Both pillows smelled very strongly and definitely needed to be washed. Luckily there were spare pillows in the closet that had been freshly made. The breakfast was very good.
We chose this hotel online and, based on our experience with most Logis Hotels, we’re not disappointed. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The setting for the hotel was great, surrounded by mountains and greenery. Our double room with balcony was very good as was the en-suite shower room. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food and service was excellent. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and professional. The pool was great and spotlessly clean.
Can’t fault the hotel at all - we would return.
On arrival there were hairs in the sink and on towels. This was quickly rectified by staff. Throughout the website room description it states sound proof walls. We heard crashes and thuds, which presumably emanated from the kitchen. There was also noisy air con plant directly over our ceiling/roof. When the corridor door shut/slammed, you could feel the walls move. I would not expect this from a top grade room. Also, the terrace had virtually no view. The back end of houses and the hotel rubbish bins. Again not what I would have expected from a deluxe/prime room. We knew in advance as we asked, but it’s unusual these days not to have tea/coffee making facilities included in your room deal.Lastly on the negative side, the photos of the pool and hotel on the website are very cleverly taken. Would you expect to cross the road to get to the hotel pool?
On the positive side, the items we had to pay extra for, I.e. breakfast and evening meals were excellent and they catered well for my gluten free diet.

L'hôtel est charmant, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'élégance, on s'y sent bien direct et l'atmosphère est très chill.
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans une très belle chambre avec une très belle et grande salle de douche (la douche est incroyable!!!) , nous avions une terrasse trop mimi et le méga plus, un volet occultant!!!!
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des produits de la région et "fait maison". Si vous désirez manger le midi et/ou le soir, c'est excellent aussi.
La piscine est superbe, y aller est très agréable et calme, que du bonheur...et il y a un très beau sauna et un jacuzzi aussi.
L'hôtel offre la possibilité de partir en vadrouille grâce à de très bons vélos, Annecy est à plus ou moins une heure de là et cela vaut le coup!!!
Si nous n'habitions pas si loin, nous y reviendrions régulièrement même pour le temps d'un week-end et suuuuurtout pour toute l'équipe incroyable qui y travaille...ils sont TOUS super gentils, souriants et à l'écoute tout en étant très discrets, on sent vraiment qu'ils aiment leur métier. :)
Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre passage!!! Encore merci pour tout!!!
