One night I returned late to find that the gate to the property was locked. Nothing in the literature I received told me about this practice. So I called, and spoke to someone who spoke zero English, and hung up on me. When I tarted flashing my headlights and warning lights, then the gate opened. For the next time, I asked for the combination. And got it. Except that they didn't tell me to press the "S" key on the keypad to open the door Ah, well, Only five minutes of manipulation was enough to figure it out.
I could go on and on but you get the idea.

The rooms are old with no socket next to the bed. There was only the socket for the lamp so we had to choose between the light, the computer or the phone charger! The carpet is dirty and smells bad. For a room costing more than €130 a night it is really disappointing! It is time to invest some money in this hotel which could have some real character! It was very cold and damp! To get hot water, we had to let the water run for 30 minutes!! The reception closes at 7pm and the keys are left on a buffet... luckily I didn't need anything! I will never set foot there again!
Excellent welcome, friendly team, clean and refined premises, excellent beds, quiet, super good restaurant with lots of flavors, service that keeps up with the pace and attentive staff
I chose a room in this hotel because it was advertised as a 3-star hotel... I was very disappointed with the room which was small and poorly laid out, there was no mini bar (130€ per room anyway), black hair on the bed... Which by the way is not a bed but two beds pushed together... A small bathroom as well and no pressure in the shower... Fortunately we had a great time at the hotel restaurant, the food and service were great, the only downside was the very 80s background music which didn't fit in at all with the setting...

The place is beautiful, we were able to have our room earlier than expected! The restaurant offers delicious seasonal dishes and finds solutions to allow people with lactose and gluten intolerance to eat well! However, this was not the case for breakfast!

Wonderful staff, very friendly! They helped us in both French but also English. So kind, attention to detail and wow, the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. You must eat at the restaurant as it was incredible
Very nice. This is an old Chateau, those not used to the old world, be sure to reset your expectations.
At petit déjeuner, the owner played classic French records on Vinyl - a nice touch and not intrusive.

everything is perfect, the staff are attentive, the restaurant is very good, we had a very pleasant stay, we will come back.
Hotel located in a beautiful park. It is therefore quiet and you sleep perfectly. Quality bedding. Room corresponds to what you expect given the price, the shower room needs to be renovated. Friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast needs to be diversified a little.

Very friendly staff! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had some attention at the restaurant, we appreciated it! I would like to highlight the quality of the bedding and our satisfaction with the in-room massage. The children's pet store was a good distraction for them. The very high quality restaurant, for both adults and children! The kindness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant.
The location is beautiful; the room less so. It was very small. It had no windows other than a glass door to a 1.5 metre square balcony, next to same facility of adjoining room.
The room and the bed are very good. The bathroom is average. The seals need to be changed. Bad smell of sewage. Lukewarm water. Very pleasant view from the window in the morning.

Quiet place and welcome with a smile. The cabbage on the stage menu is a little limited in choice but the quality is there.
Beautiful historic castle, good location, beautiful park. Very lovingly maintained, that's definitely not easy. An oasis of peace, worth seeing, we'll be back. No problem even with 2 dogs.

Breakfast with local products (including cheeses) and continental breakfast. Restaurant in the stable to recommend both for the quality of the cuisine and for its quality wine list (at all prices)

I can't give much information, because my trip was delayed by a longer appointment. But unfortunately no service on site. I paid for an evening stopover and no meal tray was offered in my room. I am disappointed with the non-existent service.

Good hotel Good value for money
We had a very Nice stay, the People were welcoming and took good care of us.
The room was not perfect and a terrible smell came from the bathroom when I opened the door. Like a smell of rising sewers... The installations are aging, the insulation is not up to standard, I had steam on the window panes inside the room. The shower door doesn't close, the bathroom is dated and very cramped. The welcome at the restaurant in the evening was perfect, the waitress charming and attentive. Delicious and generous dishes. A nice, reassuring and welcoming fireplace. The overall bill for the evening stopover is high compared to the quality of the accommodation, especially, and the breakfast.
Madam, Sir, I would like to share with you some thoughts on my recent stay in your establishment. First of all, the communication around breakfast left us confused, as we had initially understood that it was included, but discovered that it was not, resulting in unexpected charges especially which we would have preferred go elsewhere for the same price. Furthermore, I was disturbed by the noise level coming from the room above mine, in particular the footsteps which were quite pronounced. Additionally, the heating in my room was excessive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Finally, the situation where hot water was no longer available in the evening was an additional inconvenience. I understand that every establishment may encounter challenges, but I hope this feedback can contribute to the continued improvement of your service. Clearer communication about additional charges, measures to mitigate noise and adjustments in the management of heating and hot water could significantly improve the customer experience. Despite these drawbacks, I am grateful for your attention to these comments. I hope this constructive feedback will be useful in helping you provide an even better experience for your customers in the future.
A little high quality/price ratio.
We stayed here for the second time as a stopover to the holiday destination. The park is beautiful and relaxing after a long drive.

The classification of Logis Hotel is totally wrong and misled us, so much so that I decided to no longer use your services.
overnight stopover. The setting is very beautiful and very quiet. the restaurant good value for money. On the other hand, the comfort and space of the room is not worth the price of a 3 star. Not very modern, not spacious, small bathroom with non-separate toilet and small TV. The price quite high for a 3 star which is not for the interior. Breakfast, table not very clean and not much at 9:30. quiet positive point and table outside.
Lovely building and grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. The decor was very characterful but not quite as smart as I was expecting, given the spender of the building.

We thought it was expensive for what was available. Room was ok, nice quiet location we slept very well. We were disappointed that tea and coffee in the room was extra and there wasn’t a kettle.
I choose "Logis de France" hotels for their somewhat old-fashioned charm (and that's not pejorative). I am never disappointed. However, we had reserved a table on the terrace for dinner (and there was only one table reserved when we did) but the reservation did not reach the restaurant. Finally, when paying, we almost paid twice for the dinner that was included in our reservation. PS: we are still waiting for the paid invoice.

A very good time spent at Chateau Corneille, a very good welcome and a very beautiful calm! The restaurant gives flavors of Normandy with very acceptable prices and a good wine list. Very nice surprise, I highly recommend
Housekeeping was poor. Laundry left at the foot of the stairs for hours. No milk and no teaspoon for tea and coffee facility.
Hotel is in a lovely quiet setting and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but could probably do with a little makeover. Another power socket above the dressing table would be useful to plug the kettle into as there was only an extension lead under the table for this purpose. Bathroom was a good size and very clean. However, a shower screen around the shower would be best to stop the water spraying out on the surrounding floor from the shower. Restaurant was excellent and was in the grounds of the hotel. The hotel itself did not appear to have a communal lounge or a bar for a pre-dinner drink but there was a bar in the restaurant.

Poor selection of food choices
Welcome was fantastic, room tiny and for the same money on this trip we had had substantial better. Breakfast was a bit of a joke really, staff were really nice but all of the food came out piecemeal and the coffee machine broke down twice!
For us, good location and lovely food both for breakfast and dinner. With a February visit we weren't able to enjoy the outside space which did look lovely. However the hotel seemed short staffed...no reception open on arrival at 18.40 (despite hotel booklet saying it was manned to 20h) and the one waitress was working flat out in the restaurant. The accommodation was tired and it didn't seem to have been used recently eg smell in bathroom and bedroom. Small things could be improved easily eg providing a bath towel for each guest (only realised in the morning!), the kettle was nowhere near a socket to plug it in, and you needed to use the stopcock after flushing the wc to stop the pour of the cistern's refill water! (But there was no notice about this). Pillows lovely, mattress rather on the hard side. Not a lot of service warmth and for us, not great value for money compared to other Logis hotels.
