and ugly. Garage 300 meters from the hotel: very expensive.
Hotel very well located and very pleasant staff. Room well maintained, however the frames deserve to be changed.
Several stays and I will come back without hesitation!
