Lovely hotel. Impeccable welcome and little attentions upon arrival in the room. Easy free parking on the street. The ladies at breakfast are extremely nice. The room is very clean, in short nothing to complain about in this hotel.

A consistently enjoyable experience at the Beau Séjour We stayed at the Beau Séjour hotel for the second time, for the Colmar Christmas markets, and were once again absolutely delighted with our stay. Located just a five-minute walk from the city centre, this hotel offers excellent value for money, much more accessible than other options in the centre while still being close to the main attractions. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that little touches had been prepared for our two assistance dogs. This is a testament to the attention the hotel pays to its guests and their four-legged companions, which is really appreciated. The room was impeccable: clean, comfortable and functional, with a housekeeping service that deserves a special mention. Each day, the room was returned in impeccable condition, which adds an extra touch of comfort to the experience. The breakfast is a real treat! The buffet is varied and plentiful, with fresh and local products that allow you to start the day in a very pleasant way. We particularly appreciated the quality of the products offered. As for the parking, the availability of an indoor space with an automatic barrier is a real plus, making access to the hotel very convenient and secure. The only small detail to improve, and it is really a minor point, concerns the coffee service at breakfast. While the fresh juices are self-service, it is necessary to wait for the manager to be available to get a coffee. Given that the hotel offers quality service in all areas, we suggest the idea of installing a self-service coffee machine or offering thermoses for faster access to coffee, which would avoid any unnecessary waiting after the meal. Finally, let us also mention the bar, where you can have a drink in a pleasant atmosphere after a busy day. In summary, the Beau Séjour hotel remains an essential choice for us every time we come to Colmar. We have also recommended this hotel to friends, who were also delighted. We will definitely return for our next stay and we can only recommend it to those looking for a comfortable, well-located place, offering excellent value for money.

A prime hotel. Goed op orde, onderhouden en netjes. Parkeermogelijkheid (betalend). Opt 10 minutes to reach the Colmar center. Please note that there are some medewerkers in contact. It's just a matter of time later. Terraces in tuin. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Hotel bestaat al sinds 1913, due to the hoteliers zullen wel ten hoe het moet (en niet moet)!

Missing the traditional kettle found in many hotels

Very welcoming hotel and very well located, 10 minutes walk from the historic center. I also recommend the restaurant. !

The hotel was in a very run-down area in the middle of a main road. The hotel itself was dirty and stank. There was carpet everywhere that was stained and full of dirt. Dust everywhere, all in all very unkempt. The elevator smelled of dog and sweaty feet. The room also had a dirty, smelly carpet, curtains that hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and overall it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and renovated for a very long time. The view from the room window was of a dilapidated/neglected house. There was air conditioning in the room, but it blew directly onto the bed and therefore couldn't be used at night. It also smelled. In the bathroom there was a ventilation (?) that gave off warm, smelly air (in midsummer at 35 degrees!) and that couldn't be turned off. The bathroom was filthy. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed by every question.

The hotel overall is good. Suggest to offer facilities to make coffee or tea. And fridge to cool water.

Very good, no it was comfortable and the setting is pretty. Just one downside, the mattresses were too soft. I think they are reaching the end of their life. And in the high heat a sheet would have been enough, no need for a duvet. Missing a mosquito net and a fridge in the room.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wenige Gehminuten von der wunderschönen Altstadt. Einziges Manko: wir hatten nur eine Badewanne and keine Dusche auf dem Zimmer

Overall I much prefer this individual experience, typical Logis, to the chain hotels with similar prices in Colmar. Comfortable bed, good aircon, good breakfast, and very pleasant staff always with a smile.

We were located in room 002 which is „almost“ a basement. Small and with almost no light and view. It is intended that this room is somehow prepared for disabled persons, but the size and space surrounding the bed does not fullfill this capacity at all. Maybe only the bathroom (partially). The equipment and comfort is very poor and not worth the money. The car parking as requested was not considered. Thanks to the reception gentleman, we found a car parking on the road. That was the best experience at the hotel, everything else… well. For the Hotel Wi-Fi it is still requested an e-mail address to register. Do you really think I will share my e-mail in such a website. Today, this is the easiest way to get spam and your email address spread all over. Means, I have just ignored the hotels Wi-Fi and used my private Internet account, secured by a strong VPN access. We surely will not recommend and stay here (or in any other hotel of the group) again. Eg Ibis Styles has surely more worth for the money. Im sorry but we were very disappointed.

A nice little Hotel with nice people. Very good location. The only thing that was not good for us was the bathtub. It was not easy for us to get in and out :-) Only a shower would have been better to us.

My room was okay, nothing more, I've already had much better in this hotel. On the other hand, the welcome is always very good, and the breakfast is really copious and of good quality: scrambled eggs cooked on site which are excellent, smoked ham from the Black Forest, Munster cheese - and cumin for those who want it. -, homemade kougelhopf, red label flour baguette, etc. We don't expect less for the price (€17), and that's why I come back to this hotel regularly.

Everything was perfect, the staff very welcoming and cordial. We had 3 rooms for our group, all were suitable and clean.

Unpleasant room on the ground floor with a strangely placed window which gives the effect of a rabbit cage. In addition, this window which overlooks the street does not have a curtain. This means that everyone passing by can see inside the room. Unless of course you lower the roller blind. But in this case we are in darkness in the middle of the day. Furthermore, the sink faucet system is quite strange (I've never seen anything like it in all the hotels I've been to) and awkward. Finally, it is impossible to decide to have breakfast in the morning since you must notify us before 9 p.m. in the evening. Breakfast which is much too expensive (€17) compared to the standard of the hotel. The last two Logis De France that I did offered breakfast for €12 for an equivalent standard, or even better.

Ruime in net kamers; Neither is hyper modern but it is the standard of a 3-star hotel. Heel goede matrassen. Heel should be kept in place with streek products. First bediening en heel goede wijnkennis. Soms heel interesting arrangementen. Parking beschikbaar. Conclusion: heel interesting hotel prices/kwaliteit!

17€ breakfast is an Aberration. we travel a lot in more luxurious hotels, the breakfasts are amazing (hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs). Salmon, tomato sausages etc. Even sparkling wine (we are in Alsace a bottle of crémant costs €12!!!!). You have to ask for your coffee, your bread...we have never seen that.

The bathtub is high and not wide enough. The buffet breakfast is not really a buffet because there is no hot food available, bread and pastries are the same, you have to wait for the service that offers them to pass. Limited jam and not sweet enough

Would have been nice to be able to make a hot drink in the room, as there were no facilities for this and the rooms are comfortable but a little tired.

The rooms were comfortable and comfy. Good beds and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly reception. Sparkling clean. Great location. Unfortunately, the lady in the restaurant was unfriendly and always made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A couple of examples: She wouldn't let us in for breakfast because she couldn't find a reservation. This was resolved after the front desk got involved. Another day, we had ordered breakfast for 10 people and were told we couldn't arrive until 10:45. The same lady refused to serve it when we arrived. She started removing the food and wouldn't even make coffee. She looked annoyed and responded negatively to all requests. It was a disappointing experience. Fortunately reception helped again. I hope the administration will improve this part to maintain a good experience for everyone.

Hi this is by no means a negative criticism but hopefully a helpful feedback. Starting with the good, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, easily 5/5. Well done! Unfortunately, we were less excited about our room though. We accidentally booked the family room, which was our fault. I think the room descriptions on boooking.com were in French which might be better in English. A few things for the room. The shampoo that comes with the vanity set had been used before and had a hair in it. The paint on the wall was chipped and there were holes in the toilet seat. The mattress of the bed was also quite hard and could be more comfortable. We ended up bringing two of the pillows down from the upper floor to be comfortable. All in all it, we got the impression that the rooms were a bit run down and could do with a bit of an upgrade, especially for more than 100.- EUR per person per night.

Personal attention, it is very correct and the property is very pleasant and clean.

It was very good, a big help, fortunately being in a daze I had lost my train tickets. The staff found them for me, thank you very much. The only remark is that the catering is a little limited but I think it's a choice of those in charge.

We had a pleasant stay. Hotel well located not far from the Christmas market and all amenities. Top breakfast with local and homemade products. Pleasant and attentive staff. Top bedding, spacious and very clean rooms, well equipped, the only downside is the bathtubs are not at all practical and too high for people with reduced mobility or a little elderly or simply small.

Overall excellent stay Hotel a little out of the center and poorly served by public transport for an arrival on Sunday Room too cramped for 2 beds there can only be a bedside table and the light point is not well suited.

Good in general, what it lacks is a bit of flexibility at the meal. EXAMPLE: The evening of 27/11 while making a wine at the ba I asked if it was possible to have a plate of charcuterie and cheese with a wine, and I was told no, it was not on the menu, so the following day all this in breakfast, of course having to go out to dinner the rest of the days. I found my stay (1 night) in your establishment perfect. I made a mistake when booking for a week. One of your employees called me in the evening and made sure I had a room last night. The welcome was very pleasant, the information precise. the bedding is very comfortable. Too much carpet, breeding grounds for germs! moreover pets accepted, so.....dog barking at night! Room doors noisy when they close. Basic bathroom. Well over 8 minutes from the city center...well, walking is beneficial. Minimalist breakfast, obliged to ask for jam....good included in the exorbitant price of the room.

Der Service war absolute top. Check in and Check out will be uncompleted. Is war in the night angenehm ruhig. Tolle Lage und der kostenlose Parkplatz haben wir sehr geschätzt. The Zimmer war sauber jedoch ist das mit Teppichboden natürlich ne so hygienisch wie bei Parkettboden. Bei der Ausstattung könnte allein der Haarföhn etwas besser sein.

Sehr nets Personal, gut gelegenes Hotel, um die schöne Stadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gemütliche Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Bad. Insgesamt ein gutes Prices - Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein, zwei Nächte Städtetrip

Quiet, clean, pleasant, well soundproofed hotel. We were able to benefit from a terrace, a real plus! The staff is very welcoming, polite and friendly Only downside: nothing is provided in the bathroom to place a vanity or toiletry bag. Breakfast is also a little disappointing: fresh bread and croissants would be appreciated knowing that there is a bakery at the end of the street... Missing a mini bar in the room to cool our bottles of water. This did not prevent us from having a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

First of all, the warm welcome showed us the places according to our interests (in addition to those of the guides). The room is spacious, the bicycle reception is excellent. A very good value for money. Note the meal where we discovered the very interesting concept of "dining cellar", and above all discovered this orange gewurtz, a wine totally unknown to us. This makes this hotel a top stay in Colmar.

Excellent hotel and I'd definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. The team on the welcome desk and at the bar were so welcoming. The location is perfect only 500m walk and you're in the old town of Colmar. Secure gated parking is available and free of charge booked directly through the hotel's website. In summary, a great place if you're staying in the Alsace region.

The dinner, with superb presentations, was more than minimal in quantity, despite the superb decoration of the dish on the plate. More than minimum: unacceptable… However, the price was well balanced.. I do not recommend the restaurant at all

The hotel is well located, the staff is very welcoming. On the other hand, the room is small (but for one night it is quite suitable), and in the bathroom, the bathtub is very high. Disappointed with the breakfast: not enough choice, and especially bread that was much too hard.

Unfortunately the room seemed shabby and outdated. Dog hair on the sofa. Towel with someone else's hair. Beds hard. Otherwise clean with visible signs of use. No direct parking available upon arrival. Service very accommodating.

Ideally positioned for the motorway and for exploring the lovely old city of Colmar. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean room. Slightly tired decor and furniture. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was intermittent and painfully slow when it was accessible. Secure parking is limited, so book in advance, otherwise you'll park on the street.

Nice hotel. A good breakfast. Room A203 was quiet and had a nice view of the garden. But the old bedding needs to be changed. One of the two mattresses, too worn, made a hollow in the middle.

Feeling of not being able to let go and enjoy the moment: on arrival having to choose between two time slots for breakfast and determining the choice of hot drinks, undergoing the temperature chosen by the management for the air conditioning: 24 degrees! Impossible to leave the window open at night: risk of bumping in the event of getting up at night, as well as against the light on the left of the bed or the thermostatic valve on the right. PMR room impractical both for a wheelchair PMR and for a visually impaired person and for an able-bodied person. Regarding breakfast, the same every day with food waste since croissants, pain au chocolat and pieces of baguette are put at all the tables instead of leaving the choice to customers.

The room was elegantly furnished. However, it smelled musty, as if someone had hidden old socks. The bathtub is very high and I could only get out with my husband's help to avoid slipping. I am 1.66 m tall. The service and welcome was wonderful. Everyone was very nice.

It was a very nice stay. The reception was very nice and accommodating. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The online check-in is very convenient. It was the first hotel where our dog was given a food and water bar and a blanket. We were very touched! The hotel is in a great location. It is in a quiet location and yet you can be in the center in just a few minutes. We would like to come again!

We did not study carefuly enough the description of the room that we booked. Consequently we were directed to a room too small for two persons for three night stay. We had to upgrade upon checkin for an additional price.

Everything was great. We knew there was no air conditioning, but having a fan in the roof of the room would be nicer on a hot day.

The staff is available and welcoming. Soundproofing problems: you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The doors have no closing braking system and slam! The bedding is nice but some outdated furniture. A possibility of a snack at noon would be welcome

Very good value for money! Breakfast is quite expensive, but very good! An ideal hotel to visit Colmar, especially since bus line 2 goes almost in front of the door to the city, eg to the Unterlinden theatre/museum/3 stops for 1.50€/person…
