Very expensive breakfast for what you are offered.
Still an excellent stay and an impeccable welcome. But a few points to improve if possible: -There is no more bottle of water in the room. -At the buffet, it is not easy to fill the hot water in the teapot. - a wider choice of dishes for dinner in the room would be a plus... - a wifi connection (impossible last night when it usually works...).

Having booked 2 rooms almost a month before my arrival, it was very unpleasant to learn at check-in that the 2 rooms were 4 floors apart. Practical when traveling as a family (2 adults and 3 children). After thinking about it, we decided to take only the triple room, the children could sleep at the grandparents'. We were made to pay for the room straight away, we were given the key, but here again another disappointment: the room we were filmed in had not been made! Unmade bed, full trash cans! At 8:15 p.m., the cup was full! And when I learned that they could not reimburse me, I thought that this hotel was on the verge of a scam! The clientele targeted by this hotel was clearly refugees and returnees. None of the people we met in the entrance hall spoke French. Hotel to avoid from now on.

I am disappointed by this stay with first of all, impossible access to wifi on 2 different computers (limited wifi and dns problem) At the restaurant, they take my order and after 35 minutes of waiting and following my request on the deadline, I am told that the menu has not been taken into account. I have to reorder with the main course which is no longer available and that I have to change knowing that I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 p.m. while taking my shower, problem of temperature which is not regulated with the water which goes from hot to cold. Finally, 20 minutes of waiting for the check out because the person is alone at the reception. I ask if it is possible to make a reservation for next Thursday. I am told that there are too many people and that I have to call back. LUNAR !!!!

Good hotel. Very spacious room. Toilet area with separate toilet: very good. All clean. Small downside for breakfast, it's still better to squeeze oranges than lemons!! They weren't all the rage, super acidic while a squeezed orange juice in the morning has fans.

I would say that in terms of bedding, sleeping on a mattress wrapped in plastic was not great, we were very hot, otherwise the hotel was nice and the receptionists very pleasant.

Hotel that does not correspond to the Logis Hotel label. The cleaning in the room was not up to par: taps, ventilation grille full of dust, smell of sewers in the bathroom. On the other hand, the restaurant was very good and the staff extremely competent.

Un ennui cependant. Le réceptionniste de service le soir ne nous a pas transmis la feuille indiquant l'accès au parking. Il ne savait sans doute pas qu'elle existait. Avec ses indications nous n'avons pas pu y accéder. C'est seulement le lendemain matin que ce document, très clair, nous a été communiqué. Une formation complémentaire de l'employé du soir serait utile.
Very friendly service. Well-equipped room with capsule coffee machine and biscuits, 2 armchairs. The breakfast was very good, although the table layout could have been more friendly. The car could be parked free of charge in the car park next to the building.

Some of the people at the reception don't even say hello to you, the rooms aren't clean, I spent 2 stays that I regret with my wife who also works in this environment and who knows it well.

A good comfortable hotel, well located. Good facilities in the hotel, pleasant, helpful and smiling staff. On the other hand, the parking lot is very small so it is very difficult to park after a certain time. Also, the rooms on the street side are well insulated from noise, but on the ground floor we had to leave the shutters closed throughout the stay to maintain a sense of privacy because the windows are not equipped with mirror film. Finally, the kitchen area had a smell of frying (light but present) and the dishes were not clean when we arrived (a sign specified that it was up to the customers to make sure to leave the dishes clean but it would be good if there was a check before the arrival of the next customers). We therefore did not use the kitchenette (except for bottles of water).

Competent and friendly team
Not entirely satisfied When we arrived there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom but we didn't pay more attention to it. I just think that for a 3 star the sink is damaged and there is a trace of limescale behind the tap. The next day, when flushing the toilet we notice that the toilet is moved and water is starting to appear on the bathroom floor. Call reception for an intervention and we leave during the day. When we return around 5:30 p.m. we notice that the mezzanine beds have not been redone and we call reception who tell us that the cleaning ladies have left and that the problem will be reported... Entering the bathroom shows us that, although the toilet is unblocked, the floor does not seem to have been cleaned and the unpleasant smell is still present. By lifting the toilet flap I partly understand the smell present: THE BOWL HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED AFTER UNBLOCKING. Since there was no longer a maid, I cleaned the toilet myself and sprayed perfume to remove the smell. Around 9 p.m. when we returned from dinner, we asked the night porter if he had a deodorant spray; he told us he would look for it and call us back but we got nothing. On the 19th at breakfast we were treated to a phone call from the staff throughout breakfast to take back the food order from the supplier and above all this person insisted to her contact about communication and stewardship problems in the team, and this in front of the customers, which does not seem very professional to me. When returning the room card to reception, I asked to speak about my dissatisfaction with the head of the maids or the management who I believe had just arrived but I was simply offered to make a complaint on the site. Too bad, I could probably have shown you the photos of my dissatisfaction and perhaps already had some initial feedback from you.
The room was good, a little more cleaning in the bathroom (the joints), the bed very comfortable. Lots of storage which will please travelers of several nights. We took the breakfast option and it was very good, the buffet was great. Downside on the parking because in the end I had to park outside the hotel, because obviously people do not think of other users and park very badly knowing that it is not very big given the capacity of the hotel (I know very well that you can not do much about it, but nevertheless important to be aware of it). The staff was welcoming.

Hotel refreshed but with few means. Parquet blades laid on the carpet with holes between the blades. Random cleaning, the floor never done like the mirrors. The coffee maker that was supposed to be in the room was not there although I had called beforehand as for the pods you have to ask for them at reception as well as the cups in the corridor for the water fountain. A little disappointed...

Hello, old room, water overflowing from the shower and flooding the bathroom (room 114) and hearing the doors slam and the dogs of others barking in the hotel is not of the standard of a 3 star. Old device and especially stain on the wall and your not even cleaned

The hotel was very good but we were in room 34, I think above the spa, unbearable heat. The morning after the first night and after cleaning, we found our room open (nothing was stolen fortunately), the second day the cleaning service took the dirty towels but did not replace them. We had to claim them at reception. In short, the stay did not live up to our expectations.
When we arrived we were well received except that there was a mistake on the room so we had to change. In addition we were not able to access the spa due to another mistake on their part even though we had booked 3 days earlier... that was initially why we booked this hotel. Disappointed!

The reception was not at its best...there was not much explanation regarding the services offered within the hotel.
What a shame to find your bedroom door open in the evening when you come back after the maids have been... plus they forget to change the shower product... and we always find the shutters closed and it's not due to the high temperatures.

The main street was too loud, so you couldn't leave the window open at night, which made the room very hot. The beds were too hard, there was no ventilation in the room, and there was no second dessert. The service from reception and the parking lot were positive.

One night professional stay. Decent hotel with private parking and charging stations that I was unable to use due to lack of a badge! Good contact with reception. I warned of a late arrival. The PDJ room was crowded because there were a lot of people at the hotel during the maritime festivals. The spacious room is clean and decent but shabby.
I wish to cancel my room two days before arrival I requested a refund even only partial I was refused no commercial gesture I had to pay €280 for a room that I did not occupy
In 6 days they never cleaned the room once!
Overall we are satisfied. A small downside, however, we arrived for breakfast on Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m., it was served until 10:30 a.m. and there was no choice left and many people were still arriving. Very unfortunate, because on Monday morning at 8:30 a.m., the choice was there. A little disappointment.

The walls of the room are immaculate with yellowed stains or mold which makes it VERY dilapidated and does not at all justify the 3 stars and the price. I had booked for 2 nights and to my great surprise when I returned on the 2nd evening my room card was deactivated.... I would not go back there

I would definitely recommend staying at Logis Hotel Center Brest for the following reasons: - Friendly staff; - Nice and clean room; - Central location; - Breakfast with a nice variety. The only thing I did not like was the open WiFi, I would have preferred a more secure connection. Everything else was perfect, I would definitely return.
We spent 2 nights in this hotel and we will happily return there during our next stay in Brest. The room was spacious, well appointed and above all very well insulated. There is no air conditioning but the fan provided in the room was perfectly sufficient. The hotel restaurant is delicious and the setting is pleasant. Breakfast is hearty. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Free and private parking is a real plus. The quality/price ratio is excellent. We are delighted with our stay at this hotel.

Our room lacked a kettle to make a little coffee or tea, but we saw that there was a cold and hot water fountain in the hallway.

Only one problem: the breakfast tables are not cleaned after use. Of course we use trays but it is not pleasant to put them on a stained table or full of crumbs. Also pay attention to the quality of the products (ham for example)

Fairly short review, since I only spent one night (business trip) and therefore did not have the opportunity to take advantage of all the services....however very warm welcome, good bedding, very good breakfast and rather well soundproofed room despite being on the ground floor on the street side... We were on the ground floor, a suite so one of the most expensive rooms, a big lack of soundproofing... hearing a door open and close very regularly (-5min a squeak).. Too bad otherwise the rest of the hotel is Alright

Housed at reception level, a lot of noise and traffic. We couldn't sleep properly. No information on how to exit the parking lot once the gate is closed. Sofa not comfortable and overall sad layout. Dog supplement but no bowl or basket as promised.

3 night stay. Free sauna session per night. We also tested the spa (€25 session) and it was very good despite the time being 40 minutes too short for our taste. Very comfortable, very comfortable room. Appreciable private parking as hotel in town.

I gave an average comment on the breakfast because, although we had reserved and paid for it, we did not have it. In fact, when we got off, a group of tourists (3 buses...) had preceded us. having a tight schedule, we preferred to have breakfast in a bar.

Kind receptionist but lacks fluidity in interactions with customers. WIFI password ? No safe functionality. Absence of soap for the shower in the jacuzzi room. Forgot to start the sauna. Only one bathrobe available for 2. Evening meal service “we have almost nothing left in jars”. Without saying what was there besides pizza.
If we don't ask any questions, we only have the key and the invoice.
The hotel is superb, quiet and relaxing. What makes the experience perfect at this hotel is not counting the staff. They are pleasant, warm and very welcoming. Thank you to the whole team: the cleaning man, the reception staff and the lady in the restaurant. 🙏🏽😊 I will definitely come back.

Attentive and responsive staff, the free sauna and hammam is a great asset of the hotel. Small downside for the toilet paper dispenser, the notches on the dispenser can hurt. Overall very good stay.

Very good evening stopover The price is very reasonable for the service of this 3-star hotel The room I had is a little shabby but it is the cheapest! For 10€ more I would take the superior one. The parking lot is secure with electric terminals! The breakfast is well varied and the evening meal very decent.! The icing on the canal plus cake is on the TV. I did not try the sauna which is included. In short, I recommend!
The hotel staff was very helpful. I had booked via Booking room + breakfast. I had to postpone for personal reasons. A person from the hotel called me to confirm the shift under the same conditions. In the end, when we arrived, breakfast was no longer included. We paid full price for it. To end up arriving at 9:45 a.m. for breakfast (end of service 10 a.m.) and having nothing left on the savory buffet and only half of the sweet buffet. Concerning the room, it was poorly renovated and we had a room on the street side without double glazing: we could hear the (very) busy road non-stop. Very disappointed with the brand that "Logis" represents: we will not come back!

Sufficient room, good restaurant service
Too bad to have this neon in the room, it's very cold, it doesn't light well (blinding)... The rooms are functional but not at all warm... But otherwise it's quiet, the bedding is OK. The bath towels are a little small and not new... The parking lot is too small, we were not able to park even though we had opted for this hotel mainly for its parking...

Smells of cigarette smoke in the hallway upstairs from our room and in the restaurant room in the evening at dinner. Music volume too high in the restaurant room in the evening at dinner. At 8:30 a.m. at breakfast, bare buffet, no more jam, no more fresh bread in the basket, tables not cleaned, no clean cup or bowl available. We must come forward to point out these shortcomings. Having already stayed at this establishment several times, we are surprised by the change observed.

Disappointing welcome, I had asked for a quiet room and found myself next to the elevator. I ask to change rooms, I am told that everything is full and therefore impossible. Another customer is in the same situation as me and we changed rooms. Finally after pointing out the difference in treatment to the receptionist, I ended up being able to change rooms.

We had a room overlooking the boulevard and the sound insulation is not sufficient. Which was unpleasant. The decoration of the room was basic but for one night it was OK. We also missed the kettle. we noticed a drop in the quality of breakfast: there is no longer any dried fruit, far without prunes, quality of Sunday morning bread, cardboard cups for squeezed oranges. The exteriors are not very maintained. In the room, there were no more tissues in the bathroom. They were delivered on Sunday morning only (arrived on Friday. Impossible to delete the audio comments on the television: make sure before arrival that everything is OK. Coming from Friday to Monday, we regret never being able to enjoy the restaurant .

Excellent location and very good quality for a 3* hotel. Large secure car park which is free of charge is a big plus. You can easily walk to the town center in 15mins. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value accommodation. Restaurant closed at weekends so can't comment on that but we did have the room service pizza that is offered as an alternative which was good value at 12€. The only thing I would have liked is a kettle in the room. There is a communal coffee / tea machine in the reception though but I do like a cup of tea before I get up in the morning.
The reception is very good. The little extra sauna hammam is nice. Good size room, clean bathroom. Quiet hotel. The less nice points: The decoration of the rooms is outdated and lacks a fun, personalized side. burgundy and old wood like it looks a bit like “Comme Chez Mémé”. Adhesive renovation solutions can give a facelift at a lower cost. TVs do not allow wireless connection (too bad). Bedding comfort: Correct, pillow too soft for me. Bathroom: Clean overall, functional. Bring your hair dryer if necessary, it is only there to blow the wind, I think women would not be satisfied. The lighting: Detail but they are aggressive, very white, very cold, very powerful. Temperature too high for a room but I opened the window. (I did not find a thermostat) Breakfast in the restaurant room, quite cold room, lack of cocooning in the morning, buffet in a small corner not easy to help yourself freely. Too bad I noticed another room when leaving that was much nicer but maybe it was reserved, there was no one there? Room facing the restaurant The breakfast buffet: Brittany! Unfortunately the rooms weren't cleaned properly and the towels and bed linen were dirty. The hotel is overall satisfactory, but the paintwork is aging and needs updating. We had a very comfortable room so it would be good to put a table and a refrigerator there for a room of this standard.
We stayed several days. Very well soundproofed despite our room overlooking the main street. Nice hotel. Comfortable. Discretion. Large secure car park. Very very good breakfast which is worth its price. Only downside, the dinner we had, the menu of the day: prawns as a starter, announced langoustines on the menu, and strawberry soup made from canned strawberries. Too bad, as we are near strawberry country.

Mixed review: I start with the negative and end with the positive (the two are linked). Cons: We came as a family (with our 16 month old) at the beginning of February 2023 (arrival on the 1st in the evening, for 2 nights). We were unpleasantly surprised by the cleaning of the room (n°121) with kitchenette. Obviously, it was half done: - Thick dust (therefore visible) everywhere: edge of the entrance wall, entrance cupboards, cupboards & shelves in the kitchen area, in front of the microwave (!), interior window sills and bedside lamps. One of the 2 griddles was stained with cooking oil. I took pictures of all these elements, in case the Management wants to verify my statements. - We have never seen this in a 3-star hotel: an employee who does half his job, it's not normal! We had to clean ourselves for 15 long minutes (because the next day I had a graduation, so I didn't want to stain my suit). During our previous stay (in November 2021, in the same room), we had a somewhat similar situation, but not to this extent. Positive points: - We recognize that there have been some improvements since then, especially in the bathroom: paint on the door, on the sliding door of the shower and ventilation that works (it's nice). - Big commercial gesture at the end of the stay (I warned the reception the evening of our arrival and I understand that they could not do much, since it was around 8 p.m. and that there had no other rooms-kitchenettes available): they finally offered us one night out of the 2! A big thank-you! The young women at the reception and their manager were therefore very understanding. We really appreciated this gesture, that's why we put the average (rating "Correct"). Cordially.

One night with the family (1 couple, 1 child aged 6, 1 child aged 1.5) in a family room with a mezzanine. Very good customer relationship on the phone before booking online. The pack with the entrance tickets to Océanopolis was a criterion of choice and a nice surprise for the price (148 euros room 1 night and tickets). Arrived at noon to collect the entries, the welcome was very pleasant, clear explanations in particular on room service (the restaurant is closed on weekends): the menu is available at reception, 24 hours a day, available in 5 minutes minimum, 15 minutes maximum. It is posted on the site, and everywhere in the hotel. Question of choosing the hotel for the return with the children and the time of dinner. Arrived around 6:30 p.m., the room was up to our expectations, although the cot was badly placed but we were able to move it. 7:30 p.m., I go to the reception, I am shown the room service menu (which is not one, you have to go to consult the menu and collect the trays). Everything is no longer available. 7:45 p.m. I phone to order. Lack of staff, I am told that they will call me back in 2 minutes 20 hours, my spouse calls back. The pizzas are frozen and the meal jars are ready-made. There is no longer what we want. We are told that we are being called back to get off in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I call back. There are still things missing. We meet at 8:45 p.m. (1:15 a.m. in all) with salmon spinach lasagna that looks like porridge. Just white wine in a vial (€8 a glass) that we won't take. We'll take cans of soda. The foie gras mousse is inedible. The rillettes, very passable. 11 p.m., my son throws up the "lasagna". Very average bedding. Convenient mezzanine with our large. Continuous noise all night, probably linked to the heating network. We hear a little traffic, and many passages of police sirens and firefighters. Positive point: the breakfast, very varied and replenished even around 10am, at the end, very pleasant room with piano and calm. Fresh fruit juice. We reported the problem of room service, and we had a commercial gesture up to our expectations. 1 night, eating out, but that's all you can expect unfortunately. However, the hotel has been tastefully decorated. Room service (you have to move around...) makes up for the closing of the restaurant on weekends...good idea if what is on offer is edible, especially given the prices. To review seriously

Despite the centrality of the hotel, calm reigns. A flat on the breakfast which has only one cheese on the menu. Disappointing especially in cheese country. The staff told us that it was planned to present a cheese platter at breakfast from January 2023.
