Very pleasant welcome, attentive staff and excellent food! Second stay, I really recommend this establishment from every point of view!
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as well as the meal which was excellent. A special mention to the waiter who was very efficient and friendly.
The Hotel Beau Rivage is a small country hotel in a beautiful location on the banks of the Seine, which has acquired a bit of a patina in many places. The reception and service were very friendly. The restaurant offers food of significantly above-average quality. Very good breakfast.

Thanks to Tiffany and Ludwig for the warm welcome and impeccable service. The room was spotless, exemplary cleanliness. The catering is simply extraordinary, combining originality and creativity in a remarkable way. The setting of the hotel is just as exceptional: a green garden invites us to take a small hiking path along the Seine, where we come across ducks and swans. I really enjoyed my stay. Even as part of a business trip, I felt like I was on vacation. The hotel is a true haven of refinement and serenity.

When we arrived at 8 pm the reception was closed. We had to enter through a gate on the side with a code, and at the reception there was an envelope with our key to the room. The room was very old and not clean, the soap in the shower was empty.

I really appreciated the quality of the welcome, at the hotel and in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is very pleasant (on the banks of the Seine), the restaurant delicious. My room was very good. Only downside: a persistent pipe noise (heating? water supply?) which kept me awake almost all night.
bedroom 3 on the ground floor is not soundproofed, the boiler for water and heating turns on all night with stops for 1/2 hour, the noise emitted by the boiler is above the authorized decibel standard for a small space, impossible to sleep with such noise and the rooms upstairs have the same impact. have your boiler adjusted to reduce noise emissions

This hotel is unworthy of a 3 star! The reception is non-existent. Before your arrival, you receive an SMS informing you of the procedure to follow if there is no one at reception (usual practice according to some comments). In fact, when you arrive at 4:30 p.m. (while on the website arrivals are allowed from 3:00 p.m.), the hotel is closed. I follow the instructions received by SMS: a dilapidated side passage, cluttered with lockers and cans. I go inside, feel around for the switches. Finally, I find the reception and my room key with my name on it. Small, dated room overlooking the street side of suburban houses while the website praises the view of the Seine and the garden. Incomprehensible that we were given one of the least pleasant rooms when we know that only 2 out of 10 rooms were occupied that evening. Everything was locked! No access to the terrace and garden. It wasn't until 6 p.m. that a member of staff arrived. Following our complaints, he offered to transfer us to a room on the Seine side after having prepared it (3/4 hours of waiting again). It was only at 6:45 p.m. that we took possession of a new, more spacious room with a nicer view. Cleanliness not great (questionable toilet bowl). We never saw the owners or managers! Overrated restaurant in my opinion with an unfavorable quality/price ratio. Kind staff, nonetheless. A bad experience to be forgotten as soon as possible.

Charming friendly hotel on the banks of the Seine. Too bad for the difficulties of understanding of the employee of reception and during the service of the dishes in the restaurant. You also have to manage to ignore the nuclear power plant, a few meters from the hotel.
It is always a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. Warm welcome, very good level of service. Well equipped and comfortable room, clean, not very big, but sufficient for one person. Very good quality bedding. The speed of the wifi and the office are sufficient to work. Functional bathroom, very clean. A nice stopover at the Logis Hotel Beau Rivage - La Rosita Restaurant. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area on the banks of the Seine, the room very clean and comfortable and the table very refined. The surprise menu left to the inspiration of the chef is a divine experience around local and seasonal products worked with art and subtlety.
Commercial stopover evening experience. Welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Comfortable room with a beautiful view of the Seine. Very nice terrace for dining in this season. Be careful, however, to warn that the stopover evening package does not include dessert and to inform us accordingly of the additional cost. In addition, payment on reservation is not indicated as such and it is very very rare for the Logis to charge directly. In any case, this should be specified when booking.

Whilst the restaurant is good, my husband really enjoyed h/is meal but, despite asking before I booked, confirming when I booked and sent a reminder two days before arriving, my vegetarian meal was poor - €51 for three white asparagus, a bowl of peas with a cold egg and and a bowl of strawberries. Really poor. Breakfast was good.
The hotel smelled as you entered it. I booked a twin room which was not available. The room we had again smelled, the carpet was worn and stained, a broken wall light and a very uncomfortable bed. The bathroom and toilet were old and stained. Very poor.

Beware of appearances! The description of this hotel and the photos are very attractive but... the reality is less glamorous. If the decor of the restaurant is particularly successful, the same is not true for what you eat there. The evening menu is well presented in pretty dishes, but not very good, except for the chocolate cake which is a success. Breakfast is not in the form of a buffet. Everything is therefore calibrated on your table and even a 2nd coffee was not possible! Also, do not expect anything other than the classic bread/pastry (small) Finally, the most important thing, the room. Because if you go to a hotel it is above all to sleep there. Here again, we are on the minimum service, I would even say insufficient, because the room is not heated and as far as I am concerned it prevents me from sleeping even if the bedding is comfortable. Red card therefore. Also note that only a few channels are available on the TV, which leaves little choice if you plan to watch a movie in the evening. In the end, the question is whether what is important to you is the label on the box or what is inside. Sensitivities on this point are diverse, it is up to you to choose. Last precision, if you book on the Logis de France website, your credit card will be debited immediately, and not at the time of your departure. Good to know for stopover evenings, because you will have 2 bills if you consume outside the SE package.
