Beautiful establishment with great comfort
Very nice hotel, very comfortable, very good welcome, very very good breakfast. Only downside, in the evening stopover, the partner restaurant is not very good, the welcome left something to be desired, I think the Estaminet Flamand could be a good partner for having eaten there.

In the city center but quiet, near the marina. Great comfort and original decor. Very low bathroom sink! 2 steps to go to the toilet! Very good breakfast but no restaurant. A free bottle of water would be welcome as at the competition for a 4 star. Villers water sold for 3 euros tastes like mud!

Beautiful Hotel & rooms, only negative was a bar nearby was blaring music out loudly, we did speak to reception about being moved if it continued the whole night, which to be fair, it had ended by 11pm, otherwise they would have moved us.
Also, another mirror would have been useful, as the one in the bathroom was amazing, but if the bathroom was being used, then there was no-where to dry your hair in front of.
We were disappointed especially for the quality/price ratio, this hotel which for us does not reflect a 4 star at all. Well unfortunately, we fell on the day of the festivity (les Bordées) but that does not excuse everything, we found the room too small, a bathtub with moldy joints (which cannot be found in any promotional photos) instead a shower, no air conditioning (instead a noisy fan) and given the context of the party (impossible to open the window) apart from that, a very warm welcome and friendly staff.

My sister and I stayed in this somewhat unusual and historic hotel in the town of Dunkirk. The hotel is very well located, the atmosphere was friendly and the staff very welcoming. The rooms are decorated with care and Christophe the manager is caring and attentive to all customers. We were also able to enjoy breakfast with fresh and varied products and discover real gems on the recommendation of the staff while learning more about this city. Our experience will remain unforgettable, we will come back! Thank you for this wonderful stay.

The description of the hotel does not correspond to expectations Pets allowed, when in fact no… in the end they realize that no one could have known that there was an animal, after checking the room, everything is perfect, no excuses …Family room, very small, very small bathroom Not even a bottle of water provided Breakfast, no regional products, neither homemade, nor fresh… All this should normally correspond to a 4 star (as indicated and the price) Not to mention that there is no swimming pool or spa It is absolutely not a 4 star hotel, 2 stars would be just appropriate (same range as BB hotel) No Netflix (no connection)

Very well located, and very good value for money. The facade is ugly, even very ugly, but in no way indicates the quality of the hotel, its rooms and the welcome. There are a few towel racks missing in the bathroom, that's the only criticism we can find... by looking (with the push button on the bathtub which opens as soon as you move a foot!)

Only disappointment was no air conditioning making the room very hot, 30 degrees outside and only a fan in the room moving already very warm air around.
However, bed, super comfy, great sized room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean and warm welcome, loads of free on street parking right next to hotel.

No air conditioning in the room. In room 1 you can stir your coffee, tea only with Camille flavour. Breakfast poor. Fruit not freshly floated in juice. No boiled egg. Scrambled eggs seemed like week soup. Poor choice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We spent 2 nights at Logis Borel in Dunkirk. We were very well received. The hotel is well located. It is easy to park for free near the hotel. The standard room we got was very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is very quiet. No noise from elevators, machinery or other air conditioning column. We recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff both at reception and at breakfast. It offered everything you need for a nice breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit. The hotel is very centrally located (less than 5 minutes walk into town) and there is also plenty of free parking. Rooms excellent and extremely clean. We would always like to book again.
We stayed in this hotel last weekend. The room was fine with a wonderful shower and beds. The breakfast was meager and the breakfast room was very small with little space between the tables and chairs. The scrambled eggs were always gone and the freshly squeezed orange juice was not added either. A pitcher of diluted syrup was present. The breakfast was therefore not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. The photos of the hotel show a minibar full of various beers and other drinks. When I wanted to order something for the evening in the room, they only had Heinikken beer. there was nothing else. I didn't think I could at a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the town centre. Very friendly staff. Good quality room, with comfortable bed and good shower with lots of water pressure.
